Supreme Court Chief Justice Roberts defended the rogue judiciary and slammed Trump’s call for impeaching judges in a rare rebuke on Tuesday. On Tuesday morning, President Trump called for Judge James Boasberg to be impeached after he ordered planes deporting criminal Venezuelan aliens to turn around. Judge Boasberg demanded the DOJ disclose sensitive national security information during a contentious hearing on Monday. The Justice Department hit back and said the activist judge was trying to force the government to disclose sensitive national security and operation security concerns.

With all respect Mr. Chief Justice, we are not living in ordinary times under normal conditions. Pretending that this a mere disagreement over a judicial decision is penny wise and pound foolish. It is exactly through such approach and behavior that you disallowed a case brought by 22 AGs under a technical excuse that they had no standing. Maybe, YOU are the person who should be impeached.

This traitor, this coward, has no standing to decree anything. First of all, answer the question about those kids you adopted. Are you now, or ever, been blackmailed about how that went down? How do you justify going out of your way to rule on the most obvious fraud riddled national election in living memory? You are a disgrace to the Supreme Court and should step down today.

Impeach Roberts, he has a two-tiered outlook for the rule of law. You didn't hear him chastizing Biden for thumbing his nose to the Supremes and now he comes to the aid of a lowly federal circuit judge who is trying get his 15 min of notoriety. Roberts better stick to the rule of law concerning the power of the presdient and screw the lower court judges and their need to politicize the system.

Unfortunately, there is no mechanism for removing an incompetent or stupid judge. All we have, at present, is appellate review. Which delays justice and costs everyone unnecessary sums of money. I propose a constitutional amendment where a judge is automatically removed from office when his or her rulings are overturned X percent. Also, judges should be removable on grounds of incompetence, stupidity or for allowing their own biases to get in the way. Rulings should be base on law as written, regardless politics. Rulings should never be colored by political opinion.

Wimpy Roberts is allowing this farce to continue by not setting a higher standard. He KNOWS this judge was out of bounds, as were others. Rather than clean up the mess that radical judges are making, he is allowing it to propagate and make a mockery of our justice system. These rogue justices are abusing the system that Roberts is trying to defend. Roberts should place the blame where it belongs. The real issue isn't about Trump being right or wrong. It is about whether the courts have a role in restraining the Executive branch. The Constitution specifically says they don't. They are proscibed from such actions against the Executive. These judges are doing illegal things. It would be like Trump firing judges because he doesn't like their rulings. The Executive simply is proscibed from such interference with the Judiciary.

With this statemement, Roberts has now arguably imperiled the entire federal judiciary. The Constitutional crisis is the judiciary's in the making, NOT the Article II plenary powers of the President. If anyone should be impeached, it is Roberts. Roberts must at least recuse himself when Boasberg's ruling is appealed to the USSC but he really needs to go out the door at this point.

I see this as Roberts pushing for unlimited Judicial POWER, where any -unelected- Federal judge can OVERRULE the President. We are taught that we have three 'equal' branches of government, but WHAT is the LIMIT on the Judiciary? What is the Limit on Power-Mad Judges? Who decides? The Judiciary, of course! And THEY are NOT going to LIMIT THEIR OWN POWER!

It’s another ruling in a string of decisions from lunatic district courts that think they’re the executive. From immigration policy to the military, these little judges believe they can dictate things that are left solely to the president under Article II. It’s madness, and Trump should ignore these rogue courts. Chuang’s ruling even said that Congress created USAID. That’s false, Teddy—it was established via an executive order from John F. Kennedy.

The left loves to talk about how they are all about "trusting the science," but one of the fundamentals about science is this: When the data contradicts your hypothesis, you change your hypothesis. Case in point: A recent Daily Caller exclusive reveals that the Biden administration buried an inconvenient liquid natural gas (LNG) export study that would have removed the primary reason for that administration's LNG export ban. The Biden administration deliberately buried a final draft version of a study that would have undermined its January 2024 decision to pause approvals

Vice President JD Vance may be the best thing to happen to the Republican Party since, well, his current boss. He's clearly an up-and-comer; young, bright, thinks on his feet, has a compelling back story and a beautiful family. Best of all, he doesn't take any guff from the legacy media - or anyone else. Now the Republicans are giving him a significant role in the 2026 mid-terms. That's unusual, for a vice president to be this ingrained in the party during a mid-term election, but if there's one thing the Trump/Vance administration has done, it's to upset a lot of the old norms.
