Three times Biden forgave student loan
debt despite Supreme Court ruling

The Supreme Court put a roadblock in front of President Joe Biden's student loan forgiveness plans, but it has not stopped them. Biden announced a massive student debt transfer totaling at least $400 billion in August 2022, only to see it struck down by the high court in June 2023. But since then, it has been full steam ahead for the Biden administration and its Education Department, with so many student debt actions taken over the last six months that it's hard even for experts to keep up with it all.

I spoke with a guy whose wife had $200,000 "forgiven." No guilt, no sense that they should pay it. He was just happy to have the letter stating such. I'd like my $30,000 plus interest back. But then, we can all go to hell as far as these evil bastids are concerned. There's no room for responsibility in Obama's America.

I'm so glad I worked my way through school with no loans or grants. No, wait, I'm a dummy for being responsible and now I have to pay the debts of a bunch of deadbeats who partied and smoked their way through school with worthless degrees. The worst thing to ever happen for college bound was the government taking over the loan programs. College rates sky rocketed and made it impossible for anyone not very wealthy to pay for school without becoming a government dependent. I'm sure that was the point.

Colorado Supreme Court Repeatedly Quotes
Trump Out of Context to Ban People From

Even though Donald Trump is now the nation’s front-running presidential candidate in both polls and betting odds, the Colorado Supreme Court has issued a 4–3 decision that bans the citizens of Colorado from voting for him. The supposed grounds for their decision is that Trump can’t be the president under the U.S. Constitution’s 14th Amendment because he “engaged in insurrection on January 6, 2021.” To support that claim, the Colorado judges—all appointed by Democrats—repeatedly quote Trump out of context to make it seem like he said things that he did not.

[snip] Enthusiasm about the video rollout was tempered by the announcement that the subcommittee would blur any identifiable faces. [snip] That decision drew fire from both sides of the aisle and media across the political spectrum.

Proterra, which President Joe Biden once said was "making me look good," sold hundreds of electric buses to municipalities across North America. Every transit district Just The News spoke with, except one, has inoperable buses awaiting repairs. Across the country, towns and cities of various sizes envisioned an electrified public transit system that could shuttle residents with vehicles that produced no carbon-filled exhaust. Many of those communities purchased buses from Silicon Valley-based Proterra, which was able to produce 550 buses over its 19-year existence before it went bankrupt in August.
