The sole migrant who had been held behind bars for the gang attack on two NYPD cops in Times Square is now also free after an activist Brooklyn priest posted his $15,000 bail, The Post has learned.
Yohenry Brito, 24, who was being held at Rikers Island on the Jan. 27 cop attack and is due to be arraigned on an assault indictment this week, walked out of jail Tuesday after Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Bay Ridge put up the money, the church’s pastor said.
“Our church is basically a sanctuary,” the Rev. Juan Ruiz told The Post on Wednesday. “We assume that people are innocent until they are proven otherwise.”

We have some major church denominations in this country that are guilty as hell of racketeering , illegal smuggling and aiding child abuse.

Yeah...we have seen the video, and acknowledge that is definitely HIM kicking the cop in the had several times, an also concede that he was caught red handed stealing from the Macy's, assaulting the store employee, that he had been caught doing the same sorts of thefts several prior times, and was wearing STOLEN CLOTHES when arrested and arraigned...but..."That isn't Proof"

This is also the judge's fault for allowing any bail at all for an obvious flight case or not making it $10m.

The top national level church organizations in the USA have been taken over by activist hard core Communist infiltratiors.
This is why so many local and state churches have severed ties with the national organizations, and many more are working on it.

If pastor really believed this, Rikers would be cleared out of persons waiting their trials.

ALL illegals who are arrested need to be remanded (denied any bail) since they have no reason not to just disappear if out of custody.
ALL illegals, NO bail!

Pompous jackass pastor needs to stick his nose where it does not belong. Wake up parishioners, when next they pass the plate put nothing in it or spit on it. Goes to show how much these churches stash away. How about helping homeless Americans out???

Bay Ridge and Fort Hamilton are two of the last predominantly white and middle class neighborhoods in Brooklyn.
But as other posters have noted - - they have been infiltrated bu hardcore communists - - who are committed to destroying them. The hardworking and law-abiding Irish, Italian, Puerto Rican, Norwegian, and Polish people have largely moved out - - and the illegal criminals are moving in - - for the kill.

I've said it a million times and been argued with plenty, but I'm right. When you mix religion and politics you dont elevate the politics. You sully the religion.

This should result in complete/permanent loss of tax exempt status. Their not paying taxes means this $15,000 was paid by the taxpayers.

Figured it was Lutheran. I thought it was either a Lutheran or Methodist church that did this.

#12~ “Figured it was Lutheran.” / Suggest pausing for reflection on Matthew 7:1-3 (“Judge not...”)
Although well-intentioned, from both a Christian and legal perspective, posting bail seems to have overstepped Christian and legal boundaries. St. Paul wrote in Romans 13:1-14 (Submission to Authorities): “Let every person be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and those that exist have been instituted by God. 2 Therefore whoever resists the authorities resists what God has appointed, and those who resist will incur judgment. ...”
There are times when it tries one’s Christian soul to repeatedly “turn the other cheek” when it comes to a wayward branch of a Lutheran church repeatedly exhibiting actions and beliefs that belie the true doctrine of Lutheranism (Bible-based teachings of Martin Luther) and, in doing so sullies, Lutheranism and its membership.
Three of the largest Synods in the Lutheran church are the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA), the Missouri Synod (LCMS) and the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Church (WELS). Without getting into explicit detail, the ELCA has drifted into what has been described as ultraliberal; the LCMS and WELS churches are conservative.
It is because of the recurring ultraliberal actions by the ELCA that besmirch Lutheranism that provokes annoyance and exasperation to the point of wanting the ELCA to cease-and-desist identifying as Lutherans but is something that is not likely, regrettably, to happen. Once again, it becomes necessary to try to make clear that the ELCA does NOT represent Lutheranism and plead that Lutheranism not be judged or condemned by the actions or doctrine of the ultraliberal ELCA.

Say goodbye to both Yohenry and your cash. He is gone and will not be making his court appearance.
