Republican Jeff Landry won a landslide election on Saturday to flip the Louisiana governor’s mansion red in one of three main gubernatorial elections this year, shocking political observers with a victory that saves him the trouble of having to face a Democrat in a November runoff. FTA: ~~ "Landry’s win is also a clear win for former President Donald Trump, who endorsed Landry and was actively encouraging his supporters in Louisiana to vote for him in the governor’s race. In an appearance on Breitbart News Saturday on SiriusXM 125 the Patriot Channel this summer, Landry predicted that a gubernatorial victory for Republicans in Louisiana this year would be a shot in the arm for Trump’s presidential prospects next year–and that electing people like him as governors in states nationwide will help with Trump’s vision of trying to “Make America Great Again.” ~~ MAGA!!!

The odd thing was losing the governor's mansion to Edwards in a close race. I hand delivered my paper ballot to vote for Landry. I will NEVER vote on a Dominion machine again. I have to disagree #3. We have two republican senators in name only. Bill Cassidy is a democrat that masqueraded as a R to get elected. And my R in the house, Garret Graves is so bad that I plan to vote for his opponent to get him out.

This isn wonderful. The Fascist candidate is a quota. And I guarantee in a runfff the fascist would have pulled the slavery card. Last election, The current white fascist was in a tough race with a novice Rebublican. As expected the fascist claimed the Republican would bring back slavery and an unusually high percent of black votes carried the fascist to victory. Thus ensuring more race baiting, no action on tax reforms, constitutional carry, liability reform, insurance reform, and regulation reform. Oh, and tranny protection, grooming and DIE )diversity, Inclusion Equity) in schools

So only 34.48% of the voting populace in Louisiana voted for Dems or Independent or No party affiliation candidates. That means 65.52% voted for Republican candidates with President Trump's endorsed candidate winning outright. Impressive. And New Zealand just voted in a Conservative PM. Landry got almost 52 percent of the vote. Another Republican got almost 6 percent. There were 6 Republicans in the race and two Democrats. The leading Democrat candidate got about 26 percent. The three leading Republicans got over 62 percent of the vote (Over 65+ percent went Republican). The two Democrats combined got 28.5 percent.

WASHINGTON — President Joe Biden ‘s 2024 campaign launched an account on Donald Trump ‘s Truth Social on Monday, attempting to poke online fun at the Republican candidate he may well face again in next fall’s election. Under the handle @BidenHQ, the campaign posted: “Well. Let’s see how this goes. Converts welcome!” It began its time on Truth Social by following just one account: Trump’s. The former president has built a commanding early lead in the Republican primary, setting up a potential 2020 rematch, despite Trump being indicted in four separate cases and facing 91 criminal charges. Biden’s campaign noted its move on X, the social media platform formerly

Alternate headline: The common sense of the American public prevails again … perhaps surprisingly so. Mainstream-media efforts to “both sides” a genocidal slaughter of Jews on a scale not seen since WWII have apparently not worked on their consumer base, at least not so far. Demonstrations in major cities and on college campuses intending to move the needle on the war certainly didn’t work, and may well have backfired in more ways than one. Two major-media polls released yesterday show Americans strongly supporting Israel. When it comes to Joe Biden, on the other hand, not so much. Let’s start with CNN’s poll, which has clearer divisions, perhaps a result of better crafting

The 2024 Senate map offers a promising chance for the Republican Party to reclaim control of the U.S. Senate. Democrats have to defend twenty seats next November, while Republicans have to defend just eleven. It’s a more favorable map for the GOP than in 2022, raising the potential for the party to secure a comfortable margin in the Senate. It’s been clear for some time that Sen. Joe Manchin (D-W.V.) is in trouble, and new polling shows Republican candidate Jim Justice with a comfortable lead. Polls also show that Sen. John Tester (D-Mont.) is also extremely vulnerable. Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas criticized Hamas on Sunday but then seemingly walked the comment back, when it was removed from a report in the PA’s mouthpiece news agency WAFA. A report in WAFA initially said that Abbas told Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro that Hamas’s policies and actions “do not represent the Palestinian people,” and the Palestine Liberation Organization is the only legitimate representative of the Palestinian people. Later, that section was removed so that Hamas was no longer mentioned in the statement, which now says only that the PLO is “the sole legitimate representative of the Palestinian people, and not the policies of any other organization.”

After expressing shock and dismay that their Palestinian friends in Gaza specifically targeted civilians, in under a week, they have quickly shifted back to their repeated old rhetoric. They are now blaming Israel for the horrific attacks from Hamas, calling Israel’s counter-attacks on Hamas a “terrorist siege,” blitzing the media with images of wounded from Gaza, and attacking Israel in all ways as an ‘apartheid state’ and, as Ocasio Cortez defined Israel, a nation devoted to “ethnic cleansing”.
