Biden's proclamation declaring National
Day of Prayer omits the word 'God' --
prompting Franklin Graham to say
'there's no one else to pray to'

President Joe Biden's proclamation of the annual National Day of Prayer failed to include the word 'God', an omission that is drawing criticism from some religious leaders. Biden, a devout Catholic, typically ends his public remarks with the phrase 'May God bless you all, and God protect our troops' - but his proclamation for Thursday's Day of Prayer contained no such acknowledgement of a higher power. 'Prayer has nourished countless souls and powered moral movements — including essential fights against racial injustice, child labor, and infringement on the rights of disabled Americans,' the proclamation read in part.

I hope you caught Primetime, Pete Hegseth last night on Fox News. He was hosting Primetime this week and has been excellent. It is worth watching if you did not catch it live. Rev. Graham’s segment was especially good. Pete and Tammy Bruce were excellent hosts. Hopefully, Fox will bring them back permanently with their own shows. Put Tammy on at 7 pm and let Pete take the 9 pm spot and leave Tucker at 8 pm. It would be programming gold.

#4 has nailed it! In the case of Biden, and others like him, we should always ask that the term be put in quotes as “devout Catholic”, or maybe “devout” Catholic, or even with the eyes-rolled emojii placed between “devout” and “Catholic”.

#3, I have always heard it referenced as pew warmers. The thing that makes me sad about all of this is Democrats cannot admit that their push to take God out of society created the problems facing people today. I don't know about anyone else but when I read, "we should love God with all our heart, mind, and soul plus love your neighbor as yourself," it puts life in perspective for me. Notice I said "life" and with their views on abortion, I view the Democrat party as the party of death.

#6 is right. Pete Hegseth has been phenomenal. I think he is a strong enough communicator that he could do Rush's show and be successful. Why are the dems so afraid to mention God? When I look at the path the dems are taking the USA, its frightening.

Keith, Keith, Keith, Xiden is NOT a devout Catholic. Give up the lie, please. He has spent his life breaking the 10 Commandments. The only one that he man not have broken is honoring his father and mother but, given the rest of his lifelong evil behavior, I would bet that he broke that one too. Thou shalt not murder vs support and funding the deaths of 60 million plus innocent children is the worst of those.

The world is not monotheistic. And that wider world in entrenched within the U.S. Franklin Graham should know that. Yes, our nation was largely founded on Judeo-Christian principles. But this is an annual proclamation by a secular authority: "I invite the citizens of our Nation to give thanks, in accordance with their own faiths and consciences, for our many freedoms and blessings..." What's the problem?

I have said this before, and I will say it again. Biden is a fake Catholic. I am Catholic, and every single day of the year, the Psalms are read at Holy Mass. "Psalms." The P is silent. Yet Biden recently said "palmist" repeatedly. The Mass has been totally lost on him. Biden is a pew occupier. He is not Catholic. How does he make this egregious mistake? It appears that he attends Mass, but his mind is elsewhere. Maybe he is thinking about how he can play with the hair of a woman sitting in front of him. Maybe he is playing games on his cell phone. But he is out to lunch.

The Ohio Republican Party on Friday passed resolutions censuring U.S. Rep. Anthony Gonzalez and calling on him to resign for voting in January to impeach ex-President Donald Trump. Gonzalez, from Rocky River, is the latest Republican to be rebuked by their state parties for supporting impeachment proceedings against Trump in January. Trump was impeached by the U.S. House for inciting a riot at the U.S. Capitol as President Joe Biden’s electoral victory was being certified, though the Senate did not vote to convict him. One resolution, offered by Shannon Burns of Strongsville, called on Gonzalez to resign, claiming he “betrayed his constituents,” “demonstrated a hidden vendetta against” Trump...

Every spring the Supreme Court seems to find itself in the headlines with consequential rulings on the horizon. This spring is no different. Over the coming weeks, major cases impacting various aspects of American life are poised for rulings. One of the biggest outstanding cases involves the Affordable Care Act. The Supreme Court ruled in 2012 that it was constitutional, but this is a new challenge. This challenge was brought by conservatives who believe the last ruling was only ruled constitutional because the Supreme Court interpreted the law as a tax. Congress has since removed tax penalties from the law and therefore critics believe justices now have grounds to strike down the entire law.

Severe cases of COVID-19 are 2.5 times more likely in men with male-pattern baldness than those retaining a full head of hair, researchers have warned. Male-pattern baldness — or 'androgenetic alopecia' — is a common, genetically-determined form of hair loss that affects around 50 per cent of men aged over 50. [SNIP] Researchers found that male patients with a common biomarker linked to hair loss appeared to be significantly more susceptive to severe coronavirus infections. Specifically, these men were more sensitive to male hormones known as androgens, which is also found in patients with androgenetic alopecia.
