Democratic California state Sen. Scott Wiener is the driving force behind a series of recent bills targeting parental rights and promoting gender ideology that have become central to a cultural debate in California schools. (snip) Wiener has spearheaded bills establishing guidance for judges to make custody decisions based on which parent “affirms” their child’s “gender identity,” requiring trainings for teachers to “identify” and support LGBTQ students and allowing children to be placed in state residential housing without parental consent at age 12. (snip) Wiener gained national notoriety among conservatives in 2017 when he authored Senate Bill 239, which lowers the punishment for persons who willingly transmit HIV to another person.

From a recent Post Millennial article: On Monday, the California State Legislature honored a member of The Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence with a community service award, despite nationwide backlash against the anti-Catholic group of drag nuns. The group will also be featured by the LA Dodgers at the Pride night on June 16. Democrat state rep Scott Wiener presented the official honor to "sister Roma," where he recognized the trans-identified "drag nun" for exceptional service to the community. Wiener has also made California a "sanctuary state" for children who want to undergo sex changes without parental consent or knowledge. The law also allows the state to strip custody from parents who won't go along with their children's wish to change sex.

Since these evil perverts cannot breed, they need to steal and corrupt the children of other people. I used to just avoid homosexuals, and feel sorry for them in their sad, dirty, perverse version of insanity. After seeing what they want to do to the world when given "their right", I now can understand why societies for thousands of years have supressed them very heavily, and some, like the Muslims, just killed them outright. They are an extremely destructive force in the world.

Among the collection of Democrat reprobates running California, Weiner is the most despicable. He got his start in politics by winning the Board of Supervisors race for the San Francisco district in which I lived. He ran as a staunch pro-business advocate in contrast to his main opponent who was a far left loon. His campaign was a head fake, which worked on naive voters like me. After being termed out he moved on to representing San Francisco in Sacramento. He is obsessed with LGB, etc issues. He is one sick man. When Nancy Pelosi is finally dragged out of Congress he will be her replacement.

The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals overruled a lower court decision to block Idaho’s abortion ban Thursday, according to court documents. U.S. District Court Judge for the District of Idaho B. Lynn Winmill, who was appointed by former President Bill Clinton, ruled in August that the law could stop doctors from referring patients to abortion clinics in other states in an emergency due to fear of prosecution. A panel of judges appointed by former President Donald Trump, however, determined that the state’s case to uphold the ban was likely to succeed

Katie Porter, the Democratic congresswoman running for U.S. Senate in California, said Republican women do not count as women when it comes to achieving gender equality in Congress. "To me, equality is not electing Joni Ernst‚" the Democrat told the Washington Post, referring to the female GOP senator from Iowa. "Like, that’s not helping." It's funny Porter should mention equality in Congress because she is currently trying to prevent a black woman from being elected to the Senate. Her opponent in the Democratic primary, Rep. Barbara Lee (D., Calif.), would be the first (fully) African American to represent California in the upper chamber.
