Ohio Passes Issue 1 to Allow Killing Babies
in Abortions Up to Birth

Ohio voters approved Issue 1 tonight after a monumental abortion battle in the Buckeye State. With 57 percent of the vote counted, Ohio voted 56% to 44% for Issue 1[Snip]The result was not surprising given how abortion advocates bought the vote. Also, Ohio voters also voted today on a ballot measure to legalize marijuana. That very likely increased turnout of liberal voters who were more likely to vote for abortion.[Snip]The out of state dark money and millions from leftists[Snip]allowed the pro-abortion side to dominate TV and online with blatantly false commercials that further angered liberal voters and drove them to the polls in higher numbers.

Comments:

Passage of Issue 1 forbids parental rights thereby allowing minors to obtain abortions as well as life-altering medical procedures.

Please know there are very devout people of faith in Ohio who worked diligently to defeat the horrific amendment but were crushed by enormous sums of money from out-of-state sources that saturated Ohio with what many have described as “blatantly false commercials that further angered liberal voters and drove them to the polls in higher numbers.” As this article references, a second volatile issue was whether to legalize marijuana in the state of Ohio that garnered large sums of money from out-of-state sources and appealed most especially to liberal voters who normally favor abortion rights. A vast number of Judeo-Christians are devastated, sickened, and ashamed by the passage of the two issues but are held captive to the aberrant trend of the times and many too old or frail to leave the state. Lastly, before casting aspersions against all citizens of Ohio wait to see what happens throughout the country because the goal of the pro-choice advocates is to enshrine their “amendments” into all state constitutions—including your state.

This will be the dems go to. They will get abortion on the ballet in some form in as many swing states as possible. That will get them to vote. And while they are at it might as well vote for FJB. Straight D ticket. Destroy our schools, border disaster, inflation, energy stupidity, crime 24/7 and no punishment, the nonsense of climate change, sexualize our children, national security crisis, runaway debt and all the other issues will mean nothing and the dems will not be held accountable. A demented president will make no difference. I don't know what the answer is. I hate to say it but the Republicans are very good at dropping the ball.

Believe me, many Ohioans are devastated about this. The state has been trending blue in the big cities for a very long time and now it is spreading to the more suburban/rural communities. Excuses do not win elections but the Republican Party in the state is weak and made little effort to spend the cash needed to rebut the false advertising that was all over television and social media. If Republicans are going to have any hope of winning in this state, they must push to get the outside money out of our elections. Millions were poured into the state by Soros and other left leaning organizations. The ads were complete falsehoods and were pervasive. Ohio will be used as a strategy for winning on this issue going forward which is why it was targeted by the radical left donors with millions to spend. I expect you will start seeing this same issue on other states. The left is flush with cash and they are determined to win. My next concern is that this will be a sign of what’s to come in 2024. When you will tell any lie and spend any amount of money to win, overcoming that strategy is going to be a very difficult. I woke up this morning feeling like a stranger in my own state. I do not know why the RNC could not see that democrats were going to use OhIo as a test case for winning on this issue in other states. They should have seen what was happening and poured money into advertising to defeat this horrific issue. Now it has opened the flood gates to a host of individuals who will inundate our schools with radical propaganda and abortion will become normalized. The results of this one issue will be devastating. The world is growing dark when we see abortion at any stage celebrated by women. Ohio will become a premier location for the harvesting of baby parts. Last night created the perfect environment for the ghoulish medical profession and enabling “educators” to not only target children confused about their gender but to do so without parental knowledge. The realization that my state has gone to the dark side sits heavy on my heart. I worry about the future for my grandchildren.

Regardless of your position on abortion…this vote modifies the constitution of the state. Over the years, all sorts of baubles have been loaded onto its constitution, and it’s always heavy spending from out of state swaying voters with false and misleading propaganda. This process could literally install a constitutional amendment that the sky is green. On a personal note…I do not support abortion, and especially oppose killing babies for convenience (as most abortions do. And we may indeed choose to vote with our feet.

I will probably suffer the spiritual consequences, but when I look at who abortions typically target, and the very high percentage that end up committing violent crimes, I say get rid of 'em. Looks like the country is going to be run by politicians who support essentially the unlimited right to abortion, as when the majority of voters enter the voting booths the top issue on their minds is an unlimited right to abortion access with all other issues taking a back seat, and vote in favor of very liberal abortion access, which insures that the wimpy Republicans will continue to loose in future elections if they don’t wake up!

With the social fabric unraveling and moral confusion pervasive in the country, that nightmare scenario might well come to pass. May God help us, because the political system certainly won't.
