There was at least one Republican who disagreed with former House Speaker Paul Ryan's critique of Donald Trump's hold on the party.
That would be Trump.
"Paul Ryan has been a curse to the Republican Party," Trump said as part of a lengthy statement issued Friday by the former president. "He has no clue as to what needs to be done for our Country, was a weak and ineffective leader, and spends all of his time fighting Republicans as opposed to Democrats who are destroying our Country."

Ryan is simply a wimpy establishment Republican who all along folded to the leftist and liberal Democrats once they gave him a portion of the action. Unfortunately that has been the game plan of a lot of the wimpy establishment Republicans all along, and they do not like it one bit that Trump “outed” them to the country.

When I think about how much President Trump could have accomplished in his first two years, I get sick. The Wall could have been funded and completed. DACA could have been resolved. Obamacare could have been abolished and that's just the tip of the iceberg.
All of it was precluded by the likes of wimps like Ryan and McCain! Both are traitors to this great country!

It would have been enough for Vice President Ryan to simply list the successes of his and President Romney’s administration.

Paul Ryan was put in as Speaker of the House for a reason. What a crock of baloney we were fed about the circumstances of his appointment.

Ryan will go down in history as a saboteur that did sabotaged the Trump victory by doing nothing. Ryan is a cowardly, passively aggressive, back stabber. Fox should get rid of him, and quit supporting him. Ryan has no support anywhere, except from Democrats who clap.

Paul Ryan has been a total fraud and a total failure. The man is nothing more than a democratic vote. Got it.

So now it's "lashing out"? I guess the Republicans forgot how to "pounce." Or the degenerates in the news racket have been paging through their thesaurus for synonyms.

Is he still employed with FOX News? It feels like FOX us doing some house cleaning. I guess falling ratings have made a dent in their bottom line.

As usual, the President, and I mean, Donald Trump is spot on! Ryan is a traitor to the Republican party and he is as disgusting as Romney. A pox on those two!

Paul Ryan, the Speaker who resigned, wouldn't leave and forfeited the '18 Congressional elections to a Democrat majority, doesn't seem to have a fan in FPDT. FPDT and others call them RINOS...they think FPDT and his Trumpistas are the RINOS. These two represent the schism that will either heal or cause great problems into the '22 election cycle. Ryan clearly wants to go along and get along with his UNIPARTY/GOPe cohort. The question is whether the Republican hoi polloi will follow that well-worn and ultimately destructive path blazed by the Bushes, McCain, Romney, McConnell, McCarthy and so many others in the GOP camp.
