TV court-show arbitrator Judge Judy Sheindlin said Monday on CNN’s “Inside Politics” that she thought Republican presidential candidate former Gov. Nikki Haley (R-SC) was the best choice to “redeem” the United States. Sheindlin said, “I met Nikki Haley about a year ago. Because I was impressed with her four years ago. And when she decided to dip her toe in the water, I said, it’s someone who I could embrace, but I first have to meet her. So we spent some time together, and I was impressed enough with what I heard and her history to travel 1,700 miles tonight to convince whoever I can in the state of New Hampshire

Trump runs an international, very successful real estate company. He may not have the 'intellectual gravitas' that Judge Judy demands but that isn't how I see things. To run any business successfully takes brains, hard work and business insight. He also had a successful TV show with better viewing time than Judge Judy. I think I'll stick to my gravitasless instincts on Trump, Nikki and Diaper Joe instead of relying on Judge Judy.

Intelligence isn't the issue. It is the quality of the information she has put in her head and how she applies it. She has basically let it be known to the powers that run Washington that she can be bought. From that perspective, Nikki Haley is a terrible candidate. So is Joe Biden, Donald Trump, on the other hand, has filled his head with useful knowledge and uses it in a beneficial way and is a great candidate.

First impressions and feelings, or meeting with someone briefly in person, aren’t hard evidence of “intellectual gravitas”, or much of anything else, especially in a politician who is running for office. I laughed out loud at comment #2! Humorous, but point well-taken, especially after reading the impressions of Haley from people whose credentials imply more “intellectual gravitas” than that demonstrated by the judge. Also, there is evidence presented under oath that alcohol has been known to impair wife and mother, Mrs. (Governor) Haley’s intelligence and actions to an embarrassingly promiscuous & decidedly unintelligent degree. That may be a plus among some “intellectuals” & political types, but voters with plain old common sense aren’t too impressed by it. We are in dire need of wise, focused, sober judgment of the crucial issues facing US. Haley hasn’t shown much indication of that capability, even when apparently sober. (IMHO).

Judge Judy is not exactly an oracle of wisdom. Mikki Haley is a nice woman I suppose and did a reasonable job in SC when governor but she doesn't have the will to put up with attacks from evil people. I base this on her not being able to get through her gig of 4 years being our rep to the UN. How can she possibly handle what the evil leftists would deal out if she were President?

Back in my heyday of watching the judge shows I used to like Judy's and Joe Brown's. I've been watching them since Judge Joeseph Wapner was on The People's Court and Judge William B. Keene was on Divorce Court. Slowly Sheindlin's rude, egomaniacal, arrogance got tiresome. So, I'd always wait until the more even keeled Judge Joe Brown came on after her. The last thing I read about her was when she gave her long time real life and tv bailiff Petri Byrd the boot after Judy ended. Also, that she didn't rehire him to star in her new show Judy Justice. PDJT has a proven record on what he'll do as President. Haley has one when she was governor of SC and as UN Ambassador. Thanks Judy but no thanks I'll stick with the former.

A federal court in Canada has ruled that Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s use of the Emergencies Act against protesters in 2022 was unconstitutional, according to a judicial review released on Tuesday. Trudeau utilized the Emergencies Act to stop truckers from protesting against the Canadian government’s COVID-19 lockdown restrictions and vaccine mandates. Trudeau’s use of the act was not legal and “not justified,” Federal Court Justice Richard Mosley wrote in the decision, according to the Canadian Constitutional Foundation (CCF). “I conclude there was no national emergency justifying the invocation of the Emergencies Act and the decision to do so was therefore unreasonable,” Mosley wrote in his decision. “The decision to

Former President Trump is projected to win the New Hampshire GOP primary, according to Decision Desk HQ, dealing a major blow to his rival Nikki Haley and putting him one step closer to securing his party’s nomination. Trump’s win in the Granite State is especially damaging to Haley because she had invested much of her time and resources in the state, even notching the endorsement of popular Gov. Chris Sununu (R). Polling at one point had showed Haley trailing Trump by just single digits. The former U.N. ambassador faced pressure to perform well in New Hampshire after placing third in Iowa and after her rival, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R),

Jerusalem — Twenty-four Israeli soldiers were killed during fighting in Gaza on Monday, the military said, in the deadliest day for its troops inside the battered enclave since the war with Hamas began. Most of the soldiers – 21 – were killed in an attack in central Gaza “when a terrorist squad surprised our fighters and launched missiles and rockets,” said Daniel Hagari, spokesperson for the Israel Defense Forces (IDF). That attack, which Hagari said happened several hundred meters from the eastern border, was the deadliest single incident for the IDF in Gaza since the ground invasion began on October 27. MANCHESTER, N.H. — Hoping to pull off a major upset in New Hampshire, Nikki Haley has spent the last week of her campaign fending off an onslaught of attacks from former President Donald Trump claiming that the former tea party governor isn’t really a Republican. At Granite State rallies, Trump has repeatedly claimed that Haley would be weak on immigration policy, called her a “globalist fool,” suggested “she’s like a Democrat,” described her supporters as “pro-Biden” and said a vote for Haley “is a vote for Joe Biden.” He’s suggested that Haley is seeking to have Democrats vote on her behalf Tuesday, though only registered Republicans and undeclared voters

Joe Biden is always talking about the military. But his administration has a very careless approach to the safety of the members of the American military. We've seen it now many times from Afghanistan and how they dealt with the death of the 13 young Americans killed in the bombing during Biden's chaotic withdrawal until now. Last week, we saw that Pentagon spokesperson Brig. Gen. It seemed like a good idea. College campuses across the country were erupting in Jew-hating outbursts, and parents were rightly worried about their Jewish college-aged kids caught up in the frenzy of hate. On Facebook, a group called Mothers Against College Antisemitism (M.A.C.A.) was founded and grew quickly to over 50,000 members. They shared information, emailed, called, and signed petitions. They stood united against the oldest hatred rearing its head again. But just as fast, fissures formed. The cudgel of DEI – that is, “diversity, equity, and inclusion” policies that had been used against Jewish students – was the subject of feverish debate. Sure, the policies were bad for Jews, but weren’t

Whose votes is she trying to win?
