Biden Judge Halts ICE Arrests in Los Angeles
Due to Alleged Racial Profiling

A federal judge in Los Angeles is trying to shut down ICE enforcement of the nation’s popular immigration laws on the claim that it is illegally “profiling” people in California. Judge Maame Ewusi-Mensah Frimpong, of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, issued two restraining orders late on Friday. Frimpong was nominated by President Joe Biden and is the daughter of two immigrants from Ghana. She was selected by both Harvard and Yale universities.[snip]The suspects’ race and ethnicity, their difficulty speaking English, their location at sites known for hiring illegal immigrants, and their class of work do not meet the “probable cause” requirement for arrests, the judge ruled.

Comments:

We have 'jurists' from Ghana telling our President what he can and can't do.

This treason as it is a lost cause, the case deportation case has gone to the Supremes and the federal Government is in charge of protecting our borders and immigration issues. If a person is here illegally, no matter what color, religion or sexual persuasion is here illegally, then they go back. The judge knows this and should be made to step down.

How are arrest warrants for known criminals profiling? If person happens to be in the company of someone under a warrant I would deem that to be reasonable suspicion. these judges are over-reaching for political purposes.

I thought the Supremes already ruled the federal judges have no say in the executive branch decsions and the President has the final word. The Supremes better shout louder cuz the rogue black robes have turned a deaf ear to them.

Of course it's racial profiling. If your skin is brown and you speak with a hispanic accent, your chances of being an illegal alien are as good as the odds of finding a bear in the woods where you have found fresh bear droppings. ICE is not going to find Martians on Venus! I wonder if this undocumented witch has the latent fear of a dive into her background sending her back to Ghana?

Here we go again. Democrats no longer try to hide their disdain for the American people and their interests. If Democrats wanted judges to interpret our laws instead of distorting/ rewriting them to serve non-citizens or some other pet project, we wouldn't have a daily parade of judges putting America last. It is so consistent, some might believe it was well planned by folks hiding in the back ground.

All aliens who are legally in the USA have been issued a form of ID by the old INS or ICE showing their legal immigration status, so if they are ever encountered by ICE immigration enforcement officers, in that event all the alien has to do is show his or her immigration ID to the officers and go on his or her way. The most prevalent of such ID that has been issued to aliens is what is called an alien registration card, that is commonly referred to as being a “green card”. That card is issued to all Permanent Resident Aliens.

Maine Representative Deqa Dhalac (D), a Somali immigrant turned state legislator, recently stirred controversy by declaring that her priority is developing “our country of Somalia” rather than serving American interests. Dhalac’s admission exposes a troubling allegiance to foreign priorities at a time of growing concern over immigrant loyalty and national identity. During a recent appearance on ABC News, Dhalac faced some questioning about her intent, and others defending her focus on supporting global communities while serving locally. He was once hailed as the Democrat Party’s unifying figure, but Obama’s recent scolding of his own party’s base didn’t just flop — it sparked a backlash even his defenders can’t ignore. As PJ Media previously reported, during a ritzy gathering of party elites in New Jersey, Obama dismissed the rampant frustration among liberals, telling them to show “a little bit less navel-gazing and a little less whining and being in fetal positions.” "And it's going to require Democrats to just toughen up,” he said.
