Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts scolded President Trump Tuesday for demanding that a federal judge who blocked the swift deportation of Venezeulan gang members be impeached.
In a rare direct response to a presidential statement, Roberts responded to Trump’s morning comments toward Chief DC US District Judge James Boasberg, saying: “For more than two centuries, it has been established that impeachment is not an appropriate response to disagreement concerning a judicial decision.
“The normal appellate review process exists for that reason,” the chief justice concluded.

It figures John Roberts is nagging President Trump with this silliness. Instead, Roberts should be fast tracking and overturning these blatant unconstitutional rulings by these leftist judges.
The more time passes the more it appears 'ol Roberts is compromised in a BIG way. Epstein list, anyone? Taking money from NGOs? Collusion with crooked Democrats, hence the payments from the NGOs? Lots of possibilities. Roberts being nominated by GWB ought to be a clue.

Well Justice Roberts, the normal Appellate Review process, does not review bad Judges.
They review bad judgements, and damned few of them, and not soon enough to do President Trump any good.
According to the Constitution the way to remove a bad Judge is through Impeachment.
And that is EXACTLY what is needed in this case.

What more evidence does one need to? This statement is proof positive that Roberts believes he and all other unelected black robed demigods are the ultimate power in the US and can function as individual unelected presidents. Also, what is inappropriate about the president exercising his 1st Amendment right to redress grievances with the goobernment? oOh yeah, Roberts in an anti free speech demigod as well. This is disgusting that the Chief Just-Us would play politics and insert himself and the Judicial branch in the functions of the legislative branch. The House can and should impeach regardless of Roberts attempt to bull them.

The constitution says “ The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour”. The constitition empowers only congress to remove judges (and other civil officers) by impeachment, and is silent on removal of judges on bahvior.
To date, 14 federal judges have been impeached and convicted by Congress.
While SCOTUS may have its own internal processes, it appears that Congress holds the power of removal…and even if SCOTUS could act to remove a federal judge, it apparently never has.

The word impeach gets thrown around a lot, but like calling Nazi all the time, it's meaningless. It's ridiculous to shout it every time a judge steps out of line. And he DID step out of line. I think he'll be reversed in time. Meanwhile, keep those deportations going.

I read, a while back, that Epstein helped Roberts get children to adopt. Don't remember where and it could be wrong, but I think this might explain the hold some have on Roberts.

Roberts says he don't get involved in politics --- but he always finds a voice when it comes to Trump. We have been told his chief of staff is the husband of Mary McCord, the lawfare activist against Trump. There is great suspicion that this relationship is the source of the SC leaks.
