The man accused of kidnapping Charlotte Sena looked dazed and disheveled in a new mugshot released after he was ordered held without bond early Tuesday — as authorities investigate whether he may have been involved in other child abduction cases. Craig Ross Jr., 46, was snapped with a scraggly beard and a receding hairline in the mugshot released by police on Tuesday. It describes him as 6 feet 4 and about 275 pounds.

This perp was 100% evil and thankfully 100% stupid. He actually wrote a ransom note and drove personally to the parents' house and put it in their mailbox with his fingerprints all over it. Hope a fellow inmate stomps on his neck really hard.

He even looks like a child abductor. Give him the "Trump treatment". Forget the trial and get right to the execution. In some way...it was probably Trump's fault anyway. Here's a thought...What if this guy was a Trump supporter?

The Obama family’s “beloved” personal chef, Tafari Campbell, died of accidental drowning while paddleboarding in a Martha’s Vineyard lake, an autopsy confirmed Tuesday. Campbell’s cause of death has officially been ruled to be “submersion in a body of water” — and his manner of death has been determined to be an accident, according to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner of Massachusetts. The results of Campbell’s autopsy have not been made public as per state policy, Timothy McGuirk, a spokesman for the Massachusetts Executive Office of Public Safety and Security, told the Washington Post.

WASHINGTON – Republican National Committee Chair Ronna McDaniel on Sunday advised 2024 candidates to focus on Independent voters after the GOP failed to deliver a once-expected “red wave” in the 2022 midterm elections. “I look at 2022 as the ‘Year of Independents,'” McDaniel told Fox News’ Sunday Morning Futures. “In every single battleground state except Pennsylvania, a Republican won statewide – so we had more ticket splitting than we’ve ever seen.” “So [in 2024], it really is going to be how do our candidates appeal to Independent voters?”

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis and political novice Vivek Ramaswamy are tied for second place in the GOP primary contest with 10% support apiece — four days before the contest’s first debate, according to a new national poll out Saturday. But both Republicans are trailing far behind former president Donald Trump, who leads them both by a 46% margin, the Emerson College poll found. With 56% of registered Republicans in his corner, Trump’s support barely budged from the 59% mark the same poll found in June — despite the three different indictments filed against him in the same time frame.

SUNY Buffalo State University is evicting 44 migrants from its dorms after parents raised concerns over student safety — but an asylum-seeker advocate claims the move smacks of prejudice. Officials at the state university abruptly canceled an agreement with a local community group that placed dozens of migrants at the upstate school in May — citing parental worries in the wake of separate sex-assault charges against two migrants bused north from New York City, Buffalo News reported.

Activists have often invoked climate change to justify proposals like eating insects or stopping cow burps. But will it now be used to keep workers from returning to the office? That’s the question championed in a recent news article entitled the “Dirty downside of 'return to office': Push to end work-from-home could make climate crisis worse.” Business Insider interviewed a woman under the alias "Rachel," who told the outlet a job she voluntarily took is "forcing her" to appear in-office rather than work remotely.

Joe Biden has repeatedly denied any involvement with his son Hunter's business dealings, though recent revelations appear to have undercut that claim. But the president isn’t the only administration official to have his public statements on the matter come under scrutiny in the face of conflicting evidence. As House Republicans, led by Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, R-Ky., and Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, rigorously pursue investigations into the Biden family, their findings appear to have substantiated links of the commander-in-chief's prior involvement in the first son's endeavors

WASHINGTON — President Biden leaned heavily on his notes Tuesday while welcoming Israeli President Isaac Herzog to the Oval Office — as left-wing Democrats lined up to boycott Herzog’s scheduled speech at the Capitol in protest of the Jewish state’s policies toward Palestinians. “This is a friendship, I believe, that is just simply unbreakable — unbreakable,” said Biden, who read from notecards on his lap rather than look Herzog in the face for much of his roughly one-minute of public remarks before journalists were removed from the room.

As his first act as Acting Speaker, Rep. Patrick McHenry ordered Nancy Pelosi to vacate her Capitol hideaway office by Wednesday. Rep. Patrick McHenry (NC) was appointed as Acting Speaker after McCarthy was ousted. McCarthy chose McHenry as Speaker Pro Tempore earlier this year and he now has all the powers of a House Speaker. McHenry ordered former Speaker Nancy Pelosi to vacate her Capitol hideaway office pronto! Pelosi lashed out at McHenry and said his ruthless move to evict her from her hideaway office is “a sharp departure from tradition.” The best part about this ruthless move by McHenry is that Pelosi isn’t even in Washington DC right now.

Lawmakers have voted to oust Speaker Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., from his leadership role, the first time in the history of the House of Representatives that the chamber voted to boot a member from the top job. Eight Republicans voted with every present Democrat to vacate the speaker's chair. The final vote was 216 to 210 in favor of McCarthy's ouster. Rep. Matt Gaetz, R-Fla., introduced a measure against McCarthy known as a motion to vacate on Monday night, accusing him of breaking promises he made to win the speaker's gavel in January.

Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.) successfully led a coup against now-former House Speaker Kevin McCarthy on Tuesday. He managed to eke out a “win” by rallying the entire Democrat caucus and eight Republicans to oust him. It’s the first time that has happened in U.S. history. And it’s a total clown show. Not only does it distract from the already tense budget negotiations, but it makes a laughingstock of the GOP—and the U.S.—and gives Democrats even more leverage to push through their radical policies. Gaetz got a win, but at what cost? Sure, he’ll raise a lot of campaign money from this—he’s already sending out emails and asking for money on Fox News
