Old Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are bad enough, but according to Dick Morris, a former Clinton adviser, it’s going to get worse: Morris thinks 2024 is going to feature a showdown between Hillary Clinton and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-Mean Girls) for the 2024 Democratic presidential nomination. Grab the popcorn, and the Xanax. As everyone knows, the incumbents are damaged goods. Nobody likes Old Joe, who will be about 120 years old if he even makes it to 2024, and Kamala Harris has failed spectacularly at one of the easiest jobs on the planet. Meanwhile, Hillary has been increasingly obvious lately in positioning herself for 2024, while the winsome Ocasio-Cortez

What a choice of women. On one hand an evil, murderous, traitorous, drunken ancient crone in Hilary who probably bathes in the blood of virgins in order to stay alive, and a selfish, lazy, ignorant, greedy, communist low IQ former bartender who stole her fellow servers tips. What a bizarre country we suddenly live in black is white and up is down.

I don't think the Old Guard will back Hillary. She muscled her war to the 2016 nomination claiming "inevitability," and we know how that turned out. They know she is devious, tone-deaf, and unlikeable. More likely the Dem "Go Along to Get Along" faction will turn from her to back whatever horse they think is a winner this time around. Remember, Dems are suckers for new faces.

The DNC will not either one of these losers near the nomination. Hillary can only win elections in blue states, and AOC is a child who wouldn't last five minutes in the oval office.

Unless PIAPS can demonstrate the ability to pour money into the DNC once again, they are not going to pick that slag. I don't think the Clinton Foundation is anywhere near as bankable as they were in 2016. PIAPS kept the DNC afloat when they spend themselves into oblivion before, the simple truth is that they have other donors now and they don't need her. Forget about AOC as well - she's fringe with no support outside of the furthest left elements. A civil war in the Democrap party is brewing for 2022 that will see the prog wing either destroyed, or the Democraps become a regional party.

AOC doesn't have the political maturity to be able to actually lie for the entire length of a long-drawn-out campaign to try to appeal to voters beyond her far-left base. She is so sure that her far-left beliefs are what the average American believes that she couldn't help but to keep spewing them. That would not play in flyover country in the least.

Sounds like a Celebrity Death Match PPV between the Hildebeast and the Bartender with play by play announcers Johnny Gomez and Nick Diamond could be in the works. The card would include a preliminary throuples match between Spartacus and Pete Butt and Kammie. ESPN to broadcast the event as they will broadcast anything, ergo Cornhole. Well worth the $$$.

I'm not so down on Dick Morris as many here. But I admit he is prone to making lavish projections into an unknowable future. About 85% of them turn out to be wrong. Personally, I can't imagine Hillary winning in 2024; she could hardly walk unaided or climb steps in 2016. She's Jabba the Hut. She may be thinking she can climb onboard the vote cheating train. AOC may indeed run. She'll turn 35--the age required to be POTUS--a month prior to the 2024 election. I keep thinking that she'll run, but drop out early and just use the campaign to attract attention and donations. She saw Bernie run and collect a new $million dollar house each time from the dem party. The electorate is not predictable. They often seem to cast their votes only on name recognition and outward charisma--like a high school officer election. AOC could possibly win (with mail-in voting), but I'm doubting it. It's difficult to imagine Kamela running an effective campaign. I cannot guess who else could run a campaign, perhaps some Bernie acolyte, or Pocahontas.

The political push to transform our electrical grid into reliance on “renewable” wind and solar energy keeps running into the laws of physics. The laws of physics are going to win, but the economic carnage in the meantime will be terrible. My colleague Isaac Orr documents, not for the first time, the futility of wind energy when the weather gets cold: "It is a well-understood phenomenon that wind generation in the Midwest essentially disappears when the mercury dips below -22° F. Electricity generation from wind turbines drops under these circumstances because wind turbines are programmed to automatically shut off when the temperatures get this cold

This week marks two years since Iranian terror mastermind Major General Qasem Soleimani was torn apart by a Reaper drone missile in Baghdad, on the orders of Donald Trump. The Iranian regime has marked the anniversary with a flurry of antagonism throughout the region. On Monday, a coalition base outside Iraq’s main airport was attacked by two drones armed with missiles with the words “Soleimani’s revenge” on them. Both were safely shot down. That same day, two Israeli newspaper websites, the Jerusalem Post and Maariv, were hacked and made to display a picture of a missile being launched from Soleimani’s ring at Israel’s nuclear reactor.

Six years after Obama signed off on the nuclear sellout deal with Iran, diplomats are once again meeting with representatives of the Islamic terror in Vienna's lavish Palais Saxe-Coburg. 1,500 miles away from the white columns of the former palace turned five-star hotel, American forces are under fire once again. On January 3rd, two suicide drones were aimed at the State Department’s Baghdad Diplomatic Support Center near the Baghdad International Airport. Two more terror drones targeted American forces deployed to fight ISIS at the Al Asad air base. The base has been repeatedly hammered by Iran-backed rocket attacks over the past year, most notably when 14 rockets struck

Florida Republicans outnumber registered Democrats for the first time in the state’s history, as Blue State COVID refugees tick the Big R on their voter registrations. Out of over 14 million registered voters, last year Democrats held the edge with 37.38% of registrations compared to the GOP’s 35.28%. One of the unresolved debates of the pandemic era is whether the zero-Covid public health strategy is the correct one. This strategy can be loosely defined as driving Covid-19 as close as possible to zero through strict control measures so that community transmissions no longer appear and, should that happen, be quickly re-suppressed. Initially, even Europe and the U.S. tried this (remember two weeks to flatten the curve?) but quickly gave up with the emergence of new variants, although through 2021 a number of small, or easily isolated, countries persisted in the attempt. As 2022 dawned, however, even these were giving up.

The conventional wisdom is that she checked the right number of boxes to fulfill left-wing interest group demands, which is partially true, of course. Overlooked, however, is how there is one more, rather good and important reason Joe Biden, or really any politician, would pick someone like Harris: because by comparison, you’ll always look better.
