Over the coming weeks, major cases impacting various aspects of American life are poised for rulings. One of the biggest outstanding cases involves the Affordable Care Act. The Supreme Court ruled in 2012 that it was constitutional, but this is a new challenge. This challenge was brought by conservatives who believe the last ruling was only ruled constitutional because the Supreme Court interpreted the law as a tax. Punchbowl News released a new tracking poll Thursday showing a majority of senior Democrat Capitol Hill aides believe House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s (D-CA) partisan socialist agenda will not pass Congress. Pelosi’s push to pass a partisan socialist agenda while Washington, DC, is under one-party rule looks like it will fail as the “gatekeepers and, in many cases, the decision-makers” believe there will not be enough votes to get her wishlist through, according to the poll. Only 36 percent of the Democrat staffers surveyed believe there is hope to pass H.R. 3, which is the Democrats’ “big bill to lower drug costs.”

San Francisco—After much thought and discussion, I've decided to share a shocking video of the moment two Asian senior women, ages 65 and 85, were stabbed along Market Street in San Francisco this week. I obtained this video through sources and spent a great deal of time debating whether or not to release it to the public. I was also provided an image of the x-ray showing the weapon used. It was still inside Mrs. Chui Fong's body at the time it was taken.(Snip) This was not a stabbing involving a pocket knife. It was a serrated blade larger than Mrs. Fong's arm.

MSNBC correspondent Sam Brock admitted on Thursday's Hallie Jackson Reports that critics of Florida's new election law do not know how it will suppress the vote, but are certain it will. After criticizing Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis for excluding non-Fox media in the signing ceremony, Brock added "I spoke with a voting law expert who said it's like 1,000 paper cuts. It's not clear what any one of the components of S.B. 90 will actually do in terms of suppressing the vote. When you add them all up together, it could make for a lot of bleeding when it comes to voter access, Hallie."
