All the years of following the networks, rulings, relationships and details is starting to surface as important. The notoriously corrupt DC Judge James Boasberg is now in the big ugly spotlight. President Trump calls for Judge Boasberg to be impeached. Supreme Court Justice John Roberts immediately jumps into action to defend his friend and colleague. Have you ever seen Justice Roberts respond so quickly? The reason is the relationship between him and Boasberg. (snip) John Roberts appointed Boasberg to be presiding judge of the FISA court after Judge Rosemary Collyer’s term was over.

From what I am reading Boasberg's daughter is leading some left wing radical outfit that wants to keep these criminals in the United States, but this isn't Boasberg's first rodeo either, he has used his authority for stupid things before.
Roberts believe trump is wrong to want to impeach Boasberg, but according to the Constitution that is the only way to be rid of him.
Too bad we cannot impeach Roberts too.

We cannot afford the luxury of years of appeals when foreign invaders are murdering and raping our people. If the federal judiciary refuses to recognize that we are in a war for survival, then the federal judiciary should be the one that does not survive. The Constitution is not a suicide pact.

Chief Justice John Roberts is sorta like that "upstanding" local store owner in your hometown who stands firmly behind his slippery store clerk, whom you just caught skimming $5 from your $19 change. Your "shadow" would never be cast in that store's doorway, except for one thing... his is the only store in town.

Judge Roberts is in violation of all rules of ethics by publicly announcing his opinion on matters that are going to come before his court. The man's effort a smile is pathetic, and looks like a wince.

Now I'm starting to understand the strangeness of some of Roberts's rulings. This guy is totally compromised. What are we going to find out about Barrett? Never trust a woman with two last names.🤣

Sorry you two pinheads, this is what real national defense looks like. It’s apparent, sadly, that neither Roberts or Boasberg have ever experienced that. If either had a patriotic bone in their body, they’d be proud to finally have a leader in this country.

He is a justice getting involved in a legal matter they may come before the court. What was he thinking? And he has just sent a message to everyone that the courts play favorites. Impeach him.

OK. So maybe we'll never really find out who killed Epstein and who he taped doing sex with minors.
Will we never find out what they have on Roberts either?

It's hard to believe Roberts has been so stupid as to publicly take sides in a political discussion. IMO, he has really stepped in it and thoroughly compromised any veneer of judicial objectivity he might have had. He should step down.

From what I read and recall, Boasberg is a crook.
The level of judiciary in which he resides was created by the Congress.
Either he should be removed -fixing this one situation- or the Congress should pass a law revising the duties, scope, and power of this level of the judiciary. This would be harder, but a more lasting and wide-ranging correction to our system.

It wouldn't surprise me one bit to learn that Roberts and Boasberg hold hands and other things in the Steamroom at the YMCA... I do not know that to be true, but it wouldn't suprise me if it were. Now we also know that Boasberg is in violation of all ethics of the Judiciary...His daughter works for an Organization that is against Deportation of Illegal Criminals and he MUST recuse himself not issue a TRO!

I believe FISA judges need special security clearances, along with their staff.
Trump can’t fire him. He can strip the staff and judge of clearances though.

We need a Supreme Court decision about whether we have one President or 400 unelected judges as Presidents. PERIOD.
Enough of this nonsense.

Well, if SCOTUS would get off its backside and get involved in reigning in these lower court judges who keep making nationwide rulings, and in this case an international ruling, Trump and the public would stop complaining and the legislative branch wouldn't need to get involved. Not every judge all across the judiciary branch of government has the same degree of authority as POTUS, especially in areas specifically designated as presidential authority.
