A new study finds that human-caused carbon dioxide emissions are driving increased plant growth that’s greening the Earth, even in areas experiencing drought.
The peer-reviewed study, which was published in the scientific journal Global Ecology and Conservation, finds that the phenomenon known as “global greening” is an indisputable fact. The rate of global greening has increased slightly, and drought has only slowed, but not stopped, the process.
The study, which was done by Chinese and Australian researchers, attributes the greening to carbon dioxide fertilization as well as land management, such as irrigation.

Well now, this is awkward. CO2 is “green”!

Perfect example on unintended consequences; all these so-called climate zealots (blocking highways, hijacking events, throwing soup at the Mona Lisa) are in fact brainless gullible fools with a narcissistic desire to show off their virtue but instead display their sheer ignorance, ALL of these morons should be taken to the heart of the Amazon jungle, buck naked, and told to go live in harmony with nature. No phones, no clothes, no shoes, just their sweet selves. In a month, none would still be alive.

What? you mean the thing that plants "breathe" is better for plant development? How could this be possible? CO2 is supposed to be a horrible pollutant, isn't it?

What they neglected to say is obvious. More plants using CO2 means more Oxygen in the atmosphere as the plants use the CO2. Wait for the next wave of scientists to come out against too much Oxygen in the atmosphere.

China and India are throwing up coal fired power plants at the rate of about one a week. However many domestic (American) coal fired plants are mothballed, the alleged advantage to the earth in less CO2 is being canceled two or three to one by less prosperous nations that want to use cheap energy to become better places to live. The WEF "Greens" are enemies of humanity. What is to be done?

Here is a reality check. Not only do plants need CO2 to grow but the more CO2 there is, the less water, over time, plants need. When there is more CO2, plants can actually, over time, change their physical structure to lose less water as they take in CO2. Therefore, drought has less of an impact.
Further, there are certain plant metabolic processes that can generate byproducts that are toxic to the plant if there is low CO2 in the air. More CO2 means less toxic byproducts and healthier plants.
Furthermore, the whole CO2 scare is garbage. The current level of CO2 is about 400 PPM. If it were to double to 800 PPM the MAXIMUM increase in temperature due to CO2 alone would be .7 degrees Centigrade or about 1.4 degrees Fahrenheit. This is a HARD physical limit for the effects of CO2. Overall, secondary processes would probably make the increase even less because secondary processes, in general, reduce the impact of the primary process. This is another HARD physical fact.
A 1.4 degree Fahrenheit increase is NOT a crisis.

All the blah, blah about climate change but nothing about the 7% reduction in pollution in the USA caused by the pandemic. Some of the weather patterns have changed back to earlier trends in the western and middle USA, while the Great Lakes area if getting warmer, no ice on the Lakes and less snow. There are no clear-cut stable answers concerning climate change. The earth wobbles on its axis and has an effect on the way the sunrays strike the earth and the speed of the earth turning. China plans on building a dam so large that it will slow the rotation of the earth. What effect will that have on the earth's climat?

Greenhouse farmers have known for years (decades) that carbon dioxide enhances plant growth. That is why they use CO2 generators.

I doubt they correlated the CO2 to plant growth, they also say land management, such as irrigation causes increased greening. Real science would remove the other causes to determine the actual effects of the small changes in levels of CO2.

Carbon dioxide is PLANT FOOD, and is good for the planet.
Not any sort of a pollutant.

OK - - that does it!
It's time to ban all vegetation - - for conspiring with CO2 to destroy our fragile planet. The whole world should be sprayed with Agent Orange - - to forever banish the vegetation menace.
Let's get started - - NOW!

#2) It would be way less than a month. A week, or less. John Clancy had a novel with that punishment for some greenies.
