A state judge has sided with a registered Wisconsin voter, saying use of vans for in-person absentee voting in 2022 was not fair and violated election law. (snip) McMenamin is Racine’s city clerk and used the mobile van in different neighborhoods across the city. The lawsuit said that favored Democrats and (Judge) Gasiorkiewicz agreed. Voting vans? What will Democrats think of next. When they appeal this, which you know they will, they will claim that the inability to use these voting vans to collect absentee ballots is racist and harms women and minority voters.

Dismantling ot the cheating machines, both human and electronic, must be accomplished one at a time. There are many of them. Voting by the dead must be stopped at the time of the funeral and voter rolls must be purged of non-residents, illegal aliens and prisoners on a regular basis.

Presume this would apply to buses, trailer trucks, etc..? It seems the Democrat party has figured out all sorts of schemes to "get out the vote" which aren't necessarily legal or what most people would think of when they hear that phrase. The one with GBI in Michigan is incredible, and it doesn't just apply to Michigan either as they had operations in multiple states. Think of it, hundreds of thousands of people have move from states like WI, IL, MI, NJ, NY, CA, which should require a large-scale update (removing) on their voter registration rolls before the 2024 election. They have time, and they should be required to report the up to date data at least 60 days prior to any ballots being mailed out. Any registration after that date should be provisional to ensure there is time to verify the information. All drop boxes should have ATM-style technology which would only allow 1 ballot deposited at a time, with the envelope being scanned as it goes into the box with a date/time stamp and video of the person depositing each ballot. The same number that were deposited should be the same number counted with each collection box being separate for each pick up.

Wisc legislature and Supreme Court have already ruled that The Elections held were "Unlawful", thus illegal...and passed rules banning all such practices in the future (unless codified in advance by the legislature). Numerous other states have also passed legislation saying many of these never used before practices cannot ever be used again, affirming/confirming that they were "Unlawful" hence "Illegal" there as well.

No more machines, no more weeks and weeks of voting followed by weeks and weeks of counting votes. Nope, none of that. Get to the polls on voting day, count the votes that night, and announce the results. Oh, yeah, and the only mail-in ballots are properly registered, mail-in ballots, period. Vote like it's 1960 again!

A federal judge ruled Wednesday that two California teachers who were placed on administrative leave for refusing to hide students’ gender transitions from parents should be reinstated. Elizabeth Mirabelli and Lori Ann West filed a lawsuit against the Escondido Union School District (EUSD) and the California State Board of Education in April last year over a policy that required educators to hide a child’s preferred pronouns and gender identity if a student asks to keep parents in the dark. Mirabelli and West were put on administrative leave in May, but a judge ruled this week that the district must reinstate the teachers.
