In the last two and a half years, eight sitting members of the House or Senate have died in office. Every time, it's been a Democrat. Rep. Gerry Connolly of Virginia, the top Democrat on the House Oversight Committee, died on Wednesday at 75, after a battle with esophageal cancer. He's the third House Democrat to die in the last three months. If Democrats had gained a narrow 1 or 2-seat majority in 2024, they would have lost it by now. The streak of Democratic deaths could just be something of a coincidence. After all, there are plenty of elderly

Comments:

Bitterly clinging to power until their last breath. Not mentioned is having a brain-dead Democrat in the White House until recently.

Pelosi Galore has already put her name in for reelection in 2026, when she will be 86. She, too, intends to exit Washington in the toes up condition. Power is more addictive than methamphetamine. So, too, is piling up ill gotten gains that would land any investor without a congressional seat in prison for insider trading.

The odds of winning 8 straight coin tosses are 1 out of 256 or 0.00391, meaning its very very unlikely. Seems something that has control over these things is affecting the outcome. If it happens again the odds are 1 out of 512 or 0.00195.

Word of former President Joe Biden’s diagnosis of aggressive prostate cancer immediately spawned speculation he may have known about the disease while still in the White House — maybe even as he was pursuing a second term in office — but others are pushing back and requesting empathy for the 82-year-old.
