Does Joe Biden's climate czar, John Kerry, ever listen to himself?
He made this dunderheaded speech at the World Economic Forum, unwittingly contradicting himself as he sought applause from the elites. (X) So "farms" need to be restricted according to the green agenda, which as any Dutch farmer can tell you, means shut down -- or else people will die, presumably of starvation since he said "people will go hungry."
Fewer farms, all to prevent people from going hungry.
Does this clown know where food comes from? Does he understand that more production of food means more emissions of oxygen and less production of food means fewer emissions?

No, that should have been "...AND people will starve."
Say it right.

When the plan is to have us (not them) eat insects starving us is one why to do just that.

These communists say the most absurd things that anyone can see is complete foolishness. It like they dont even listen to themselves as they are saying it. They know the press will never call them on it, and as they get more and more desperate the statements become more absurd. The Hildebeast was the worst but this one is bad enough.

A good first step to outlaw food...I mean farming, would be to outlaw ketchup.

People starving is the goal. They intend to reduce the world population by 7.5 billion people.
Stalin did the same in eastern Ukraine in the 1930s. Remove the food, let Old Man Winter kill off the kulaks...."just an unfortunate situation, not our fault".
Jay Effin Kerry is much like Stalin, apparently perfectly happy to be a mass murderer, and yet claim "not my fault, just a problem with food shortages".
CREATED, ARTIFICIAL food shortages.
Remember, the Hunger Games movies are their ideal future.

Does he even think before he opens his mouth? The comment makes no sense. We have to restrict farming or people will starve?

Did you read where one of the fools at Davos said that farming should be considered a crime? As they were stuffing their faces at their buffet luncheons and dinners. Are they insane or just stupid or a combination? Kerry does realize his wife's family made a fortune raising, processing and selling food, right?

The "global warming, climate change" schtick is wearing thin. You, and your Deep-State Davos connections have gone to your head. No one died and made you and the Cabal the 'rulers of the world'. God is Sovereign and you are not! You can just go away.

As mike bloomturd said ‘how hard can farming be? You stick the seed in it comes up.’
Everything is easy when you’ve got a billion dollars. Except putting up with all the peasants.

Mr. Giglio Kerry is now eighty years old. Can anyone name a single positive accomplishment by Kerry during his undeservedly long life. Just one single positive accomplishment and amassing immense wealth by marrying a succession of crazy wealthy women does not count. Just one. Anyone?

Kerry should try educating himself. What he is proposing has already been attempted and it was HUGE failure.
Here's a headline from the Wall Street Journal from 2022: "Sri Lanka’s Green New Deal Was a Human Disaster: An ill-advised national experiment in organic farming yielded starvation, poverty and political chaos."

Read between the lines: Kerry: 'You just can't continue to both warm the planet, while also expecting to feed it. It doesn't work. So we have to reduce emissions from the food system.'
What he really means is we have to reduce the number of mouths to save the planet. Covid was a Beta test.

Saying fewer farms with more restrictions will result in greater food production is just plain stupid! I sometimes wonder if he has two brain cells to rub together.

Dear Monica, No they do not know where food comes from. They think it comes from the supermarket and electricity comes out of the plug in your wall. If you understand those two things, it all becomes clear. Ask anyone of these greenies on the street and you will find that what I am saying is true.

The great Irish potato decimated the Irish population. It was initially caused by a blight, but the famine was magnified by English mismanagement, indifference, and callowness.

Hey Kerry!
I challenge you to SET THE EXAMPLE!
LIVE BY THE RESTRICTIONS YOU WANT TO IMPOSE ON THE REST OF US!
Come on, walk or ride a bicycle (made of wood, with wooden wheels, no metal, plastic, or rubber allowed) to get around on land, and a wooden -assembled with wooden pegs, and all 'natural' sails, ropes, and fasteners) to get to those oh-so-important Climate Conferences!
Oh, and EAT THOSE BUGS AND GRUBS!
