President Trump’s account is still banned by Twitter along with several of his top supporters. Twitter banned The Gateway Pundit account after posting exclusive video of Democrats dropping off 61 boxes of ballots at the TCF Center at 3:30 AM on election night.

Here is yet another reason why no one should take CNN seriously. The same network that has accused the GOP of “genocide” and ending the country” for violence from Trump supporters on January 6, spent this morning defending a Democrat for what many would call, openly encouraging violence from left-wing protesters (while intimidating a jury!) California Democrat Maxine Waters went to Minneapolis this weekend to encourage Black Lives Matter protesters to ignore curfews and get more “confrontational” if the jury does not find Derek Chauvin, guilty of murder. As we reported yesterday, Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) was in Brooklyn Center at a BLM protest. She demanded a guilty verdict from the jurors at the Chauvin trial and urged protesters to be “more confrontational,” saying people “need to know that we mean business.” After she made her comments Saturday night, members of the National Guard who were patrolling with police in Minneapolis were shot at. Two were slightly injured in the incident — one from flying glass, and the other had superficial injuries. Many Republicans blasted her actions, decrying that a member of Congress would behave in that manner.

After questioning the two immigrants, they realized their stories didn’t match up. The man then admitted he was a friend of the child’s mother in Brazil and was using the girl to pretend to be a family, hoping to take advantage of the more lenient treatment U.S. policy affords parents who show up with children in tow. Fake families plagued border authorities during the 2019 surge, and experts say they are pouring through again.

The first is (or once was, anyway) quite famous amongst Americans, spoken by Founder John Adams during his defense of the British soldiers accused of murder in the Boston Massacre of 1770: Facts are stubborn things; and whatever may be the dictates of our passion, they cannot alter the state of facts and evidence. The second is from a figure of whom few alive could claim ignorance. As Jonah Goldberg relates in his book, Liberal Fascism:
