Black Rifle Coffee is a premium, small-batch, roast-to-order, veteran-owned coffee company based out of Utah. It has seen tremendous success over the past couple of years and has been dubbed the conservative alternative to Starbucks. But social media has been abuzz over the past few days regarding an interview Black Rifle CEO Evan Hafer gave to the New York Times Magazine. In response to the interview, The Post Millennial wrote that Black Rifle “goes woke, throws customers under the bus in bizarre NYT interview.” In addition, Newsmax said the company had called out some of its customers as “a repugnant group of people.”

A Coptic Christian church was recently burned to the ground—not in Egypt, where the torching of Coptic churches is not an uncommon occurrence, but in Canada, also known as “the church-burning centre of the Western world.”
In the early morning hours of July 19, St. George Coptic Orthodox Church in Surrey, which served 500 families and provided food for the homeless, was set aflame and completely destroyed. Only one charred wall remains standing.

Tax officials must give former President Donald Trump’s tax returns to a congressional panel, the Department of Justice said Friday.
The House Ways and Means Committee has long sought the returns, only to be stymied by federal officials.
Rep. Richard Neal (D-Mass.), chairman of the panel, has said he wanted six years of Trump’s tax returns as part of a possible adjustment of federal law concerning tax policies.

Perhaps Frank Luntz is just another victim of Trump Derangement Syndrome. Since the 2016 election, it seems he is far more interested in tut-tutting the Republican base than he is in finding out what we think. The GOP should have been over him in December of 2020 when he poll-tested words to get Americans to comply with lockdowns and masks. His study, in conjunction with the Beaumont Foundation, found that Republicans were particularly skeptical of these COVID-19 mitigation strategies.
Luntz came up with some ridiculous suggestions: Survey respondents had a much more positive reaction to the term “stay-at-home order.” “Calling it a lockdown brings to mind jailing your population,” Luntz said.
A New York judge approved the extradition of former movie producer, Harvey Weinstein, to Los Angeles on Tuesday in order to face further sexual assault charges.
Weinstein who was imprisoned in New York was found guilty last year of first-degree criminal sexual act and third-degree rape and is currently serving a 23-year sentence in prison, as reported by CNN.
The 69-year-old will go to Los Angeles to face assault charges filed by five women in Los Angeles and Beverly Hills from 2004 to 2013, according to Associated Press.

WASHINGTON -- First lady Jill Biden underwent a medical procedure Thursday to flush out debris from a puncture wound on her left foot, her spokesperson said.
Michael LaRosa said Jill Biden's foot was punctured while she walking on a beach in Hawaii last weekend, but it was "unclear what object caused the puncture."
After the procedure at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland, LaRosa said, "The wound is now clean, free of infection and it is anticipated that it will heal nicely."

He said that civilian federal employees will be required to “attest” that they have been vaccinated. If not, then they would have to submit to regular COVID-19 testing and masking guidelines, with restrictions on their travel. The White House also said they would be encouraging localities to provide $100 to newly vaccinated individuals using leftover COVID-19 relief funds, according to information they released today.
