Led by their stylish first lady, the trendsetting women of America are doing what Volodymyr Zelensky can’t: wearing neckties. Melania Trump showed up to Capitol Hill this week wearing a tailored three-piece camel suit with a slim black tie. Lately, the neckwear has also shown up on runways, red carpets, and even on the queen of Spain. The necktie is “2025’s Most Talked-About Accessory Trend” for women, according to WhoWhatWear, and L’Officiel calls it “2025’s Must-Have Accessory.” It’s typically accompanied by broad-shouldered suits, like the hourglass-shaped tuxedo Melania wore for her official White House portrait (sans tie, though with a white collared shirt).

When Ryan Baldridge Jr was diagnosed with autism at age four, his family were told he may never speak coherently. Then a year later, miraculously, he told his dad: 'I love you.' [Snip] Speech therapy had yielded little progress until November 2023, when Ryan started taking leucovorin, a cheap medication derived from folic acid that works by unblocking pathways in the brain responsible for language. JERUSALEM, Israel - Democratic lawmakers' reactions to last week's public row between President Donald Trump and Ukrainian President Volodmyr Zelenskyy set off a firestorm of criticism, yet comparisons of how Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was treated by Presidents Joe Biden and Barack Obama have critics calling foul. [Snip] Jerusalem Center for Security and Foreign Affairs President Dan Diker told Fox News Digital, "The real question is why the international media, European powers and social networks were noticeably unsympathetic to Israel and its PM Netanyahu during the Obama and Biden administrations, dressing down and even humiliation of Netanyahu during and in between White House visits,

A most dangerous war took a perilous turn on Friday. In what was planned to be a brief, cordial, greeting, President Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy squared off in the Oval Office and left an alliance shaken. For three years, the west has stood against Russia's unprovoked invasion of an innocent country. Ukraine is a vanity war for Russian dictator Vladimir Putin, who covets an empire. And for that alone, more than one million people have been killed or wounded on both sides. President Trump has boasted only he can end it quickly. But, in the last two weeks, his chaotic attempt alarmed allies

Mr. Trump's plan was to use the economic arrangement to "further intertwine the American people and Ukrainian people" and to "show the Russian leadership that there was no daylight" between them.

Vice President JD Vance told the National Catholic Prayer Breakfast that learning his son wanted to be baptized was “more exciting” than Donald Trump’s victory last year. The thing that I was most excited about in November of 2024 is that the week after we won the election, my son chose to be baptized in the Christian faith,” Vance said to applause. [Snip] Vance characterized Trump as being an “incredibly good president” for Catholics. “We have an opportunity to protect the rights of the unborn in the first place, and importantly protecting the religious liberty of all people, but in particular Catholics,” he said.

Before writing an incredibly superficial piece on Eastern Europe’s geopolitical affairs from the frontlines of Pennsylvania Ave., New York Times White House correspondent Peter Baker might have checked in with his colleague who was actually stationed in Russia and knows what he’s talking about. Baker joined the obnoxious media chorus this week in disputing virtually every single thing President Trump said recently with regard to the war in Ukraine, ... [Snip] When people like Peter Baker claim that it’s “rewriting” history to acknowledge the truth, what they really mean is that the propaganda they prefer has been a failure.
