From what I am reading Boasberg's daughter is leading some left wing radical outfit that wants to keep these criminals in the United States, but this isn't Boasberg's first rodeo either, he has used his authority for stupid things before. Roberts believe trump is wrong to want to impeach Boasberg, but according to the Constitution that is the only way to be rid of him. Too bad we cannot impeach Roberts too.

We cannot afford the luxury of years of appeals when foreign invaders are murdering and raping our people. If the federal judiciary refuses to recognize that we are in a war for survival, then the federal judiciary should be the one that does not survive. The Constitution is not a suicide pact.

Chief Justice John Roberts is sorta like that "upstanding" local store owner in your hometown who stands firmly behind his slippery store clerk, whom you just caught skimming $5 from your $19 change. Your "shadow" would never be cast in that store's doorway, except for one thing... his is the only store in town.

From what I read and recall, Boasberg is a crook. The level of judiciary in which he resides was created by the Congress. Either he should be removed -fixing this one situation- or the Congress should pass a law revising the duties, scope, and power of this level of the judiciary. This would be harder, but a more lasting and wide-ranging correction to our system.

Well, if SCOTUS would get off its backside and get involved in reigning in these lower court judges who keep making nationwide rulings, and in this case an international ruling, Trump and the public would stop complaining and the legislative branch wouldn't need to get involved. Not every judge all across the judiciary branch of government has the same degree of authority as POTUS, especially in areas specifically designated as presidential authority.

The Trump Team fooled everybody, including me. As last week’s various lawsuits sprouted restraining orders like early buds emerging all over the willow trees in springtime, most commenters expected Trump to take a necessary pause for defensive retrenchment. Surely, we all thought, it would take Trump’s anti-bureaucrats some time to clear the judicial logjam. But all of us were wrong. A brief pause to clear past the TROs wasn’t Trump’s strategy at all. No pauses! Instead, yesterday Trump tripled down, jamming the battle tank’s accelerator into overdrive and smashing ahead in a whole different direction.

This is not the U.S. providing Ukraine with weapons for use. This is the USA using the auspices of Ukraine geography to launch missiles into Russia that can only be launched, directed and targeted by U.S-NATO members.

In a court filing today, one of the co-defendants in the Fulton County election case against President Trump is presenting very specific details of an intimate relationship between District Attorney Fani Willis and the Special Prosecutor she hired, Nathan Wade. At first review, if the allegations are true, DA Willis had a financial motivation to initiate the case against Trump, as her boyfriend was the primary financial beneficiary. The filing documents how Fani Willis and Nathan Wade took several extravagant vacations and indulged in an exclusive lifestyle as the result of payments Willis’s office made to Wade.

The Colorado primary ballots printed, and the primary election will be over, before the Supreme Court puts this on their docket. When Bill Watterson walked away from Calvin and Hobbes in 1995, he was exhausted. The comic strip had consumed ten years of his life, the latter half of which were spent fighting his syndicate for creative control and warring with himself as he fitfully came to realize that he had nothing left to say about a six-year-old boy and his stuffed tiger. And the decision couldn’t have come at a worse time: Calvin and Hobbes was at the height of its popularity. To quit then seemed like career suicide. It was suicide, the intentional, ritualistic sort.
