Sometimes, the smartest PR strategy is to tell the truth. It happens a lot that, of all the options available, telling the truth is your best choice. Clients hate that! “Why the hell am I paying you money if I’m just gonna tell the truth?! I could’ve done that on my own!” They’re disappointed if there’s no smoke, mirrors, or magic act. Alas, most of the time, a client’s PR options are finite. The “facts on the ground” almost always limit your choices. I can’t “sell” a story that isn’t credible, so reality keeps you grounded — especially in an outcome-based endeavor like PR. Trust me on this, folks:

The MSM has been so gullible since the Obama campaign where they used the "townhall" approach to getting their message out. It made all who were included to feel special and were getting "access". What the Obama campaign did, however, was cleverly craft the narrative they wanted to tell at that time. Even follow up questions were minimized. The had all the answers in that remote location to the questions. There was some former Obama campaign person who bragged how they really fooled them and controlled them. Really wonder how today's MSM (i.e. press) can claim they are independent and in a competitive environment when they all basically say the same things, don't report on the same topics and have been caught using group chat platforms to obtain their official talking points. One might be able to make the case they are in violation of anti trust laws.

RE: "Jake Tapper and Axios’s Alex Thompson have been busy making the media rounds..." I am looking forward to the end of their little we-lied-to-you-so-what? tour and the return to normal 'news'. The one good thing to come out of all this is alerting more half-awake/half-asleep Americans to the fact that the legacy or mainstream media (and political operatives) will hide from the truth, or lie to our faces and can no longer be trusted. Now, who was really in charge of America the past for years??

Anybody who spoke out in favor of Obama or Biden has already outed themselves as clueless and deficient in gray matter. Those who claim that they were fooled by the not-so-clever cover-up are at the extreme left side of the Bell Curve.

We might not like them but they are not dumb and gullible. They are shrewd and sneaky and untrustworthy. I would not trust them to tell me which day of the week it is. It's the four year old with chocolate and cookie crumbs on his face. And his mom asks him if he just ate a cookie after she told him not until after dinner. And he looks at her and says "no, I did not eat a cookie". And he thinks he will be believed. They are looking at you and saying "no, we didn't know FJB had dementia issues". The msm and the politicians who engaged in this coverup should be shunned. Do not watch them do not vote for them do not believe them.

I agree with poster 7. This is bull, Scott. They were not gullible and the faux biden cabal didn't believe they were gullible. Dumb, yes, but not gullible. They all knew, and were stupid enough to think it was going to turn out better than it did. Apparently, the biden folks are still holding on to a great ending. Maybe they think biden's death will turn things around. So far the announcement of his new cancer hasn't budged anything at all. It burns me up to hear conservatives (types like Megyn Kelly) say Tapper's going to make a lot of money on his book. I call bunk on that one, and any conservatives saying that make me think they're all playing games with us. It made the NYT Bestseller's list. More lies. Who's buying Jakes' book? They no longer have access to our tax dollars, so the sales won't be coming from us (at least like they used to). Who's buying?

If the media was dumb enough to buy the Bidet administration's lies, how about the American People that continued to support dems in 2024? The game completely fell apart when Biden got on the debate stage and proved he was senile. Yet, a good chunk of the American People allowed the dem cabal to SELECT word salad Harris who is a dumb as a rock. Plus it wasn't just Bidet that was completely useless. His whole administration wasn't senile but they WERE grossly incompetent. And the media desperately spun for keeping the dems in power. Their angst in the fact that they were failing was palpable. A good chunk of the American People still voted for Kamala. This election was won handily by Trump, extending his success in impressive ways. Yet, it SHOULD have been a massacre. A capable media SHOULD have admitted the dems had no business running the country. They should have been embarrassed that they supported the dems so completely. Half of the dem party voters SHOULD have run screaming from the thing that was pretending to be a viable political party. The MSM is worthless and they are desperately trying to keep from going down the drain with the dem party. The Bidet admin couldn't believe the media bought the lies they fed them. Now the media is trying to feed us their desperate lies to save themselves. How DUMB do we need to be to buy what they are trying to foist on us? Men may be from Mars and women from Venus, but the MSM is from Uranus.

PolitiFact threw another "False" flag on their mountain of 1,095 Donald Trump "fact checks" on Wednesday. The dispute was whether Harvard gave the Department of Homeland Security the information they requested on their foreign students. They cited a recent press gaggle with the president: "Part of the problem with Harvard is that there are about 31% of foreigners coming to Harvard ... but they refuse to tell us who the people are," Trump told reporters May 25. "We want a list of those foreign students and we'll find out whether or not they're OK. Many will be OK, I assume. And I assume with Harvard many will be bad."

Donald Trump got some good news from a Florida judge Wednesday: his lawsuit against the Pulitzer Board may continue, meaning he can carry on his quest to hold them accountable for first issuing prizes to the New York Times and the Washington Post for their fake Russia-Russia-Russia coverage and then doubling down by claiming that there was no false information in any of those outlets’ stories. No proof of Russian collusion with the 2016 Trump campaign was ever produced, and the Robert Mueller investigation ended with a thud and no charges, yet the Board stood by their decision. They even commissioned a review of the Post and Times’ stories

When an industry requires endless subsidization, that means it’s signaling a lack of potential—both short-term and long-term—so it’s *probably* a bad investment. According to Matt Oliver at The Telegraph, new numbers from the electric vehicle industry show that these cars are depreciating rapidly, much faster than their gasoline counterparts; after just two years of ownership, these cars are worth less than half of what their owners originally paid. (I mean, we tried telling them these were foolish purchases, but they didn’t want to listen.) Here’s this, per Oliver: A typical EV now retains only 49pc of its value after 24 months, a sharp decline from 83pc as recently as 2022,

HARTFORD, CT- Once again, Connecticut Democrats have come down on the wrong side of an 80/20 issue. Last week, the House Democratic majority advanced legislation that will force municipalities to abide by the state’s so-called “Trust Act,” which permits “any aggrieved person” to seek an injunction against a municipality or its agents, including police and school employees, that cooperate with federal immigration officials, the CT Mirror reports. The bill was revised after pro-illegal alien advocates argued that municipalities, i.e., police departments, can ignore the state law already in place that defines when police and others can alert federal agents to the location of

In a stunning exchange on Fox News Sunday, a chilling revelation from Alex Thompson, co-author with Jake Tapper of “Original Sin,” laid bare what many of us on the right had long suspected about Joe Biden’s bid for a second term: It was never about serving — it was about installing a shadow presidency
