'Nobody cares what Rand Paul thinks':
Sununu on 'Never Nikki' move

New Hampshire Republican Gov. Chris Sununu on Friday excoriated Kentucky Republican Sen. Rand Paul, who the same day launched a "Never Nikki" initiative against his preferred Republican candidate for president, former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley. Paul on Friday launched the anti-Haley campaign, saying "Based on her record and campaign, I don’t see how any thoughtful or informed libertarian or conservative should vote for @NikkiHaley. If you agree, let your voice be heard." "I am #NeverNikki and I hope you will be too," he added.

Comments:

Our GOPe governor strikes again. While he is popular with Granite Staters, he leave a lot to be desired with true conservatives.

Frankly, I have never heard a friend or family member ever say "I am going to vote for so and so because this person, who thinks they know it all, is semi well known, has all the answers, and wants to believe we respect their opinion said to". Nope, never.

A federal judge has declared that a law banning Americans from possessing guns in postal offices is unconstitutional. U.S. District Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle in Florida ruled Friday that a landmark U.S. Supreme Court ruling from 2022 made the postal office gun ban illegal. As part of the decision, she dismissed part of an indictment charging postal worker Emmanuel Ayala with illegally possessing a gun in a federal building. She said the criminal charge violated Ayala’s 2nd Amendment rights. “The Supreme Court has been clear: the government must point to historical principles that would permit it to prohibit firearms possession in post offices,”

The federal government peddled technology to Big Tech companies to assist them in censoring Americans’ speech on social media in the run-up to the 2020 election, according to emails Missouri and Louisiana uncovered in their First Amendment lawsuit against the Biden administration. Specifically, the State Department marketed this censorship technology through its Global Engagement Center. In other words, our tax dollars not only funded the development of tools to silence speech that dissented from the regime’s narrative. They also paid for government employees to act as sales reps pitching the censorship products to Big Tech.

Republican presidential primary candidate Nikki Haley once seemingly parroted a talking point used by Democrats that suggests climate change is partially to blame for mass immigration to the United States and other countries. In January 2017, Haley went before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee to be confirmed as ambassador to the United Nations (UN) in then-President Donald Trump’s administration. Sen. Jeff Merkley (D-OR), in a written question, asked Haley about so-called “climate refugees,” as Democrats claim that mass immigration to the U.S. and other countries is partially due to global warming’s destroying crops, conditions, and communities in certain regions of the world.
