There’s A Reason No One Likes Kamala Harris

Original Article

Posted By: DW626, 1/9/2022 9:07:56 AM

Most people look at the choice of Kamala Harris for Vice President and scratch their head. “Why would anyone pick a person so wildly devoid of political talent or even the basics of likability?” they wonder. The conventional wisdom is that she checked the right number of boxes to fulfill left-wing interest group demands, which is partially true, of course. Overlooked, however, is how there is one more, rather good and important reason Joe Biden, or really any politician, would pick someone like Harris: because by comparison, you’ll always look better. Harris is such a singularly grating personality that she polls lower than lemon juice on an open wound.

Comments:

Another reason to dislike, or disrespect, her is knowing the manner in which she achieved…ahem…success.

Like many leftist icons, Harris was immediately recognizable as an archetype from our lives to date outside politics. In the case of Harris, we've all seen women like her in corporate settings. They aren't unattractive but they aren't striking either. They dress well enough but not noticeably so. They have job titles, often at director/manager/VP level but nobody can recall working with or for them in any department on any project. They attend meetings. They may say nothing at all but when they do speak it's a string of eye-rolling cliches like 'We need to walk before we run.' Their presence is a mystery, their role undefined.

The rats knew how senile and incompetent Biden is so Kamala is simply insurance against Biden being somehow removed from office either by impeachment or more likely by the 25th Amendment. Not even Republicans want to go from the frying pan into the fire.

Dirty Cop Harris is loathed by California voters who know exactly what she is. She has no problem keeping exonerated men in prison for that prison labor money. That would be the biggest reason why I would loathe her. Her lack of decency, ethics, and promiscuity to get ahead in her 'career' would be the others. She is just not likeable. I suspect she got picked by Obama for the same reason he picked Biden. Biden made him look better, and insured that he would never worry about removal from office. Harris is the same insurance. Though polling lower than lemon juice on an open wound is a pretty good analogy.

$25 bucks, #4?!?!? Willie Brown arranged to have Kamala appointed to two California state boards that paid her an additional $100,000 per year over and above her salary as Oakland’s assistant DA. She may be cheap, but not in terms of what she was paid to service the married Willie. What’s most remarkable is that Harris is the daughter of two immigrants to the US yet she says she is looking for the “root cause” as to why millions of legal and illegal aliens are coming to the US. Couldn’t she have asked her parents?

I wonder why she didn’t’ compare 1/6 to 4/19/1995? Seems to me that would be a closer comparison. Odd, that. Something else that I dislike about her is somewhat petty, but I never realized until now how nasally she sounds when speaking. As I said, petty.

I don't scrounge the internet looking for videos or speech from the likes of Obama, Biden or Harris I can't stand seeing them or hearing them. I did watch once a short video of Harris addressing a small gathering of people and I was struck how dumb sounding she is. First by the end she said nothing, just a big word salad. I noticed all Harris did was glam onto a phrase and repeated it over and over changing the words around. The gist of the speech was, "we're all in this together" changing it around as she did a weird dance routine from side-to-side karate chopping the air appearing very strange. #1 Patchy Groundfog nails it I remember those years of being around these rising stars.

Liking is only one of her problems. Respect is the other. It is common knowledge how she got her start in politics, and most people have no respect for the mistress of a powerful man. I've yet to meet one who was a "brilliant courtesan" as some have been described. Once they're on their own, they tend to fall flat because their skills lie in the bedroom, not the boardroom.

Correction, #18 - both of Kamala's parents were in the U.S. on student visas - and it was not until 1982 that the broad birthright was extended by the U.S. supreme court to include just about any baby born here, even if the mom was on a layover at an airport somewhere in the U.S.

Sir Edmund, Whitmer, Pelosi, Collins, Auntie Maxine, Murkowski, Abrams, AOC, Omar, Pressley, Tlaib. Heels-Up is the highest ranking female in the government so she just might be the worst of the lot. I dislike and dispise Harris because she's a pnoney through and through. She has no idea what she's doing and has less political skills than even feckless Hilary Clinton. She's an Nth degree opportunist and above all she's LAZY. She has done absolutely nothing as Vice President except cause many on her staff to bail out because she's abusive, condescending, and primarily because they are jumping off her sinking ship. They know she's a loser (political poison) and do not want to be associated with her. Biden cannot abide her and she can't stand Biden, who summarily dumped the U.S. Mexico border fiasco in her lap without even discussing it with her in advcance.

FTA: "They’ve insisted this country is not only those things, but it was created to perpetuate those things starting all the way back to when we were founded in 1619." Good Lord! Our side has surrendered full control of the language and the historical narrative to the Tyrant Class! There is no critical thinking. The United States of America (the "we" Mr. Hunter wrote of) was not founded in 1619. That is rubbish from the radically racist, anti-American 1619 Project. This nation was founded on July 4, 1776 with the signing of the Declaration of Independence, our FOUNDING document. The government of the United States of America was established on September 25, 1789 with the ratification of the Constitution of the United States, our GOVERNING document. To paraphrase Orwell: He who controls the language controls the past. He who controls the past controls the present. He who controls the present controls the future. It appears patriotic, freedom loving Americans have fully ceded control of the language to the people who mean to be our masters. Damn!

Perhaps the most APT date for use in comparison is March 5th 1770. School kids USED to learn that, and it was a Rallying Cry, a touchstone for Freedom and Liberty. She and the Dems are describing it from the "British Perspective", not an "American" one. Ashlii Babbet = Crispus Attucks, much more than Yamamoto or Bin Ladin.

Most Americans today have a romanticized (and extraordinarily narrow) historical understanding of the conflict that we call the Civil War. There were a lot of head-smacking moments during oral arguments before the Supreme Court regarding Joe Biden’s OSHA vaccine mandate for companies with more than 100 employees. Even though I know the left wing of the court is packed with totalitarians, it always takes my breath away to hear them opine about how the government should be allowed to exercise almost unlimited power over Americans, and their cavalier attitude about the rights of individuals. What I did not expect to hear was Ohio Solicitor General Ben Flowers—a Republican appointee—arguing before the court that the state essentially has unlimited power to force individuals to take a vaccination.

More recently he deplored the “woke mob” and “cancel culture.” The woke mob became truly apoplectic when Rodgers wasn’t clear about his vaccination status and then spoke with popular podcaster Joe Rogan, subsequently saying he had availed himself of the same COVID-19 treatment Rogan claimed to have used successfully.
