A man videotaped and taunted a young pregnant woman who wasn’t wearing a mask in a grocery store and put the video online, which has amassed more than 400,000 views as of Friday. “Right there, right there, no mask,” the man said, zooming over to the pregnant woman as she checks out with her groceries. The woman calmly waves, only irritating the already emotional man. “You’re on candid camera. Here we go. I want you to know that your insensitivity is ridiculous,” he scolded her. He then equated her massless face with the deaths of his grandparents.

One should say that if that no mask is a problem for you, you should get at least 60 feet away.

I haven't worn a mask in 3 weeks. Grocers still sell me food. I get plenty of above mask glares and people give me a wide berth which is fine but if I had been within earshot of this idiot he would have had a problem. PS has anybody told the mask bandits that you can (and very often do) catch a virus through your eyes ? Tear ducts, even eyelids, any moist surface.

Someone started to rant at me once for moving within 6 feet of them while on the check out line at the crowded grocery store. I was wearing my mask (reluctantly but as required) and calmly told the masked person that if they were so afraid of someone being near them, they should not come to the crowded grocery store during a busy time and stay home. I think the others around me wanted to applaud! The militant social-distancing, mask Nazis need to take some Xanax before going out in public or stay home.

I wear a mask in stores ONLY because the state governor (Sisolak-D-Nevada ) arranged it so that the store can be fined $10,000 if it does not "enforce" the mask requirement. Most stores cannot afford that fine. Thus, I am not complying with the edict but only assisting the store.

What I expect to happen over time, at least in red states, is that stores here and there will begin not requiring masks; increased traffic to their businesses will prompt competitors to follow suit.

The three female freshmen were attending an off-campus party when they snapped the maskless photo, which was posted on Instagram. It's not clear when the party took place, though one student has a clover on her shirt and many students are wearing green, suggesting it could date back to St. Patrick's Day. A party known as the 'Blarney Blowout' is typically thrown at the school during March. The three students have since been suspended from UMass Amherst, which may only be the beginning of their disciplinary problems at school.
