After spending weeks on ships stuck off the coast of the United States, shipping containers are reportedly being dumped in nearby neighborhoods.Since the 24/7 operations of offloading cargo ships in Los Angeles and Long Beach ports have started, new problems arose, such as getting rid of the shipping containers used to transport goods. “Many of the shipping containers that spent weeks onboard ships waiting to be unloaded are now being dumped in nearby neighborhoods once they’re emptied,” CBSLA reported.UCTI Trucking Company, located in Wilmington, California, only has the capacity of holding 65 containers, the report said. As a result of limited space, the trucking company has been lining the streets

First things first. (snip) It is an unfortunate situation to see Oleg Deripaska receiving the Julian Assange treatment. Yes, that is exactly what is happening today as the institutionally corrupt FBI and DOJ attempt to throw a bag over Deripaska, in order to cover up their previous operations. (snip) Deripaska is not stupid, he knows these players and knows exactly what game the corrupt U.S. officials are playing. It was transparently obvious over the past few days that something was happening in the background. The Fourth Branch of Government, intelligence apparatus, Dept of Justice, FBI, and media enablers -writ large- began conducting an information warfare operation.

The City of San Francisco and Mayor London Breed announced a vaccination mandate in August for any business offering indoor dining. According to the order, all businesses are required to ask for proof of vaccination from customers. San Francisco was the second city in the country, behind New York, in making such a regional mandate. The owners and operators of In-N-Out burger, refused to be vaccination police and discriminate against their customers. The City of San Francisco shut them down. The restaurant still offers outside seating and take out, but they will not participate in vaccine checkpoints.

Nebraska Attorney General Doug Peterson issued a legal opinion saying that his office won’t seek disciplinary action against doctors who prescribe hydroxychloroquine or ivermectin as off-label medicines to treat or prevent COVID-19, as long as they are not engaging in any misconduct. The opinion (pdf), issued on Oct. 14, was in response to a request from Dannette Smith, CEO of the state’s Department of Health, which licenses and disciplines doctors. Smith asked whether it would be “deemed unlawful or otherwise subject to discipline” for doctors to prescribe ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine, or other “off label use” medications to treat or prevent COVID-19.

President Joe Biden’s nominee for a top banking post in his administration is refusing to give the U.S. Senate her thesis on Karl Marx, lawmakers say. Sen. Pat Toomey (R-Pa.), the top Republican on the Senate Banking Committee, asked Saule Omarova earlier this month for the document and other papers she omitted from a disclosure package that’s standard for nominees to submit to the Senate. Toomey asked for the documents by Oct. 13. Omarova did not hand over the papers, Amanda Gonzalez Thompson, a spokesperson for the Republicans on the panel, told The Epoch Times in an email.

The House select committee investigating the deadly Jan. 6 riot at the US Capitol voted Tuesday night to recommend that former White House strategist Steve Bannon be held in contempt of Congress after he declined to respond to a subpoena from the panel. The nine-member committee unanimously adopted its report recommending that Bannon be found in contempt. The full House of Representatives is expected to vote on the matter Thursday. If the report is approved, Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) will certify it and refer it to federal prosecutors in Washington for a potential grand jury presentation.

The great general Colin Powell died this week from COVID complications. He was fully vaccinated. At his age, any illness could have taken his life, yet if the vaccine was truly as effective as the experts say it is, surely General Powell should not have been infected with COVID. (snip) General Powell’s vaccine was of no use against COVID. He submitted to experimental gene therapy in the hopes that it would protect him, and it did nothing for him. That hasn’t stopped the experts from proclaiming General Powell’s death as next door to proof that the vaccines are working.

If there’s two things that Democrats love in this world, it’s abortion and Planned Parenthood. All Democrats, including Virginia Gubernatorial candidate Terry McAuliffe, want women to be able to abort their babies where-ever they want and WHENEVER they want. That is why he is currently panicking. When asked about a potential loss on November 2nd to Republican candidate Glenn Youngkin, the only thing McAuliffe could think about is women aborting their babies.“I’ve spent most of this campaign, if you look at my advertising, what I say on the trail, there’s huge differences, Kate, in this campaign.

Nikki Haley, former Ambassador to the United Nations, is laying the heat on Democratic former governor of Virginia Terry McAuliffe in a new ad campaign. The new ad was put out by Haley’s advocacy group, Stand for America, and takes McAuliffe to task for his position opposing parental involvement in education, and particularly for his statement at the gubernatorial debate last month in which he said he does not “think parents should be telling schools what they should teach.”This sentence struck a nerve, and is quoted in the ad, which is titled “You’re a Parent.” The ad focuses on the central role parents play in a child’s life,

The Wall Street Journal wrote Tuesday that President Biden was making another attempt to salvage his stalled legislative agenda by meeting separately with progressive and moderate Democrats. The next sentence was more telling: The moderates were Sens. Kyrsten Sinema (D-Ariz.) and Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.). The progressives were too numerous to mention. If you get the impression there are only two senators holding back the great flood of government waste known variously as “Build Back Better and the “human-infrastructure” package, you’ve got the whole story — as told by the Washington press corps.

President Joe Biden presented a scaled down version of his 'Build Back Better' plans to Democratic lawmakers, which will ax his plans for tuition-free community college. The $2 trillion government-overhaul package instead focuses $500 billion to tackle climate change and money for middle-class priorities - child tax credits, paid family leave, health care and free pre-kindergarten. But Biden's vision for free community college for all is falling by the wayside, with his flagship child tax credits scheme also likely to be severely-curtailed. 'There will be something for higher education, but it probably won't be the free

Is there a more well-known saying than “If you find yourself in a hole, stop digging?” Yet, apparently, that nugget of wisdom has not reached the hallowed halls of the White House. Today, even as the supply chain crisis grows, Jen Psaki decided it’d be a great idea to mock suffering Americans. You know, because this entire thing is about not being able to get a treadmill or something. Remember President Ron Klain’s recent endorsement of the idea that inflation and supply chain issues are a “high-class” problem? This is the double down by an administration that just can’t get out of its own way.

President Joe Biden’s approval rating continues to fall, with 37 percent of Americans approving the job he is doing, according to a Quinnipiac poll released on Tuesday. While only 37 percent of Americans approve of Biden’s job performance, 52 percent disapprove. The numbers are similar when asked about their opinion of the president. Only 38 percent of Americans report a favorable opinion of Biden, whereas 50 percent have an unfavorable opinion. Biden’s approval numbers have drastically declined since his botched Afghanistan pullout at the end of August. The last time Biden’s approval rating was positive was in the days leading up to the August 31 Afghanistan withdrawal. Federal vaccine

Fed-up parents made waves Tuesday after they filed a “federal civil rights lawsuit” against radical Attorney General Merrick Garland for unjustly suggesting parents protesting at school board meetings were committing “domestic terrorism.” This major development in the fight to de-radicalize liberal school boards went completely unmentioned by the evening newscasts of ABC, CBS, and NBC, just as did their weekend protest outside the Department of Justice. Instead of reporting on the parents fighting back against the Biden administration’s tyranny, ABC’s World News Tonight was busy touting a transgendered “woman” being installed as a four-star general. On the CBS Evening News, they were hawking and huffing about cops and firefighters
