Judge Chutkan is going to gag Trump in the middle of a presidential campaign! Trump’s lawyer appeared before Obama-appointed Judge Tanya Chutkan Friday morning for a hearing on a proposed gag order. Judge Chutkan gave Trump only ONE DAY to respond to a motion for protective order (gag order) filed by dirty Jack Smith rather than give him the standard 14 days. Chutkan signaled she will gag Trump in the middle of a presidential campaign. “There are limits, regardless of what is going on in, I hate to say it, his day job. This is a criminal case.

We see that congressional Republicans’ constipation has flared up again. It’s a chronic, though voluntary, distress. Joe Biden, Merrick Garland, and Alejandro Mayorkas are begging to be impeached, yet Speaker Kevin McCarthy and other bunged-up House Republicans refuse to extrude. It’s time to -- well, you know what -- or get off the flippin’ pot. True justice -- unfashionable among most “progressives” -- demands action. And politics -- a dirty word to dainty Republicans -- also demands action.
Let’s set aside the sinister Merrick Garland and the plodding, lying apparatchik Alejandro Mayorkas. They can be impeached another day.

According to reports, Robertson was facing three counts after posting threats to Joe Biden: Interstate threats, threats against the president, and influencing, impeding and retaliating against federal law enforcement officers by threat. Robertson allegedly threatened to kill Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, and officials prosecuting Trump in a series of social media posts.
Now new details including video from the incident have emerged which cast doubt on how much of a threat he actually posed.

Many good people whom I respect tell me that the Marxist left have already won and that there is no longer any point in fighting. I disagree for many reasons, but I will list three:

I've been a fan of Ron DeSantis for a long time, given the great job he's done as Florida governor and the results of it leading to Florida becoming a red state.
I've been willing to overlook his errors, e.g., too much emphasis on the trans issue, the extended fight with Disney, the flip-flopping on Ukraine, the idiots on his campaign staff, the ill-timed and unwinnable campaign against President Trump -- because his successes outshine these stumbles.
But he's gone over to the dark side in his recent remark that the election of 2020 was fraud-free.
Judge Aileen Cannon in the Southern District for Florida federal court delivered a blow to Special Counsel Jack Smith’s inquisition against President Trump regarding the “classified documents” case.
