Judge Chutkan is going to gag Trump in the middle of a presidential campaign!
Trump’s lawyer appeared before Obama-appointed Judge Tanya Chutkan Friday morning for a hearing on a proposed gag order.
Judge Chutkan gave Trump only ONE DAY to respond to a motion for protective order (gag order) filed by dirty Jack Smith rather than give him the standard 14 days.
Chutkan signaled she will gag Trump in the middle of a presidential campaign. “There are limits, regardless of what is going on in, I hate to say it, his day job. This is a criminal case.

Good move Judge. This will energize his supporters even more plus a few people who think that is a dirty trick because of your bias.

False signal.
When faced with precedent, she caved and allowed Trump to speak freely on all but the confidential stuff.

Your honor, All Constitutional Rights ARE absolute for any citizen who has not been convicted of a crime and is serving their sentance. Historically, even felons, if they weren't sentenced to death, could carry a firearm, for instance.
But crummy judges and legislators have to be smacked down occasionally, and sometimes it takes awhile.
The freedom of speech, in particular is NEVER to be abridged or censored.

Any right that is not absolute is at best a privilege to be allowed or denied by someone else, based on whatever is stylish at the moment.
The Bill Of Rights has no asterisks, no "buts" and no "except when".

Maybe she could help define what types of speech aren't acceptable (besides the typical you can't yell fire in a crowded theater type).

Trump’s speech represents 75 million citizens. You are muzzling their voice. You cannot pretend he is ‘just another citizen’. Judges are appointed precisely to make such subjective value judgements. Otherwise an untrained layman like me can do the job (probably can!) .

Judge Chitlin, you can never deprive a person of the right to free thought and speech, even though you can deprive them of the ability to exercise those rights. The right is granted by our Creator, not by you. You can penalize free speech and you can punish it; but the right isn't something you can give or take.

#10 is only talking about ability, not propriety. It's not metaphysically possible for you to take away somebody's right to free thought and speech, because those are not given from outside (so they can't be taken away from the outside). They are given directly to the human soul by its Creator.
It's possible to prevent somebody from exercising those rights -- a lobotomy can eliminate thought, and removal of the tongue can prevent speech -- its possible, but not just.

This judge is not even a natural born American, having been born in Kingston Jamaica. There is no such thing as magic dirt and just being here doesn't make you an American. You have no love for this nation, you have no clue about the constitution, and you need to be booted off the bench.

#13, Excellent point! She has never assimilated and never will. She wants the perks America gives her but she does not want to be an American. She enjoys being a thorn in the side to all who believe in our God given rights. How in the world do these radicals get on the bench? How could she ever go through the naturalization process and pledge allegiance to this country? Did she lie? Her allegiance belongs to her own radical interpretation of the Constitution. The Founders would have her off the bench in a New York minute as should we. She does not have the temperament to adjudicate a parking ticket her bias is so strong.

Maybe there's a reason God didn't want women in positions of authority in the Church. Now extrapolate that to society. Have we ever seen a decent ruling from a female, add to that, minority judge? Now there are those of questionable national origin and sympathies. But we have all the DEI boxes checked, so life is good.

Wonder how this so called judge sleeps at night...she is on thin ice...and I think she knows it....she didn't stop President Trump from his speaking because the Supreme Court would have stepped in...and she knew it...or was told what to do by the elites in DC....

#15 You have a point, but I must remind you of some women in the Bible that saved a whole nation.
Remember Deborah who saved her nation of Israel? She led the battle of Israel to victory and a song was penned
about her. Remember Queen Esther, who with her beauty, went before the King and pleaded for the whole nation of Jews, and saved them. Both of them were political. Women throughout the ages have been used by God, politically, to do
incredibly courageous works. But they were nation born. These renegade women today like Omar, that one from Palestine
and this nasty woman Chutkan don't represent American born women. Yes, and we have enough evil American born political men. The point is women can lead, but I believe the God of the Bible wants strong Men in this country: to lead the nation in
battle, in the home, in industry. That is not to say women shouldn't be in leadership. It means women should let men be men! Strong men, not wimpy men! Leaders not followers. (might I say not men who wear a bun also)

Chutkan the Jamaican Jughead is not a real judge, she is not even a real American. Remove this creature from the bench before the entire legal system is torn apart. We already have lost our respect for the whole process.

#15, it is never accurate to speak in absolutes. Joan of Arc, the Virgin Mary and many Saints are women, called to do great things, which they did. This so-called judge, Karen Whitmer, Jane Fonda, Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar and Hillary Clinton are examples of supreme beeches but they do not represent all women.

Points duly noted about God using women in history, but I stand by my "absolute" of rulings from leftist, female, diversity judges. That was my main intent.
