Forget about Booting Biden

As the forensic audit in Maricopa County, Arizona, winds down, expectations are rising that the defects of the 2020 election will finally be addressed. A recent poll reports that "more than half" of Republicans expect the audit to bounce President Biden out of office. That's not going to happen. And that's not a bad thing. Fixing the 2020 election requires more than Biden has to offer. Real reform requires going after the people who put Biden in office. (snip) There is no precedent or framework for revoking Biden's Electoral College "win."

Biden won't be kicked out, but the country will see just how far the corrupt Dem party will go to hold onto power.

Part of me wants the immediate satisfaction of seeing Biden resign because of the extreme pressure put on him by the American people to force him to resign, but we all know that will never happen. Integrity appears to be a thing of the past. Besides, democrats will eliminate him before they allow him to destroy the party. They will fight to their dying breath to remain in power. Democrats have time on their side and they will use it. They also have a belief that they can weather any storm even one as fierce as this one. They will not go quietly into the good night. They will fight and scratch to survive. As much as I want President Trump to be vindicated and able to serve out the term he won, I want these miscreants to be exposed for the lawless criminals they are. I want them indicted, arrested and jailed. I want their assets seized. I want the American people to know in no uncertain terms that democrats stole the 2020 election. I want the tech overlords to be exposed as their partners in crime. In short, I want justice done! I want integrity restored in our nation. I want the media to suffer the consequences of their betrayal of the trust of the American people. I want the whole cabal from the bottom to the top to be held responsible to the American people for their lies, corruption and lawlessness. I want them shamed. I want them shunned. I want them to pay for what they have done to this great nation. I want the world to know that this country can honor our ethos of equality under the law and more importantly, that no one is above the law regardless of their status. In short, I want justice for President Trump and the 75+ million voters who had their votes nullified. If that means upheaval in the country for a period of time, so be it. We mist reverse course we are on or the country will be destroyed. If PresidentTrump is successful in not giving up and proving the democrats heinous election stealing scheme, the service he will have provided to the country will be a debt we could never repay. Our battle cry should be truth and justice, nothing more, nothing less.

But, could not the Arizona audit overturn the Senate race replacing Kelly with a Republican and returning the Senate to the GOP? That would at least be a tourniquet until 2022.

It may be that the time to dispute election results is before the president is sworn into office, but that was tried in multiple courts, and every judge neglected their duty, due no doubt to fear of having leftist brownshirts protesting and burning their house down. Not a single judge heard the evidence and ruled upon it. They all said "it was too late," "it was too early," or any other excuse they could come up with. If by some miracle we can take back the House and the Senate and once again (for the 3rd time) re-elect President Trump, perhaps we could see some real law enforcement and have some people indicted and imprisoned.

IF the elections in 1 or more states are "proven" to be fraudulent and to have been rigged, then all laws and EOs since are null and void. So in effect, you have a sitting duck Presidency/Administration as well as an invalid congress. Acting on that to remove Biden would upend this country to such a degree that the current riots occurring in South Africa would be nothing compared to the chaos and anarchy that would happen here. Unfortunately, inaction to rectify this will allow the cancer to spread. In other words, the ideal of what America was founded on and strived to achieve, until roughly 30 to 40 years ago, is a fond memory. Today, America with its uniqueness is now dead. The current United States is a failed nation being run by the new Bolsheviks. Plan accordingly.

Here's my democrat strategy in the event it becomes inevitable that the truth will come out proving that Biden was not legally elected and is not a valid POTUS. I roll the log as long as possible and bow out as late as possible allowing Trump to serve perhaps a year and then proudly proclaim without the slightest sense of shame that he has served his two terms and is not eligible to run in 2024.

Think of all the people, who lived years and years before us, who may have said "there isn't any Precedent" for this or that! We wouldn't have any Rules and Regulations to live by today! If we don't have a Precedent, it's the JOB of the Supreme Court to set one. If Five or six or more States prove Fraud elected Biden, we shouldn't just say "Oh Well" and let him serve for four years. It is up to the Supreme Court to make this Country Whole again. THEY know it and we know it! It's time for them to do the RIGHT thing. They should have done it when the FACTS were brought out BEFORE the Election. But they refused to even HEAR the Facts. So it's their fault we are in this mess now. As for people going to jail for getting away with this Travesty, start with the REPUBLICAN Governors and Sec of State and move right down to the people who fed the Ballots into the machines multiple times. Then move on to ALL the Judges who refused to hear the case when Guiliani and his Team brought the Proof to their Court. THEY should be removed or impeached. Then bring in Stacey Abrams who was behind sending out MILLIONS of Ballots to people who didn't request one. SHE was the person most responsible for flooding in thousands of fraudulent Ballots! How about Zuckerberg who PAID OFF people to cheat! There should be a place in Hell for him and Soros!

So let’s say that five states are flipped to Trump and Biden stays. What about the uproar from the Trump voters? There will be an excrement storm. The fact remains that Biden is illegitimate. What is a president to do when the people know he is illegitimate and aren’t behind him? One thing for sure, there won’t be a Biden/Harris ticket in 2024! No. 11 makes a good point about having an abbreviated term. Let things lie and see how they play out. What galls me the most though, is that Biden is such an embarrassment to this country, and we have to watch him. It’s a Pyrrhic victory for the Democrats.

This is when the military needs to step in and call for a new election. There are several EO's that Trump signed a few years ago that address this. One was directly targeting any outside influence on the integrity of an election. You can't rob and steal anything and not return it. What happens if just one state de-certifies the election? That act tosses our the act and the election becomes null and void. So is this author stating that, "Hey Democrats, you just stole and election, just don't do it again?" This is treason.

Once a a stolen presidential election is certified there's no way to change the result. Richard Nixon knew this when John Kennedy stole the 1960 election from Nixon. Therefore the only solution to amend these election procedures so that stealing these elections becomes, and remains, impossible. This is why democrats are using every trick, argument, falsehoods and litigation to try to prevent future free and fair elections. The question is whether there are too many RINOS among the republicans who, under the radar, are quietly sabotaging these efforts. Currently the democrats are confident they will be able to steal many elections in 2022, which is why they have no regard for the will of the people, including other democrats. Just one example is that democrats in New York City tried to steal the Mayoral election from Adams, and almost got away with that effort.

If there is n9 justice, there will not be another Republican win, ever. The diehard Republicans will still vote Republican, but many independent voters (like myself) will either write in their vote, or won’t bother voting, since our votes don’t actually count. Trump made two big mistakes - he let them steal the election that he knew they would cheat on, and then he decided to remain with the Republican Party. I won’t vote for a Republican or a Democrat, and I sure as hell won’t vote for the guy who abdicated running the country to Fauci, or for any Republican, since they are really just another grifter.

At the very least, three things need to happen. 1. Senate races in Arizona and Georgia need to be overturned. Unlike Dog-Face and Pony-Soldier those are directly elected. There may be house seats in other states that were affected too. Flipping the Senate and further narrowing the demonrat majorities in the House would be a huge deal. 2. State election laws need to change - and be enforced. This appears to be happening in several places. Concomitant with this people need to get into democrat activist faces. This is unpleasant for many people but it needs to be done. Don't just be quiet. Learn to curse at them like they curse at you they are ideological bullies, sometimes they are terrorist, treat them as such. 3. People need to to be prosecuted for these crimes. It is time and past time for demonrats to cease being able to skate by saying "We had good intentions!"

If fraudulent election results were certified, as we know they were, at minimum those who signed off need to go to jail. They either were grossly negligent, incompetent or complicit, none of which is a defense under the law. You wanted the job, now you will accept the consequences of rubber stamping a bogus election. One state senator in AZ is demanding that the Biden electors be recalled, which would throw the state into limbo. For those that say that there is no way to reverse a stolen election, I disagree. You cannot leave a POTUS in office that did not fulfill the requirement of receiving 270 electoral votes. Every single action he takes and has taken is null and void. It doesn't matter that there is no precedence or charted path - we must forge one. It is up to the courts to determine how. These elections must be decertified if found to be fraudulent to the point that it flips states from one candidate to another. There is no other way.

This author is ok with a stolen election, with a fraud in the presidency. We are supposed to forget about that and go after everything else. You don't think Biden is going to be bounced, then why do you think the others are going to be prosecuted? Who is going to prosecute them? Merrick Garland. I don't think so. Why should we dissipate our efforts trying to prosecute everybody in the Democrat Party, instead of focusing our efforts to remove Biden, an illegitimate basement hoax? The states should audit their election results, subtract all the fraudulent votes from the vote totals, and if Trump is then the winner, the state should recall their electors, and resubmit the legitimate results of the election. We can walk and chew gum at the same time, meaning we can pass election reform in the states, and remove the fraudulent votes from the presidential race.

FTA: Biden isn't the real threat to the Republic. The real threat is the network of local politicians who rig elections, national leaders who pay for the rigging, and the Democrat-controlled media who refuse to report the truth to the American people. Still whistling past the graveyard. If indeed large-scale fraud is reported out, it will be minimized by the auditors concluding it had no effect on outcome, or some such. If there was massive fraud, the REPUBLICAN LEGISLATURE has much to answer for...and any investigation will skirt the fact that the allegations of fraud came early, fast and furious...and without effective investigation the state sent Biden electors to Washington. And that same script was followed in other REPUBLICAN-controlled states. The best any investigation will show is that there was fraud, and the legislatures were derelict...a great platform on which REPUBLICANS can run in '22/'24. The simple truth is that the UNIPARTY wanted PDT gone by any means. (That UNIPARTY includes the "Democrat controlled media" like Fox News. They're all part of the WWE-style political conflict played out particularly on TV and radio.) These guys took a hit from PDT, and they wanted to restore business as usual. Mission accomplished with Joe Biden.

I don't want the Delaware Dummy, Biden, kicked out let him stay just make him 'null and void' declare he and Harris frauds then leave them in place. We don't want to waste a good candidate in the Washington DC swamp just make them all 'null and void' in their actions. Just right the 2020 election find the perps expose them and the next election will be righted. Biden is nothing now but he would really be null if proven that he cheated and not really the 46th president/resident.

And RIGHT NOW we must define a legal pathway to prosecute election theft AS IT HAPPENS. Who has legal standing? What judge hears it for whom??? No more legal bleep shows under a ticking time bomb. Tell us RIGHT NOW: what is the legal process to challenge election "irregularities" ???? Nobody Knows. Tell Us. NOW. Bc if you don't define a legal redress it doesn't matter what laws you pass. He must not go near that argument, so he must not go into the WH before Feb 2023, so Biden must stay because if he leaves they may patch up the line of succession which at the moment is chock full of opportunities for impeaching them all one by one.

Secession. A credible threat of secession will bring this matter front and center to everyone's attention. Only then will the courts realize that to preserve their job and retirement incomes they have to preserve the country. Who's responsible? Who are the masterminds, the grey eminences, the directors? They're the ones we should find and prosecute, right? Nope; this is a cancer. Cancer has no 'master cell' directing it. You must eradicate all of it. The author claims that an audit "can't prove fraud." Why would that be the case? Seems like the proof is being uncovered now. For example, counterfeit ballots. More ballots counted than mailed. Aren't those absolute proof of fraud? So, the argument is....once in, no matter how crooked....no possible reverse? I have to agree that the primary goal will be delay, delay, delay. But, possibly the House will switch over control in 2022....but then, will any Repub leaders have the spine to go after the election fraud? None that I have seen in decades have a spine better than cooked spaghetti. How about impeachment? THAT is legit if there is enough solid evidence of fraud which swung the Electoral College vote. But, while Evil Nancy will do "impeachment" based on NOTHING, I doubt that Repubs would actually impeach, even with proof of a fraudulent EC count. At the end of the day, the root problem is that their side will kill people without batting an eye (Seth Rich a recent example) and our side won't even work hard to win, let alone really punish the other side. The problem really is that it's the Uniparty....and 70% of the Repubs are happy feeding at the trough at letting the country collapse.

Boris Johnson has been ordered to self-isolate… again. The isolation order, however, was not issued because Johnson contracted the virus. You may well wonder why the British Prime Minister has been so unceremoniously put away given that he should be safe from the virus. If you did not know, in addition to having overcome the infection, Boris has received his two jabs earlier this year and upon accomplishing the feat urged everyone else to do likewise.

Garland Favorito founded VoterGA, an election integrity organization that has tenaciously followed the November election in Fulton County, including the ballot storage and recounts. His organization now has irrefutable proof that there was election and recount fraud in Fulton County, Georgia. It’s noteworthy that Biden “won” in Georgia by only 11,779 votes. To begin, you can see the press release from VoterGA here. These are the key factual assertions: The team’s analysis revealed that 923 of 1539 mail-in ballot batch files contained votes incorrectly reported in Fulton’s official November 3rd 2020 results.

For those who see the Hand of God in extraordinary natural phenomena, a lightning strike in Toledo, Ohio is being seen as divine retribution. Others call it karma. Witnesses reported that lightning struck a George Floyd memorial mural, not only burning the artistic expression, but collapsing the brick wall on which it was painted. (snip) plenty of people are laughing at the symbolism, while others piously bemoan their sentiments and/or denounce them, as racists. There are plenty of people calling it an act of God or divine retribution for idolizing a career criminal and drug addict. My favorites? "White lightning, I presume....."

President Biden argued that a massive influx of government spending bill will help fend off inflation, in a speech on the state of the economy at the White House on Monday. The White House has dubbed the $1.2 trillion bipartisan infrastructure bill that Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer plans to bring to the floor this week — and the $3.5 trillion budget resolution that Democrats plan to pass in the coming days without Republican support — the “Build Back Better” package. Biden said Monday that the two bills will help prevent, rather than exacerbate, runaway inflation.

Last week, the CEO of Black Rifle Coffee, Evan Hafer, gave a long-form interview to Jason Zengerle for the New York Times Magazine. I don’t know what he expected to achieve by the exercise, but I’m pretty certain that what he accomplished represented a significant deviation from the plan. The piece framed Black Rifle Coffee as a “Starbucks for conservatives” and promoted the piece by saying that the company was trying to distance itself from some of its customers. Note that Black Rifle Coffee retweeted this tweet and that usually means that the tweet met with the approval of the person sending it:

Anthony Fauci lashed out at Rand Paul on Tuesday during a Senate hearing as he accused the Kentucky Republican of being a 'liar' who 'doesn't know what you're talking about' when it comes to COVID origins. 'Dr. Fauci, knowing that it is a crime to lie to Congress, do you wish to retract your statement of May 11 where you claimed the NIH [National Institute of Health] never funded gain of function research in Wuhan?' Paul asked of the nation's top immunologist and Joe Biden's top COVID advisor. 'Senator Paul, I have never lied before the Congress and I do not retract that statement,' Fauci shot back

Black Rifle Coffee is a premium, small-batch, roast-to-order, veteran-owned coffee company based out of Utah. It has seen tremendous success over the past couple of years and has been dubbed the conservative alternative to Starbucks. But social media has been abuzz over the past few days regarding an interview Black Rifle CEO Evan Hafer gave to the New York Times Magazine. In response to the interview, The Post Millennial wrote that Black Rifle “goes woke, throws customers under the bus in bizarre NYT interview.” In addition, Newsmax said the company had called out some of its customers as “a repugnant group of people.”

White House official and a staff member for House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) have both tested positive for COVID-19 after attending the same reception last week, officials confirmed to Axios. Why it matters: While both individuals are vaccinated and mildly symptomatic, they illustrate how Americans inoculated against the coronavirus can still contract and, potentially, unknowingly transmit the virus — even at the highest levels of the nation's government. Get market news worthy of your time with Axios Markets. Subscribe for free. "We know that there will be breakthrough cases, but as this instance shows, cases in vaccinated individuals are typically mild," a White House official told Axios.

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki has switched rhetorical gears on the Biden administration’s role in flagging “misinformation” on Facebook. Days of outrage over multiple comments regarding the removal of COVID-19 posts prompted a U-turn of sorts by Ms. Psaki on Tuesday. “We’ve not asked Facebook to block any individual posts,” the Democrat told reporters when pressed for details on its relationship with Facebook. “The way this works is that there are trends that are out there on social media platforms. You’re aware of them. We’re aware of them. Anyone in the public can be aware of them.”

By now everyone with two working brain cells knows, or pretends not to know, that Democrats cheated on a colossal scale to get Whisperin' Joe into the White House. So it's safe to say that Republicans, having wised up to the Donks' stratagems and skullduggery, will capture both House and Senate in next year's midterms. Right? Yes. That is, assuming elections actually take place on November 8, 2022. (skip) Well, in a takeaway from those absconding Dem Texas legislators, you can't be defeated if you don't show up for the game

A federal judge ruled Monday that Indiana University could maintain its COVID vaccination mandate for incoming and returning students. Eight students filed suit against the university on the grounds that the college’s requirement infringed upon their individual liberty and bodily autonomy. They also contended that the COVID vaccine does not fall under the umbrella of immunizations for tetanus, measles, and other diseases schools typically list as prerequisites for enrollment given that its development and rollout was expedited and that it was not technically approved by the Food and Drug Administration.
