As Biden prepares for climate summit, U.N.
says the world is 'on the verge of the abyss'

Just days before President Biden kicks off a climate summit with world leaders, the United Nations World Meteorological Organization released a report Monday warning that “time is fast running out” to keep global temperatures in check. Titled “State of the Global Climate 2020,” the report finds that concentrations of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere continued to climb in 2020, despite lockdowns imposed to slow the spread of COVID-19. Last year, the report notes, was the third warmest on record, worsening the melting of glaciers and sea ice, the acidification of the world’s oceans and the severity of wildfires and hurricanes.

Comments:

We are Dooomed! Only hope is to vote Democrat, take brief cold showers (once/week at most) and only use 1 square to toilet paper.

So for the 37th consecutive year we are "on the abyss". You would think by now that at least one breathless prediction would come true. Note: If we really believed this hoax, we would stop buying anything from China, by far the worst polluter on the planet.

Oh, the world is on the edge of an abyss, alright, but it has nothing to do with climate. It has to do with a dark, heavy-handed brand of tyranny descending over the planet, using 'Climate' and 'Covid' as human shields, if you will, and when they're done, it will likely dwarf the Holocaust.

SAN FRANCISCO – Police officers responding to an auto burglary in progress here last week found the suspect sitting in the back of a Ford van with a machete in hand. Over the next three hours, a growing law enforcement group that included a crisis negotiation team and tactical operations experts circled the suspect. He refused to leave the van, so they engaged him in dialogue. At 8:37 p.m., the suspect, Marcel King, a 34-year-old Black man, exited the van without his machete and surrendered. “By isolating the scene, calling for backup, and generally de-escalating the situation, we got a

After Abbott announced COVID-19 restrictions would end on March 10, President Joe Biden called the decision a “big mistake” and that it reflected “Neanderthal thinking.” A slew of other political figures thought the decision was premature and a way to distract people from the February winter storm and power outage that killed at least 111 Texans. “It is now time to open Texas 100%,”
