For months now, my friends who are millennials have struggled to find single-family homes on the market in the suburbs, exurbs and even in rural areas — and when they do, they face daunting bidding wars. Millennials are leaving the city in droves as urban centers like New York and San Francisco see their populations decline. At the same time, the COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in a housing shortage and skyrocketing prices, with “feeding frenzies” for houses, notably outside major urban centers. Millennials (age 25-40) are part of this dynamic, seeking to make their lives outside of cities and to

Arizona’s Senate is considering another audit of Maricopa County’s 2020 Election results. This will supplement and confirm the results from the current audit going on in the Arizona Veterans Memorial Coliseum.
The Washington Examiner reports:
The Arizona Senate may sign a deal for another 2020 election review in Maricopa County following reports that some overseers of the audit are dissatisfied with the process.
The present audit, which includes a review of 2.1 million ballots cast in the state’s November election in the county, has been underway since April 23 at the Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Phoenix, led by the hired firm Cyber Ninjas.

Determined Never Trumper Paul Ryan was lionized on Tuesday by radical leftist Chuck Schumer for their shared values of overriding the American electorate and installing public policy favorable to foreign entities and the American left.
Forbes reported, “At the Senate Democrats’ press conference on Tuesday, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) joked that life would be better if former Speaker of the House Paul Ryan were still leading the House GOP.”
That should be noteworthy to all people who believe that Ryan was some sort of opposition leader to the left or the Tea Party darling he pretended to be to get elected.

"It’s all a facade," Samaria Rice, the mother of 12-year-old Tamir Rice, who was killed by a White police officer in Cleveland in 2014, told the New York Post on Saturday. Rice said she requested Cullors' help in re-launching a federal investigation into her son’s death. Former Housing and Urban Development Secretary Ben Carson has claimed that President Joe Biden is leading the U.S. down the economic path of 'Argentina or Venezuela' with a record-setting budget and freewheeling monetary policy. On Friday afternoon, hours before the holiday weekend started -- a slot usually reserved for uncomfortable announcements to the press -- Biden unveiled his $6 trillion budget proposal for next year. This year's projected deficit would set a new record of $3.7 trillion that would drop to $1.8 trillion next year - still almost double pre-pandemic levels. The national debt will soon breach $30 trillion after more than $5 trillion in already approved COVID-19 relief.

The Georgia election audit is triggering a five-alarm panic in Fulton County. The election officials’ reaction to the audit is particularly striking in light of ongoing reassurances from the mainstream media that fraud is as mythological as unicorns and leprechauns. Election fraud could never, ever, ever have happened in the 2020 election, the Democrat Media Complex reiterates. Ever.Any claim that fraud could have happened in the 2020 election is a “conspiracy theory,” just like the Wuhan lab leak. It is a damn dirty lie. Last year, Davon Brown, a former fashion model turned homeless activist, conned his way into an LA Ritz-Carlton luxury suite alongside Jed Parriot, the son of a producer on Grey's Anatomy.
It was May Day, Brown was wearing a blazer and sunglasses. The former fashion model and son of a wealthy producer were there to ‘occupy’ a luxury suite for the homeless. And demand that the city take over hotel rooms and hand them out to the population of junkie vagrants.
Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti held a press conference and assured Brown that he would get him a room.

There have been times when America has forgotten why we sent Americans overseas—and the duty we have to care for those who carry this nation’s freedom on their backs.
After Vietnam, there were no “welcome home” parades. As a youth, I saw senior officers in America’s most decorated combat division refused permission to wear their uniforms outside of Fort Bragg in North Carolina because the Army thought they would be subject to indignity.
The Vietnam War created a lasting slogan: “Never again will one generation of veterans abandon another.” That must be our charge today—and always.

It’s the jab or the job. Employers are allowed under federal law to require workers to get a COVID-19 vaccine before they can physically return to the workplace, according to updated guidance issued by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Friday. But they must provide “reasonable accommodations” for workers who refuse the shots because of a disability—including pregnancy—or for religious reasons, the agency said. The decision may mean unvaccinated employees could be required to wear masks, or to work remotely. The EEOC’s rules also gave the green light to companies offering incentives as a means of encouraging staffers to get vaccinated,

The NYT May 27 letter discusses the history of the COVID lab leak theory and declares that "the best mitigation strategies — travel restrictions, testing, contact tracing, social distancing, ventilation, and masking — are still the best mitigation strategies." We live in anxious times. But many times in our past were far more anxious, and the reasons for anxiety then were more compelling. Consider, for example, the situation facing the world in the early months of 1941, when Hitler’s triumphant armies controlled continental Europe, when only the British Isles managed to hold out and when the future of liberty looked very dim. Yet at that moment, the novelist John Dos Passos wrote: “In times of change and danger when there is a quicksand of fear under men’s reasoning, a sense of continuity with generations gone before can stretch like a lifeline across the scary present.”

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) — The California Senate moved Friday to make the state’s assisted death law permanent and significantly shorten the time a terminally ill patient must wait for a fatal dose of medication.

Facebook has long banned anyone who discussed the evidence that a worldwide pandemic killing millions and destroying the global economy may have been released from a government lab in Wuhan, China. One of the constants in Joe Biden’s political life for the past 12 years is his completely inappropriate obsession with little girls. Over the years, we’ve seen endless videos of him groping, sniffing, and whispering to prepubescent little girls. Well, he’s back, this time flirting with a little girl and commenting on how old and attractive she looks. There’s a reason we talk about “dirty old men” and Joe is it.
There is no evidence that Joe has ever sexually assaulted a child. However, there is evidence that his public behavior with children is creepy and inappropriate.

Senator Ron Johnson (R-WI) joined Dan Bongino on the Dan Bongino Show on Friday.During their discussion, Senator Johnson said he was “set up” by FBI-Stasi agents to stop him from talking about Hunter Biden and his filthy perverted lifestyle. Senator Ron Johnson: We got another briefing by the FBI. And there was nothing there, really. Literally, there was nothing there. It was a nothingburger. I knew it was a nothingburger. They wouldn’t tell me what was behind the intelligence.

An explosive new study claims that Chinese scientists created COVID-19 in a Wuhan lab, then tried to cover their tracks by reverse-engineering versions of the virus to make it look like it evolved naturally from bats. The paper's authors, British Professor Angus Dalgleish and Norwegian scientist Dr. Birger Sørensen, wrote that they have had 'prima facie evidence of retro-engineering in China' for a year - but were ignored by academics and major journals. Dalgleish is a professor of oncology at St George's University, London, and is best known for his breakthrough creating the first working 'HIV vaccine', to treat diagnosed patients and allow them to go off medication for months.

During an interview aired on Friday’s broadcast of SiriusXM Urban View’s “The Joe Madison Show,” White House Chief Medical Adviser Dr. Anthony Fauci said that he trusts scientists in China to be honest about the origins of COVID-19 and that you have to make a distinction between scientists in China and the country’s government.Host Joe Madison asked, “Do you trust the scientists, your colleagues? You have to work with them in China. Do you trust them to be honest and forthcoming?” Fauci responded, “Well, yeah. Yeah, I think that you have to have a difference between the scientists in China and the Chinese government. I don’t have much insight \

At ease, Joe.President Joe Biden raised eyebrows — and a few alarms — Friday when he lavishly complimented a little girl on her appearance during remarks at a Virginia military base.“I love those barrettes in your hair, man,” Biden said. “I tell you what, look at her, she looks like she’s 19 years old, sitting there like a little lady with her legs crossed.”The girl in question, who appeared to be elementary school age, had joined her parents and two older brothers on the podium while her mother introduced the president at Joint Base Langley-Eustis in Hampton, Virginia.

Republicans in the Senate held together to thwart attempts to form a commission to investigate the trespassing and minor property damage that happened at the Capitol on January 6, 2021. We should all refuse to call it an insurrection or even a riot at this point if for no other reason than to frustrate the left—in particular, leading Democrats like this bitter former presidential candidate who keeps lying to her followers: It is well established that the only person who died that day due to violence at the Capitol was Ashli Babbitt, an unarmed veteran and Trump supporter.

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) blasted the Biden administration’s budget released Friday, contending the proposal will “drown American families in debt, deficits, and inflation.”
“Now we know why the Administration tried to bury their budget announcement on the Friday before a holiday weekend,” the Kentucky Republican said in a Friday statement following the release of Biden’s budget, explaining it would have a negative impact on American families by drowning them “debt, deficits, and inflation.”
“Even after the massive tax hikes Democrats want to force on the American people, they’d still have the government running trillion-plus-dollar deficits every year,” McConnell stated:
