Let’s not forget how the Letitia James drama started…
Letitia James built her entire career on one promise: to take down President Donald Trump. (snip)Our friends at The Gateway Pundit have done a meticulous deep-dive investigation into Letitia’s financial dealings, and it’s far worse than most people realize. This isn’t some silly oversight or one bad mortgage… not even close. It’s a long-running pattern of deception spanning two states, many properties, and decades of lies.

In Tish's mind she's not an "Everyday American"; and as a democrat narcissist she DOES believe that she's above the law. Karma will come to take a big bite of her large derriere.

Her defense is that she is black and will beg for jury nullification. A good prosecutor will use a pattern of abuse to paint a picture that even her brothers and sisters won't ignore.

Sounds great, but somehow these Big Crooks like James seem to get cases dropped, and only get a token 'community service' sort of "sentence".....never any real jail time for the big deal (in their own estimation) politicians.

President Trump - - and his entire family - - have already reserved front row courtroom seats.
Poor Trish. The heat of their glares will be enough to melt the entire Antarctic ice mass.

Here's the big difference. It's not what political party is in power although that can, and did, have an effect. It's whether you commit crimes or you do not.
Trump committed no crime. He followed normal business procedures. None of the people who he got loans from said he did anything wrong. It is still baffling how he was convicted. Law in Leftist land is a travesty. Innocent people get convicted and guilty people are never charged.
Letitia lied on multiple mortgage applications. She is a criminal and a repeat offender. She is supposedly a lawyer, although dem credentials seem to come from Cracker Jack boxes, so she has no excuse for not knowing what she was doing. We will see if she is held accountable.

She will get a fine. It won't be nine digits like Trump's was. The voters of New York will likely re-elect her.

She had unprecedented time on the news shows in the morning to portray this as political but the documents and the loans present a whole other picture of her transactions.
Believe she even collected rent on one of the properties (did she also deduct depreciation on her taxes?) when she claimed it was a primary residence.
That would be pretty clear cut.

My understanding from media reports is that she reported it as a secondary residence. She then rented the property.

Prosecuting James with mortgage fraud is like prosecuting Al Capone for tax evasion. It hardly fits the crimes. She abused her position of trust as a public officer of the court to pursue a personal vendetta against a politician she didn't like. This is malicious prosecution. She should be removed from her post and debarred for what she did to Trump, not fined for some stupid mortage scam.

I have no illusions about her going to jail, especially with a blue state jury.
That being said, I hope the prosecutors spend a lot of time telling the jury about her campaign against Trump while she was running for office. I hope the New York bar realizes what she has done, regardless of what the jury finds, and kicks her out. I hope her lawyers put her on the stand and she tries the Hillary Defense, "mistakes were made, what difference does it make!". She may walk, but I want everyone to decide for themselves. The part of this that really steams me is that the New York taxpayers are footing her legal bills.

She's only going down if she gets a just judge and jury. If not, look for her to run for president.

Well one thing is for sure…if they want to keep their jobs, no NYC judge is going to allow any prosecution of Tish to move forward.

If there is a conviction, then James gets disbarred. Becoming a greeter at Walmart would be quite the transition.

I am HOPEFUL justice will be served, but doubtful. When she is convicted of these crimes I do hope they take her law license away - permanently.

My prediction is that they’ll find her guilty but she will get a fine and a suspended sentence. Of course she will be re-elected. We’re talking about voters who are happy to elect a Communist to run their city.
#15 She’s not being tried in NY. It’s Virginia. Not much difference though.

Letitia is a dirty lawyer. What we all want is justice. The bible says you will reap what you have sown. We believe that but we don't know the timetable of when. Scripture also says that
pride goes before the fall and Letitia James is very arrogant and thinks she will get away with
her fraud. We pray that James will soon pay the price of her crookedness. She is one evil
lawyer.

Is she safe from prosecution by her color and her employment? Which of those is most prominent in the excuse? Isn't it only the black males who get busted and jailed?

Letitia James and Stacey Abrams can start a conga line into the wilderness for all I care.
Maybe other execrable women could join in. I won't even start the list....
