A man whom the Biden administration prosecuted over a satirical meme online just won a victory in court, as his outrageous and anti-constitutional conviction was thrown out. Douglass Mackey announced on X on July 9, “BREAKING: THE SECOND CIRCUIT COURT OF APPEALS HAS THROWN OUT MY CONVICTION FOR LACK OF EVIDENCE[.] THE CASE HAS BEEN REMANDED TO THE DISTRICT COURT WITH ORDERS TO IMMEDIATELY DISMISS[.] HALLELUJAH!” This is not only a victory for Mackey personally but for the First Amendment and all those who believe in the right to free speech. Mackey followed up his initial announcement by thanking God and triumphantly announcing his intent to sue the Justice Department.

As part of the victory settlement, this guy should be able to go and kick Biden square in his balls once a month for every month this courtroom BS had to go on.

More proof that there is no justice in the eastern district of NY. Have to go to the appeals court to get ordinary, same justice.

I don't care if he did "injure" their right to vote. Only an imbecile with a head injury would believe an online meme that says you can stay home and vote by text. I like outcomes that remove imbeciles from voting booths. They should open this up to anything said by anybody about the elections in any way. Think of it as an intelligence test to exercise their franchise: If you're stupid enough to believe it, you're too stupid to vote.

The trial judge that let this get to a jury was an Obama appointee. The federal judiciary really needs to clean house.

Six Secret Service agents have been suspended for their conduct in connection with the assassination attempt in Butler, Pennsylvania, against President Donald Trump during a campaign rally in 2024. During Fox News' "Jesse Watters Primetime" on Wednesday, the host announced that six Secret Service agents who were connected to then-presidential candidate Trump's Butler assassination attempt "have been suspended." Watters pointed out that the news comes just days shy of the first anniversary of the shooting that left one person, firefighter Corey Comperatore, dead and Trump with a bloody ear wound after he turned his head moments before the shot would've hit him.

WASHINGTON–President Donald Trump blasted Sens. Cory Booker (D-NJ) and Alex Padilla (D-CA) on Wednesday over their bill, which would require Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers to display legible identification and prohibit them from wearing face coverings. A reporter asked Trump during a multilateral meeting with African leaders in the State Dining Room of the White House if he would ever sign the bill, called “the VISIBLE Act,” should it reach his desk. He responded by saying Booker and Padilla hate America.

Without a doubt, T-Mobile’s culture and practices are centered on giving every employee an opportunity to grow and succeed and deliverying on our vision to connect each and every American no matter who they are or where they live.

The Trump administration will not enforce any Biden-era diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) or “Green New Scam” requirements on Department of Transportation (DOT) grant recipients, Sec. Sean Duffy announced Wednesday. After blasting the previous administration last month for leaving a massive backlog of DEI-filled grant projects for his agency to take care of, Duffy said this week, “It’s a new day in America, where common sense is in the driver’s seat.” “Our roads, rails, skies, and waters will be safer for it. The public wants to see their hard-earned dollars going towards safety and efficiency standards – not woke DEI or American Energy-killing ideas,”

President Donald Trump’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) sent administrative subpoenas to Harvard University today over information related to the criminality and misconduct of foreign students on its campus. The agency criticized the Ivy League school’s "refusal to cooperate" with past information requests regarding Harvard’s Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP), which provides visas for non-citizens to study in the U.S. "We tried to do things the easy way with Harvard," DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin told Fox News Digital. "Now, through their refusal to cooperate, we have to do things the hard way. Harvard, like other universities, has allowed foreign students to abuse

Last March there was a massive warehouse in the town of Leyton which is in East London. The fire took substantial resources to put out. Eight fire engines and around 60 firefighters tackled a fire involving a range of industrial units at an industrial estate on Staffa Road in Leyton. Part of three single-storey units were damaged by fire. There were no reports of any injuries. An investigation eventually proved the fire hadn't been an accident. It was a case of arson carried out by young locals who had been hired by the Wagner Group, the Russian mercenary group. It turns out the warehouses were full of Starlink

'Instead of talking about growth at Chinese rates, the world will soon be talking about growth at Argentine rates,” President Javier Milei of Argentina said in April. And here we are in July doing just that. Argentina’s economy is growing at 7.7 percent, according to the latest year-over-year data. It grew by 1.9 percent in April, the most recent month for which data are available. The Chinese economy is growing at a rate of about 5 percent per year (if you believe the official statistics, which there are good reasons to doubt). Argentina is achieving this growth not through a strategic industrial policy or a mercantilist trade policy

Yesterday, an unnamed Hamas security officer painted a grim picture about the status of the terrorist network for the BBC. Leaderless, disconnected, and just about out of ammo, the remnants of Hamas don't have many options left. In fact, this insider expects Israel to now finish the job, since there aren't many reasons for them to let up: "Let's be realistic here - there's barely anything left of the security structure. The Trump administration can move forward with plans to fire tens of thousands of workers across the federal government, the Supreme Court ruled Tuesday. A judge in California had blocked the layoffs, finding that they would likely violate federal law. But the justices granted an emergency appeal from the administration seeking permission to enforce a Feb. 11 executive order that instructed agencies to carry out dramatic “reductions in force.” In an apparent 8-1 ruling, the high court said it was not assessing the legality of any particular agency’s layoff plans, nor any moves taken so far to implement those plans. Litigation over the downsizing efforts is sure to continue. But

None of us ever would have heard of Jeffrey Epstein had the government not brought him up. It was the government that brought charges against him. The government told us that he was “the most prolific child sex trafficker in history.” The government said he was “with intelligence.” The government cut him a sweetheart deal. The government was taken to court by “John Doe” over what the government called “client lists.” The government courts made a ruling about the “client lists” not being released. As lawmakers begin crafting the 12 annual appropriations bills to fund the federal government in fiscal year 2026, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., has implied that his party will refuse to cooperate in the process if Republicans revoke billions in funding from previous years. The Senate is set to vote on a rescissions package that narrowly passed the House in June and would cancel already appropriated federal funds for public broadcasting and some foreign aid programs. Republicans only need a majority vote for the legislation to pass. The Rescissions Act of 2025, compiled by the Office of Management and Budget, requests the cancellation of federal spending deemed wasteful

Six months after the devastating Palisades and Eaton fires, California Gov. Gavin Newsom unveiled $101 million in funding Tuesday for “multifamily low-income housing development” that will “contribute to a more equitable and resilient Los Angeles." The priority is for “geographic proximity to the fire perimeters of the Eaton, Hughes, and Palisades fires.” Earlier this year, The Center Square broke news that California state law and a local Los Angeles ordinance require fire-destroyed rent-protected housing — which includes all apartments in the city built before October 1978 — be replaced with low-income housing. Because the affordability requirements use county-level income data

Kroft appeared on Paramount-owned Comedy Central to discuss the settlement with Stewart, who didn’t pull punches when discussing his own employer. Kroft, who retired from the show in 2019 after a 30-year run, said his former colleagues are devastated that CBS and its parent company settled Trump’s "election interference" lawsuit. "I think there is a lot of fear over there… fear of losing their job, fear of what’s happening to the country, fear of losing the First Amendment," Kroft said.

O'Connor pleaded the Fifth Amendment to multiple questions about his time with former President Joe Biden during his sit-down. It resulted in a hasty end to what could have been an hours-long deposition. "I'm going to read the first two questions that were asked. 'Were you ever told to lie about the president's health?' President Donald Trump’s bold move to take out Iran’s nuclear arms program and broker a ceasefire between Iran and Israel seems to have worked, at least so far. But while a large share of Americans believe the ceasefire won’t hold, the majority are taking a wait-and-see approach, the latest I&I/TIPP Poll indicates. The online national I&I/TIPP Poll of 1,421 adults was taken from June 25-27, mere days after the June 22 U.S. military attack to cripple Iran’s nuclear facilities. I&I/TIPP asked respondents the following question: “Do you believe the recent ceasefire between Israel and Iran will lead to lasting peace in the region?”
