Special prosecutor Nathan Wade admitted Thursday that he only has one receipt demonstrating Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis paid for any of their travel together. (snip) “So this roughly sharing trouble, you’re saying she reimbursed you?” Merchant asked.
“She did,” he said.
“And where did you deposit the money she reimbursed you?” she asked.
“It was cash. She didn’t give me any checks,” he said. Wade continued to state that the only documentary proof he had demonstrating Willis paid for any part of their travel was the receipt included with his affidavit.

His testimony is a train wreck, they actually had to ask him if he understood what "present" meant.

But Nathan, who is wading into trouble, rented a lot of cabins, which somewhat humanizes the personal injury lawyer. He wanted some 'tang, and traveled far and wide to get it, throwing around Georgia taxpayer money like confetti on VJ Day. He'll handle your personal injury case. Look out Morgan & Morgan. Here's your competitor.

I a afraid #4 is correct. He is blatantly perjuring himself and should do prison time but he won't. Think what they would do to Trump if he were caught doing something like this. We now have a two-tiered justice system slanted in one direction only.

No wade deposit records? No fanni-wade receipts? No fanni withdrawal records? No federal cash transaction reports from the banks involved? Both kept thousands in their sock drawers? The only truth here is the credit card statements,

Thank you to the former Mrs Wade. We appreciate your honesty to show the credit card statements of the X's ventures.
You are doing a great service for your country.

i've worked in many many offices and cannot accept as credible or sane the billing, banking, office, money
handling or partnership practises as described by this man.
can anyone here follow the designation and handling of personal and taxpayer funds, the use of cash or
cheques, or cards, the claim that his clients come to his office loaded with cash, the use of only an end date,
but not a start date , for services rendered, regarding the handling and transfer of over $600, 000
in taxpayer funds involving 24 hour mtgs in dc.
and that's just this bad boy-- never mind fanny, the lawyers' 600,000 claims of privilege,
collusion, and privacy, and the judge's block and tackle interference.
this courtroom is a circus.

I can’t wait for Fani and Nathan to start going after each other. You know it’s going to happen as things get more and more dangerous to their careers and freedom. It will come down to “he lied/she lied”.

Nathan, next time just go the red district and negotiate a price with one of the girls on the corner.
Would have been a lot cheaper than what you are paying for sex now.

Its like they are pimps, drug dealers or mobsters slandering money. Cash so no record or accountability. One wonders if Fannys and her boy toy are guilty of violating the GA RICO act? Oh wait, a Rebublican GA DA so nothing will happen.
