The Autopen is a fascinating device. Developed to allow celebrities to mass-produce autographs for hordes of swooning fans, it was never intended to enable a Muppet to serve as president of the United States. But that seems to be exactly what happened. Evidence has been emerging for a week that nearly every document Joe Biden allegedly signed after his first few days in office — every executive order, every pardon, every Congressional bill signed into law, every international treaty, every lifetime judicial nomination (including the nomination of Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson) — was signed with not one, but two Autopens.

Honestly, what makes all of this suspect to me is that actual physical ink pens used to sign historic legislation (all of it is historic) and Executive Orders are considered kind of like heirlooms. Traditionally, they are gifted to individuals who were significant in the process of making that a law or an executive order.
And the absence of those physical ink pens is just...weird. Ominously, suspiciously weird.

Congress could write a one page bill banning presidential signatures by autopen. Will they? Answer: No

OK, so now who's gonna' go investigate the existing inventory of signing pens? Compare how many were used up vs. prior administrations.....when was the last replenishment order issued? etc. etc.

I heard two interesting things on tonight's Rich Valdes's "American At Night" radio show. There are at least TWO different Autopens that were used in the Biden administration. Why would he need two? Also, at least one document was "signed" by Autopen while Joe Biden was on vacation in the Virgin Islands.

#2 & 3, this issue did come up when Goerge W Bush was President. The White House legal counsel opined that as long as Presidential consent exists the mode of signing, manually or by auto pen is irrelevant. That to me is the key issue here. Was there informed, aware and mentally cognizant consent behind these acts. Auto pen by itself doesn't matter.

Just because it has an autopen signature doesn't mean that Biden even saw it. If they have official video of him stating wishes, that would be enough. But with nothing?

Poster 9. I would expect an auto pen would require an auto pen log, documenting use, user, date, time, permission. Basic stuff. And while an auto pen sig can be valid, a court challenge would require evidence…a consistently used log provides that. An empty unlocked room with an autocoder and a glassine bag of white powder…would never pass muster.

For me, it would be a Glory Hallelujah Day if Ketanji Brown Jackson is ignominiously booted out of the Supreme Court. What kind of SC justice wears cowrie shells around her neck at a presidential inauguration, to ward off bad ju-ju? She’s completely out of place.

It isn't the pen so much as who used it. Who authorized it's use?
Get that name and we know who was running the country for potato head.

Many of us have been saying this for years, only now is the national press beginning to notice.
Joe Compos Mentis was a puppet president and some shadow cabal of staffers and party functionaries was actually making the decisions. All this from the political party that claims to be ''defending democracy''.

Joe Biden was obviously mentally-impaired on the day that he took office after a corrupted election. Republicans and the Supreme Court should have been fighting that illegitimate action from day one but everybody pretended in public that Joe was sane, including the media. Everything that Joe did since his crimes as Vice President are suspect. Good luck in separating what Joe did and what his Deep State sycophants did.

Biden's entire presidency was a fake. The stolen election was the beginning of the fleecing of America. The autopen is the icing on the styrofoam cake.

This could be an interesting part of the Biden legacy and should be featured prominently in his Presidential Library (which I doubt he'll ever do now) right on top of the fake desk and stage materials used to fool people into thinking he was in the actual Oval Office when he was making statements and such.
Joe probably didn't realize he was not in the real Oval Office either.
His competency will be called into question and people in other countries may be wondering if the signature on the document they have is legitimate and carries any weight at all.

It will be interesting to see how much of "Biden's work" was faked and gets erased, officially and permanently.

I have been to several Oval office Bill signings, simply because I helped organize and schedule the attendees, generally it is several Bills in a short secheduled time frame, different groups in the room for each, often multiple pens are used...sometimes one for each letter. Then the actual Ceremonial pens are handed to the people heavily involved in the Bill or Order. Often the pen itself is embossed/printed with the date/Bill number, Bill title, photog on hand to capture the signing, and the hand off of each pen. That chain of provenance gives them "Value". For some signings, by some Presidents there are several boxes of pens, dozens, some marked for particular Orders/Bills, some unmarked, and handed out or sent to "Interested Parties" sans Hand over photo, but with an "Official Signing Photo". These are also collectable, but worth "Less". The pens themselves are AT Cross Century 2 models in black laquer w/23karat gold details, versions with a facsimile of each presidents signature on the pen, and in the presentation case are available through the White house gift shop, prices starting around $8. ones with fancier display or presentation boxes around $32...actual REAL signing pens cost over $1000, actual signing pens from specific important legislation, orders, or nominations, with provenance,"chain of possession", can be $10's of Thousands ..and PRICELESS to the actual recipients, and/or dedicated collectors/museums.I have "official" pens from three presidents, Reagan and both Bushes, as well as various items from AF1, 2, Camp David, and Whitehouse events/parties. I also have some personal cards & letters, some REAL signature, some auto pen, as well as some signed photos with/without me in the picture... all are worth SOMETHING, the appraised insured valuation of my collection is over $100,000. Biden "collectables" are now worth Less... or worthless,, as perhaps are the items he "Signed". You can still buy Biden pens from the gift shop, amazon, Ebay, The Biden foundation, The Biden Center, other Presidential pens from the various Libraries and foundations of those respective presidents..

It sounds to me like Trump is going to press for judicial review of four years of President Autopen. It's part of his peeling back of who was actually running the government. I always assumed the autopen was only for when a president was unavailable, e.g. traveling. This could be interesting, and enlightening to watch unfold. If they prove that Biden wasn't the decision maker behind years of autopen signatures, was only just the name, then the pardons are probably NOT valid as NOT having actually come from a president. This could also lead to how many of the other signed items (laws, directives, EO's, etc.) were not "his" decision, but the decisions of staff members....and how many of those are valid in the end?

Most Presidents have a press event for any/every Bill/Order/Proclamation signing, ALWAYS there is a Whitehouse photog on hand to record it, any "Signing" without such proofs should be suspect and reviewed. Then...Biden questioned about the details of each Item, if he is not cognizant of it's details/particulars, perhaps it can be nullified.

LBJ used 75 different pens to sign the Civil Rights act..one was given to MLK, Obama used 22 pens to sign the Obamacare/Affordable healthcare act. Trump now uses custom designed and produced Sharpie markers.
