A Build-A-Bear Workshop employee in Tukwila, Washington, allegedly refused to allow a 16-year-old girl to name her stuffed bear after slain conservative icon Charlie Kirk, crumpling up the commemorative birth certificate that comes with each teddy and tossing it in the trash. Evi McCormick, 16, visited the Build-A-Bear store at Southcenter Mall with friends on Friday to create a special teddy bear in memory of Charlie Kirk, the founder of Turning Point USA, who was tragically assassinated on September 10 while speaking at Utah Valley University. Evi McCormick, don't back down! A $20 gift card is not sufficient. Just like Starbucks, Build-a-Bear need to close for a day so ALL employees can attend sensitivity training. Thousands of Charlie Kirk Bears must be donated to TPUSA for TPUSA to distribute as they please. At least one Charlie Kirk bear must be sent to the PDT Presidential Library so this story will be on display forever.

And FWIW, forget gold, Bitcoin, or any of the Magnificent Seven stocks - BBW is up 5,400% (you read that correctly) over the last 5 years. The CEO said she expects similar growth going forward. Well, then, she better fix this.

I remember reading here at C.com that we shouldn't support boycotts b/c they ashram innocent workers, but we need to speak the same language as progressives if we are to fight them. Boycott Build-a-Bear! Do not trust them to handle the matter internally. I am sick of the insensitivity of the people who tell me I must be more sensitive.

My son and DIL take my grandson to Build-A-Bear for his birthday. He will be 3 soon so the birthday bear will cost $3. They don't get the box, clothes or have an expensive party there. The price of the birthday bear is determined by the age of the child. My son and DIL are frugal.

Democrats aren't even hiding it anymore. They're openly threatening to weaponize the government against Donald Trump and anyone who dares stand with him if they manage to claw their way back into power next year. This isn't speculation or paranoia. They're saying the quiet part out loud, and we'd better start taking them seriously. House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries just laid it all out there during an MSNBC interview while reacting to the indictment of New York Attorney General Letitia James by a grand jury on mortgage fraud charges. His message: if Democrats win the midterm elections, Trump and his allies are in their crosshairs,

This is sure to make you think twice before you merge onto the interstate anytime soon. The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) said it has arrested in Oklahoma an illegal immigrant named Anmol Anmol, who was driving a tractor trailer with a New York State-issued commercial driver’s license (CDL). While the license appears to have an actual photo of the driver, the name section just says “Anmol No Name Given.” That’s right. To get his CDL to operate an 18-wheeler, he either couldn’t give his name due to the language barrier or he refused to give his name.

New York Attorney General Letitia James, long known for her partisan crusade against Donald Trump, has now hired one of Washington’s most notorious Democratic fixers to defend her from criminal charges of her own. James has hired Abbe Lowell — the same high-powered D.C. attorney who represented Hunter Biden — to fight off a federal indictment accusing her of mortgage fraud. According to the indictment, James falsified loan documents when she bought a home in Virginia, netting approximately $19,000 in savings. Lowell issued a brief statement Thursday, declaring that his client “flatly and forcefully denies these charges.”

My Mom, a child of the Depression and a young adult during World War 2, even in the Reagan era, was not a fan of the legacy media, then, pretty much the only media. She didn't trust them too much, and she was fond of an (apocryphal) quote from WW2, from U.S. Navy Admiral William "Bull" Halsey, who, when asked by an aide what he should tell the press about an upcoming operation, replied, "Tell them nothing. When it's over, tell them who won." That's how military communications should be carried out. There's a level of security that should be taken for granted, and that means, in certain cases,

In the movie “As Good As It Gets,” Jack Nicholson was asked how he writes female characters so well. His answer, hilariously, was, “I think of man, and then I take away reason and accountability.” That is exactly what it is like to talk with a Democrat. They honestly live on a different planet, which is fine. The problem comes in when they try to force everyone else to live in that world – normal people aren’t interested in pretending there’s no difference between boys and girls, as none of us would be here without that difference, and we’re big fans of that difference –

A used EV or plug-in got $4,000. Now those subsidies are gone, thanks to the One Big Beautiful Bill signed by President Donald Trump on July 4, and EV sales are expected
