Anheuser-Busch heir Billy Busch said he would be the first to buy back Bud Light should the beer’s parent company AB InBev want to sell it. “If they don’t want that brand any longer, sell it back to the Busch family,” Busch told Outkick host Tomi Lahren. “Sell it to me. I’ll be the first in line to buy that brand back from you, and we’ll make that brand great again.” While appearing on Tomi Lahren is Fearless, Busch explained how disheartening it has been to watch the beer brand, which was so much a part of his childhood, lose its legacy of valuing its customers and employees.

Comments:

Shouldn't have sold it to begin with.

Billy's step-brother was the one who sold the company. Probably no love lost between Billy and Auggie IV either. Auggie IV has had "personal" problems his whole life. Spoiled rich brat gets anything he wants, etc. I've worked with people who worked with both of them and they all said Billy was the "good" kid, and had nothing good to say about Auggie.

The man has a point. He can buy back the brand at a reduced price given the slumping sales, and then restart the pre-Mulvaney commercials, complete with Clydesdale horses. When asked about woke policies, just ignore the mob. I think many who liked the beer would come back.

Have a commercial with the Clydesdale horses pulling the beer wagon and at the end the wagon driver (Donald Trump) gets down and rubs the horses nose telling them its o.k. we're going to win.

The only way to salvage the brand is to pay exorbitant money for Kid Rock to use fully-automatic weapons to mow down effigies of Dylan Mulvaney, and then pause to refresh with a Bud Light.

Sales of this watery swill is totally driven by advertising to their market. If they stopped advertising sales would slump too. Granted the backlash over the tranny ad killed sales, but if it was just another beer on the shelf it wouldn't get far.

Ya know.....he just might be right. Nobody is actually mad at the BEER, only the pukes running the company that makes the beer. So...sell it off for 4 cents on the dollar, bring back the Clydesdales and patriotic themes, and none of this foreign tranny insanity, and MAYBE people would start buying again. That would be even MORE fun that just crashing InBev's financial numbers.

The Fulton County Clerk of Courts admitted to accidentally releasing the fourth indictment on former President Donald Trump. She said she pressed send instead of save on the document. "I am human," Ché Alexander told Channel 2's Tom Jones on Tuesday. She was apparently under a lot of pressure to make sure the process went smoothly and made the oncoming indictment public. Alexander told Jones that she wanted to get the indictment to the public as soon as possible. "And that's how the mishap happened," she said. "I have no dog in this fight," Alexander added.

Tucker Carlson’s latest episode of his show on X, formerly known as Twitter, aired Thursday and it certainly was a bang-up one. It featured an interview with former Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund. As Tucker explained, he’d filmed an interview with Sund earlier in the year (when he was still working for Fox). It was scheduled to run on Monday, April 24, Carlson said. Then Carlson was let go from Fox that Monday morning and the interview never aired. Because the interview footage is owned by Fox, Tucker can’t run it. So instead he invited Sund to come on his X show and tell what he knew.

Even with all of the other significant and disturbing news cropping up on a daily basis, the legacy media continues to obsess over the fact that it sometimes gets hot in July and August in the northern hemisphere. Shocking… I know. But our intellectual betters aren’t satisfied with simply noting that it’s hot out. They want to ensure that we know why it’s hot out. At the top of the list, of course, is climate change. The smarter people are pretty sure they’ve come up with the missing factor. Amazingly, the oceans in particular may be warming up because of… wait for it… cleaner air.

President Joe Biden has been hiding out at the beach in Delaware for nearly two weeks, avoiding questions from reporters about a range of issues -- including his regular participation in calls with Hunter Biden's business partners. But now, Biden is back on the road for a tour through Utah, New Mexico and Arizona in an effort to tout Bidenomics, controlling "climate change" policy and big government spending packages that increased inflation. Instead of sitting down with members of the White House press corps for questioning, Biden will join the Weather Channel for an interview.

President Joe Biden is proving to be President Xi’s perfect patsy to help him achieve his grand ambitions. President Biden remains under the dangerous delusion that China is merely a vigorous competitor, not the U.S.’s chief adversary that is determined to replace America as the world’s number one military, economic, and technological superpower. President Biden is on a fool’s mission to explore whether there are areas of mutual interest where the Chinese regime might be willing to genuinely cooperate with the United States.

The American Medical Association (AMA) has suggested that taxpayers should subsidize uterus transplants worth up to $300,000 to help transgender women get pregnant. Arguments were made to reduce the cost of the surgery in its Journal of Ethics issue in June titled Patient-Centered Transgender Surgical Care. But the AMA has been criticized for floating the idea and has been accused of holding an 'activist position'. It argued that trans women's inability to bear children may cause them to experience 'psychological dissonance' which undermines their health and well-being.

Wherever we drive nowadays, we see electric vehicles (EVs) amid the normal internal combustion cars and hybrids. (Snip) The modern Left has a dream – that soon, very soon, every vehicle in the world will be electric, running on a heavy, cobalt-laden, lithium battery that needs to be charged up somewhere with electricity derived from an out-of-sight coal plant. The EV’s current average, we are told, is eight hours to a “full charge,” whatever that means. It might be a couple hundred miles, maybe less, maybe more. Some chargers charge faster, some vehicles take longer. We rarely see the EVs charging up while we fill our normal cars

During the inferno that devastated part of the island of Maui, wiping entire towns off the map and possibly killing more than a thousand people (once a full assessment can be made), people on Maui begged state officials to allow West Maui stream water to be diverted to fill up reservoirs for firefighting. That request went to M. Kaleo Manuel, Deputy Director of Hawaii's Commission on Water Resource Management, and he delayed approval of that water for five hours - five hours in which the once-contained fire exploded. By the time the approval was received, workers were unable to reach the siphon release so that the water could be diverted.

The damage currently stands at $6 billion, but that’s subject to change, making this one of the deadliest wildfires in over a century.
