Comedian Trevor Noah is suing a New York City hospital and orthopedic surgeon for being 'negligent' during a surgery he underwent last year.
In the lawsuit, filed in the New York Supreme Court, Noah claims both the Hospital for Special Surgery as well as Dr. Riley J. Williams were 'careless in failing to treat and care for [him] in a careful and skillful manner.'
Keyzoe Williams, of Chicago, has been charged with one count of illegal possession of a machine gun.
According to an indictment unsealed in U.S. District Court Friday, Williams was in possession of a handgun equipped with a conversion device — also known as an "auto sear" or "Glock switch."
Three police officers were denied service at a San Francisco restaurant because staff "felt uncomfortable" that they were armed.
"Three armed and uniformed San Francisco police officers came in to dine at Hilda and Jesse" on Union Street on Friday, the restaurant said in a post on its Instagram page.
"Shortly after seating them, our staff felt uncomfortable with the presence of their multiple weapons. We then politely asked them to leave."

During the campaign he blamed Trump for all deaths and the shortage of tests for a pathogen that until December 2020, nobody even knew existed, and did not have the genetic sequence until late January 2020. Now, 11 months into the Biteme presedency, there is a critical shortages of tests. The big difference being that this shortage is being caused by bureaucratic red tape and executive inaction.
