Two FBI stories broke Monday, and they very well may be connected. First, the New York Field Office’s top agent, James Dennehy, resigned, claiming that he had been told he’d be fired if he didn’t. Second, Attorney General Pam Bondi announced that the Bureau had dropped off a “truckload” of Jeffrey Epstein files after she’d set a hard deadline for their turnover. Coincidence?
As we reported, Bondi had promised to deliver the potential bombshell files, which she did to select independent conservative media influencers Thursday, but things didn’t necessarily go as planned. The files were heavily redacted and

During an interview on Monday’s broadcast of the Fox News Channel’s “Hannity,” Vice President JD Vance said that the minerals deal would be “a long-term investment” in Ukrainian sovereignty that would be “the very best security guarantee” and a “way better security guarantee than 20,000 troops from some random country that hasn’t fought a war in 30 or 40 years.” And stated that “The security guarantee, and also the economic guarantee for Ukraine, is to rebuild the country and ensure that America has a long-term interest.”

As Canada and Mexico braced for 25% tariffs on Tuesday, and China for another 10%, Honda became one of the first companies to cave – scrapping plans to produce its new Civic in Mexico in favor of Indiana, according to a report.
The Japanese auto giant had initially planned to manufacture the next-generation Civic in Guanajuato, Mexico, starting in November 2027, sources familiar with the matter told Reuters.
Now, Honda plans to manufacture the new Civic in Indiana, starting in May 2028 — churning out around 210,000 vehicles each year, a source told the outlet.

The Trump administration has put a temporary pause on all military aid to Ukraine following the breakdown in negotiations at the White House last week.
Last week, the Trump administration had planned to sign an agreement that would have tied the United States economically to Ukraine through a minerals trade deal, but the deal imploded when Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky began to litigate the terms of diplomacy during a White House press conference. In the days since, President Donald Trump has repeatedly said he does not believe Zelensky has any desire to broker a peace deal with Russia.
Speaking with Fox News, a White House official said the pause in aid will

Democrats are in the political wilderness and don’t seem to understand how they found themselves there. In response, they recently held a retreat to try to figure out how to appeal to voters again, especially working class voters.
It’s amazing that they needed a retreat for this with consultants and lists of recommendations, but they get a few points for effort, right?

The I-40 in North Carolina was heavily damaged during Hurricane Helene, which was a huge problem as it’s a major road.
The Biden administration ignored many of the problems in North Carolina after the storm, leaving people sleeping in tents in winter. Who can ever forget FEMA under Biden, avoiding homes that had Trump signs in front of them?
When it came to the I-40, Biden’s transportation secretary Pete Buttigieg said it would take months, maybe even years to fix it.

James Dennehy, the head of the FBI’s New York Field Office has been forced to resign not long after sending a message to his agents that they should “dig in” regarding the Trump administration’s push to compile lists of federal personnel who worked on the January 6 investigations. He sent that communique about a month ago. Today, he was served a pink slip. We don’t know if that was the reason for his firing, but it’s also reassuring to see that the FBI purges are still ongoing (via NBC News):

A member of the Ukrainian Parliament has called for impeachment proceedings against Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, asserting that such actions are crucial for the future of the nation’s leadership. The call comes amid growing criticism of Zelenskyy’s public humiliation of Ukraine following his disastrous meeting with President Donald Trump at the White House last week. With his increasingly authoritarian approach to governance and downright refusal to accept a peace and rare Earth minerals deal with the U.S., Zelenskyy’s foreign policy missteps have led to Ukraine’s isolation on the global stage.

A Republican-led Senate bill to prevent boys from participating in girls' sports failed to overcome the legislative filibuster on Monday night after it did not reach the necessary 60-vote threshold to advance.

While I don't expect many people reading this article to be purveyors of the legacy media, most are probably on social media. That means they see the clips of Democrats appearing on the broadcast networks, MSNBC, and the like, and if they are perceptive, they've probably noticed something. Namely, that certain former "fresh faces" of the Democratic Party aren't so fresh anymore.
For context, it's been weeks since there's been an article on RedState covering something Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) said. That would have been unheard of a few years ago, but guess who has had five articles written about her since then? That would be Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX).

One hundred years ago, President Calvin Coolidge gave a speech to the American Society of Newspaper Editors. It included the line, “After all, the chief business of the American people is business. They are profoundly concerned with producing, buying, selling, investing, and prospering in the world.”
Colloquially, we’ve abbreviated Cal’s quote to: “The business of America is business.” (Shorter, pithier, and more efficient: The DOGE version of the quote.)
Same is true of politics: It’s a business, too. So, if you wanna know what’s gonna happen next, you’ve gotta follow the money.

President Trump’s attempt to end the war in Ukraine has enraged liberal internationalists on both sides of the Atlantic. Dealing directly with the Kremlin and going over the heads of America’s European allies, publicly belittling Ukraine and its leader, and attempting to clinch a minerals deal as the price of further US support for Kyiv — all this counts as heresy among foreign-policy elites committed to “rule-based liberal international order”.

There aren’t many places where the liberal media can go on this one. There’s been a recent attempt to peddle a narrative that buyer’s remorse surrounds Donald Trump. There isn’t. The media tried to declare his approval ratings were plummeting when they were not. Voters have the information at their disposal, so when they see that headline about dipping approval ratings and then check, only to find that the most anti-Trump outlets are the ones with such polls, they ignore it, and rightfully so.

Don’t wait until the eleventh hour! Daylight saving time starts at 2 a.m. on Sunday, March 9, for most of the US, meaning that we spring forward and lose an hour to make better use of daylight and save energy. DST — which lasts until Sunday, Nov. 2 — is controversial in part because research indicates it can significantly upend our sleep-wake cycle, potentially increasing the risk of heart attacks and stroke. The good news is that we can take time this week to minimize the impact on our schedule and body.

The Democratic Party may be imploding before our eyes, folks. What we're seeing isn't just your typical post-election finger-pointing—it's a potential full-blown civil war brewing between moderates and the radical left wing that has hijacked the party and alienated mainstream Americans.
If recent developments are any indication, the moderates are finally growing a spine.

It’s Oscar Sunday, a ceremony fueled by one thing: publicity. We turn ordinary people into gods and goddesses by telling flattering myths about who they are and why they’re important. The “narrative” gives voters a reason to care and almost always drives the win.
In Hollywood, they’re not planning on changing anything, just as the Democrats won’t. They haven’t noticed that, as they’re watching the band play on, the ship is made of iron and will sink.
What do they even stand for anymore? Transing the kids, open borders for cheap labor, and most importantly, the war in Ukraine.

You can read much more at the link, but I am going to focus on just a couple of points. First, the question asked by CNN’s Dana Bash:
Host Dana Bash said, “Do you think there’s hope of salvaging this relationship with Ukraine?”
This is mind-numbingly stupid. The proper question, as even Zelensky realizes, is whether Ukraine has hope of salvaging its relationship with the United States. So in this interview, you know from the beginning that you are in a fog of unknowing.

One such person who had to chime in was none other than Hillary Clinton, who linked to a Gizmodo article on the report, declaring with sarcasm: “Wouldn’t want to hurt Putin’s feelings.”
Hegseth shot back with an epic burn of Hillary.

Elon Musk just dropped a bombshell on the Joe Rogan Experience, confirming what many Americans have long suspected—Washington, D.C. is a cesspool of corruption, and the Democrats are the primary beneficiaries.
“I think maybe three-quarters of the graft is Democratic. I think there’s maybe 20–25% that’s Republican,” Musk revealed, exposing how the system is rigged for political elites.
“Most of the graft is going to the Democrats, but they throw some bones to the Republicans too, so then they’re in on it.”
In a shocking but unsurprising exchange, Musk and Rogan discussed the absurd wealth accumulation of members of Congress,

The end is near. That’s what we’ve been told since the beginning. The doomsdayers have cited a variety of cataclysms that will do us in, from asteroids to resource exhaustion to a dying sun. But they all have one thing in common: So far, they’ve all been wrong. Same with the climate alarmists. And the public is catching on.
A study, published by the Stanford University School of Sustainability, no less, found that “resistance to climate action has become a global movement that strengthens after governments implement climate-related policies.”
“We found that counter climate change organizations tend

Victor Davis Hanson has posted the following 10 observations across several social media platforms:
Ten bad takeaways from the Zelenskyy blow-up
1. Zelenskyy does not grasp—or deliberately ignores—the bitter truth: those with whom he feels most affinity (Western globalists, the American Left, the Europeans) have little power in 2025 to help him. And those with whom he obviously does not like or seeks to embarrass (cf. his Scranton, Penn. campaign-like visit in September 2024) alone have the power to save him. For his own sake, I hope he is not being “briefed” by the Obama-Clinton-Biden gang to confront Trump, given their interests are not really Ukraine’s as they feign.

Is the era of rounding up government or academic “experts” to declare their support or opposition to ongoing controversies over? Public declarations by Anthony Fauci and his associates to follow their “expertise” or “science” did not work out well and persuaded few. Recall the 1,200 partisan healthcare “professionals” of June 2020 who flipped to assure us that it was mysteriously now medically OK to break quarantines—but only if to publicly protest during the post-George Floyd unrest. Do we remember the “70 arms control and nuclear experts?” In 2015, they were collected by Obama subordinates to convince America to embrace the flawed administration’s so-called Iran Deal.

The Trump administration’s repudiation of the “green” agenda will have many benefits, not least for the environment. At Watts Up With That?, Paul Driessen states the environmental case against “green” energy succinctly. See original for links:
[President Trump’s] actions will benefit wild, scenic and agricultural lands in America and worldwide.
* Wind, solar and transmission line installations would have sprawled across tens of millions of acres, impacting habitats, farmlands and scenic vistas, onshore and offshore; interfered with water flow, aviation, shipping and other activities; and killed whales, birds and other wildlife.
* These “clean, green” technologies require far more raw materials than the equipment they replace: electric cars need 4-6 times

A high-stakes transatlantic miscommunication is unfolding, with the potential to produce far worse consequences than the Oval Office contretemps between Donald Trump and Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
In the past month, the Trump administration has delivered several strong and sometimes conflicting messages to America’s allies and partners in Europe. Discerning the signal in the noise isn’t easy, but amid the zigs, zags and bombast, the new administration appears to be taking a position that Ukrainian and European leaders aren’t hearing – or are trying to alter.

It’s not a mystery why Boston Mayor Michelle Wu is set to testify before Congress regarding her city’s affinity for tolerating illegal alien crime via its sanctuary status. Yet, what happened over the weekend pretty much says it all: an off-duty police officer shot and killed an armed attacker at a Chick-fil-A in Back Bay, and Ms. Wu gave condolences to the family of the criminal. The city’s police commissioner also repeated those same sentiments (via WCVB ABC 5): (X) "A man armed with a knife was shot and killed inside a Chick-fil-A in Copley Square on Saturday, the Boston Police Department confirmed during a news conference Saturday evening.

A new, Godless, quasi-religion—One Health—is being thrust upon the world. Its apostles say it will save humanity, or rather, life itself. Allied with Marxism in its denigration of the “exploitive nature of capitalism” as is demonstrated in the green movement, it debases humankind by equating us with, even putting us below, all other life forms. Its principal church is the World Health Organization (WHO), so President Donald Trump’s threat to withdraw from the WHO—or gain American control over it—must be seen in the light of this globalist agenda.
(Snip) Once signed, the treaty and IHR amendments will be legally binding on the WHO’s 194 member nations.

It's not quite vacation season yet here in the United States - believe me, when vacation season starts, every Alaskan knows it because of the non-stop stream of rental RVs headed north - but the season is evidently different in other parts of the world. Like, say, North Korea; not a place one would think of as a popular tourist destination. And yet, North Korea, that isolated Stalinist regime run by a stunted little gargoyle
with bad hair from a long line of stunted little gargoyles with bad hair, has recently received the first group of tourists since the country was locked down during the COVID-19 panic.

While one cannot blame all of the world’s problems on the former first lady and senator, much of the trouble in Ukraine is related to her actions.
Volodymyr Zelensky was once a comedian. One of the hallmarks of great comedians is their ability to read the room. When my high school had a very ugly and contentious merger with its sister school (New Trier East and West), a traveling group from Second City came to perform. One of the comedians was asked about the merger, which had made its way into the local papers.

National Security Advisor Mike Waltz appears on CNN to outline how the U.S. team no longer sees Volodymyr Zelenskyy as a man who can lead his nation to a place of peace.
Waltz notes that at a certain point there are going to be negotiations and discussions about Ukraine territory that Zelenskyy is going to need to face with pragmatic honesty. However, at the current state of conflict Zelenskyy is intransigent toward any ceasefire agreement that does not include U.S. troops on the ground as a “security guarantee.”

On Tuesday night, President Donald Trump will deliver an unofficial “State of the Union” address to the United States Congress and the American people. It will be his first major speech since the start of his second presidential term. In his last “State of the Union” speech, on February 4, 2020, then-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) was so enraged that she tore up his written remarks. This act of defiance was highly inappropriate and unprecedented. Republican House Speakers never acted in such a manner.
Pelosi’s temper tantrum typifies how Democrats respond to President Trump. Instead of working with Trump to benefit all Americans, they engage in disgraceful outbursts of anger.

The Jordanians and Lebanese, for their part, have not forgotten how Palestinians sparked civil wars in their countries in the 70s and 80s.
[The Arab countries'] refusal to take in Palestinian prisoners probably arises from the fact that these countries actually do not care about the Palestinians and even consider them an ungrateful people and troublemakers. Many Arabs also seem to have lost faith in the Palestinians' ability to implement reform and end rampant financial and administrative corruption in their governing bodies in the West Bank and Gaza Strip.

Every Republican president is Hitler, of course, but Donald Trump is somehow even Hitlerer than all of them. It was a theme in his first term, but during this election, even the corrupt eggplant masquerading as the incumbent got into the act. Trump was Hitler – no, he was Super Hitler. He was more Hitler than Hitler. And it’s a constant theme among the lesser lights of the Democrat Party. “This is what fascism looks like,” intone very serious politicians who seem to have no idea what fascism looks like. And the Trump/Hitler thing is all over social media. Every day, as Trump exercises the legitimate powers granted to him

China is reportedly working on a massive nuclear powered aircraft carrier to rival or potentially surpass the United States’ largest carrier.
Satellite imagery studied by analysts speaking with NBC News revealed that the Chinese Navy is working on a new ship which will allow fighter jets to be launched from four different areas of the flight deck, which is unlike anything in the current Chinese fleet.
“We think this is them testing equipment and layouts for the upcoming Type 04 carrier,” stated James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies researcher Michael Duitsman. China already claims the throne as the world’s largest navy,

Everything about President Donald Trump and Vice President JD Vance kicking Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s sorry, begging, petulant, pompous, entitled ass out of the White House last Friday is the perfect encapsulation of America First foreign policy in practice, not just in theory. This is exactly what I voted for, and I couldn’t be more proud of our leaders for practicing what they preach, consequences and optics be damned. From start to finish, that White House press conference was a diplomatic masterclass in not just pragmatism and defending American interests but

If you want to understand why last Friday’s Oval Office press conference between President Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky went off the rails, ignore most of what you are seeing in the corporate media. Anyone watching a video of the entire event, instead of the deceptively edited clips featured on most “news” sites, will see that neither the President nor the Vice President “ambushed” Zelensky. The first 39 minutes of the meeting were unremarkable, with President Trump attempting to be cordial despite the Ukrainian president’s Marvel Comics costume and pugnacious comportment.

Tucker Carlson has issued a withering response to the disastrous Oval Office meeting between Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Friday.
The conservative commentator, who is known for his skepticism towards America’s support for Ukraine in their war in Russia, pointed to the fact that the notorious war hawk Lindsey Graham criticized Zelensky’s conduct in the wake of the meeting.
“Most Americans witnessing what they saw today would not want Zelensky to be their business partner, including me, and I’ve been to Ukraine nine times since the war started,” Graham said following the meeting.
