A federal grand jury and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) subpoenaed President Trump’s social media company on Friday. According to CNBC, Trump Media and Technology Group said it would comply with the subpoenas. Although some employees received subpoenas, none were issued to Trump or TMTG CEO Devin Nunes. “The Justice Department and the SEC, which regulates the stock market, are investigating the deal between DWAC and Trump Media. By merging with DWAC, which is a kind of shell company called a special purpose acquisition company, or SPAC, Trump’s firm would gain access to potentially billions of dollars on public equities markets.” CNBC reported.

When Trump gets back to DC, he needs to FIRE all these government bastards on day one! Anyone that he as authority to fire should be gone ASAP! If we don’t win the Senate, and they delay or won’t confirm his choices, then defy everyone and make it happen anyway!

Extremely unusual, rare, essentially never happens, that being a review of a merger with a shell company. This is nothing but political. Not an honest investigation.

This tells me that a grand jury should be issuing subpoenas against Google, Twitter, etc. They're guilty of whatever the feds are accusing Trump of doing.

A peer-reviewed study from researchers in France has concluded that both the experimental Pfizer and Moderna vaccines significantly increase the risk of myocarditis compared to the unvaccinated. While both mRNA therapies were found to be linked to the life-threatening heart condition, the Moderna jabs results were particularly shocking, especially among young adults, as researchers found the risk for myocarditis diagnosis following the Moderna jab was 44 times higher risk for individuals aged 18 to 24 years old. As for Pfizer’s jab – which fared better, but not by much – the same age group experienced a 13x elevated risk for the serious condition, according to the study that was published last week

This year, rewatching the speech is a great way to observe Independence Day. Here’s a partial transcript from the White House: We gather tonight to herald the most important day in the history of nations: July 4th, 1776. It was all a setup. Trump supporters were framed by FBI and government operatives and BLM and Antifa terrorists. A leaked internal memo revealed that the US Capitol Police intel unit warned that BLM from Baltimore was bussing in rioters for January 6th protests. According to the memo the rioters were going to blend in. Via investigative reporter Paul Sperry: “BLM/Antif will wear MAGA hats, wear camo, and attempt to blend in with MAGA crowd” so violence blamed on Trump supporters attending Trump rally. [Tweet] Antifa was actively involved in the January 6th protests and riots. This has been widely discussed by officials and in reports on this website.

If an adult pulled up to a public playground in a white van and started engaging random children in conversations about sexual behaviors or asking them about their gender identity, it would be a matter for law enforcement, right? Imagine if that same creepy adult assured the children that their secrets about their inner, nascent sexual feelings would be kept secret "just between them," and he assured the children that their parents would never know about their special conversations. This would escalate the already troubling situation, wouldn't it? What if this adult also encouraged the children to use the potty together?

Gov. Ron DeSantis' "Parental Rights in Education" law will officially take effect on Friday, sparking backlash from the liberal left. Dubbed by critics as the "Don't Say Gay" law, several Florida schools have already issued new policies that ban any kind of inappropriate sexual talk in the classroom. The Biden administration made a statement expressing how distraught it is over the law going into place. Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre claimed that Florida's students are now "more fearful and less free," calling it "shameful" that schools are not allowed to teach minors about explicit sex and groom them to think they are a different gender from how they were born.

Global warming is not a serious topic. No one cares, but the left wants us all to suffer in order to drop the Earth's temperature by less than a degree or whatever. Let's cannibalize future economic growth, curb population growth while we're at it, and declare war on burgers. These are the most miserable people on Earth. The problem is fighting back against their climate lies is hard when you have the shield of Big Tech there to flag and censor stories that shred their narrative. Before that crackdown, we used to torch the climate change crew. I'll do so again.

When Republicans retake the majority this fall, some Washington Republicans will no doubt insist we forget the damage done to our country over the last two years and move on. That would be unacceptable. As Missouri’s next U.S. Senator, I’ll take the same fighting spirit I’ve had as attorney general and be a disrupter, a Trump Republican willing to take on the tough fights and hold the Democrats accountable. Instead of focusing on real scandals and government malpractice, the Democrat-controlled Congress, their Leftist allies and their enablers in the mainstream media would rather hold joke hearings about January 6 to cover up Joe Biden’s failings.

If Democrats were hoping for a game-changing bump following the overturning of Roe v. Wade, they’ve been disappointed by the last several polls. As RedState reported, Republicans continue to enjoy a modest lead in the generic ballot, and Joe Biden’s numbers show zero sign of rebounding. Given the historical connection between a president’s approval and the first mid-term, that’s nothing but bad news if you are on the left. Biden’s unpopularity has descended so far into the depths that 71 percent now don’t want him to run for re-election. I can’t be certain, but I’d strongly suspect that’s the lowest number ever for a first-term president in just his second year.

An unruly Illinois man recently found himself in a knot of his own making. According to WFLD, last Thursday, 30-year-old Christoper Cruz was having an uninhibited day. He visited a local 7-Eleven and stole some merchandise. When Christopher returned to the store that evening, a 19-year-old worker ordered him to leave. Christopher didn’t appreciate the directive, so he allegedly (apply that word to this entire story) punched the employee. But before he did that, he did this: Amid harassing people in the parking lot, Christopher encountered Idriz Redzovic. Idriz had come to buy his six children slushies. Christopher offered a menacing “What are you looking at?” Then Christopher assaulted the attendant, and Idriz intervened.

Modern progressives assume moral and intellectual authority. Consequently, their supposedly superior ends naturally justify almost any means necessary to achieve them. Among the elite, the Democrats’ “blue-wall” states were once considered a testament to the wisdom of the Electoral College. When that wall crumbled in 2016 to Donald Trump, the Electoral College suddenly was blasted as a relic of our anti-democratic founders. The nine-person Supreme Court was once beloved. On issues like abortion, school prayer, same-sex marriage, pornography, and Miranda rights, the Left cheered the Court as it made the law and ignored legislatures and presidents. Infectious disease experts and public health advocates are warning that the Biden administration has been too slow to respond to the monkeypox outbreak and that the U.S. is at risk of losing control of the disease.
