Eric Adams Says Giving Pre-Paid Credit
Cards to Illegal Migrants Is 'Smart' and

Democrat mayor Eric Adams is defending his decision to hand out pre-paid credit cards to illegal migrants living illegally in New York City. During a press conference on Friday, Adams claimed that the move is a “real win” and a “smart way to bring down the cost” of the thousands of illegal aliens who have invaded the city. (snip) Adams also said the program helped the economy which has seen record-breaking prices as rent and food reach astronomical numbers under Bidenflation.

Comments:

Only a brain-dead liberal would say that stealing money from taxpayers and giving it to illegal aliens is a "Real Win." For whom, Mayor Adams? For whom?

I'd bet a lot of other people that aren't illegals will get pre-paid credit cards.

This needs to be made known to all the illegals entering Texas with buses standing by to take them directly to New York City.

When a group of illegals crosses into a state there should be a few busses with signs that say (in Spanish), "NY is giving FREE credit cards to all NEWCOMERS" - FREE MONEY. Maybe the illegals will all CHOOSE to go to NY. Have them sign the waiver though so the activists cannot say they were FORCED to go.

Totally buying in to Bidenomics. Take money from earners (transaction A) give to illegals (transaction B) so they can get free housing (bonus transaction). Print more money (spinning gold from straw) inflation causes prices to rise, and viola': economic boom. See? It's all good.

And yet I am made to live in fear of making a small mistake on my income taxes. It turns out I’m the kind of fool who earns his own money, saves it, lose as much of it to inflation and the rest taxes so I can pay for these illegal invaders. Yeah that’s really smart.

He thinks giving them...every month...MORE than they can make a YEAR in their home countries, is a "Solution"? How'bought...give them just 2 months worth of that, and a ticket home...with a firm "Promise" not to comeback, unless through legal/lawful channels. And only THAT after a period of several years.

"Welcome to New York. On behalf of the taxpayers, it is my pleasure to hand each of you your free, prepaid monthly credit card. Our housing department will arrange for your lodging at one of our formerly premier hotels. Because we are a sanctuary city, you need not fear about deportation if you happen to commit a minor offense. Smash-and-grab, for example, or kicking a few police officers and then giving them the finger. Please try not to step on our local residents camped on the sidewalk. They are Americans and a bit touchy these days about being in line behind you."

I agree that this will save money over what NYC used to do - putting them up in hotels with room service. That being said, NYC is still spending millions on illegals. Free phone, free housing, free credit cars, free everything - all at the expense of the taxpayers. Remember this NYC when your state taxes go up even further.

Circuit judges understand that.
