This interview segment is almost as if Devin Nunes reads here. The former House Intel Committee chairman outlines the appointment of David Weiss as another DC silo creation similar in construct to John Durham. {Direct Rumble Link} Obviously, Nunes is correct. Additionally, as Nunes accurately outlines the entire weaponization process traces back to when Barack Obama took office and unleashed the apparatus of the intelligence agencies to target domestic political opposition. At the same time, Obama’s AG Eric Holder created the DOJ National Security Division and then weaponized surveillance under the auspices of FARA and FISA Courts to target one side of the political dynamic. So, when you hear Democrats like Nancy Pelosi mention things like "if Trump wins Democracy as 'we' know it is over", what she/they mean is the jig is up for them. It's not Democracy for Americans as a whole, but the few who are in elected office who've been doing these things over the past 7-ish years. Watch the Tucker interview with Sund who was the head of the Capitol Police on January 6 2021, it's eye opening. Even Tucker, was surprised by many of the things, so imagine how little many politicians have been informed of the events that day (and the days leading up to Jan 6).

Yep. Appoint someone to spend years and years "investigating" and slapping a wrist every six months or so, and then a long report.....which is filed and ignored. This is the perfect way to protect the Biden Crime Family.....a fake "investigation" which shuts down everything else.

So many good comments. I am afraid republicans neither have the will or desire to open this can of worms. No one wants to touch the obvious source of this evil, the boy king. They know it is like touching the third rail. They are content to have the appearance of investigation, but not the burden of the fallout because it would be great. The retribution by the media alone would be massive. Just look at what they have done to President Trump and I doubt any of these clowns have half the courage and determination that it would take. Therefore, I am not hopeful for a successful conclusion.

It's also worth noting that the Kenyan "Rear Admiral" planted so many foreign-born "women of attitude" throughout the Federal Judiciary that we now have Jamaican communists plotting, along with the DNC, to crucify a former Republican President.

This absolute travesty of a “federal government” and the hypocrisy of the Blue State States and Cities are ruining America to the point that I seriously doubt that we can recover. The principle of limited government based on the equal enforcement of the law is kaput, gone, 86’ed. Can we get it back? It becomes harder to imagine that we can with each passing day. American Citizens no longer have a voice in Government, it has been usurped by the corrupt toads from Obama, “Joe,” Kammy, Soros, down to Hochul, and the rest of the Blue Sots. Pray.

I've been reading Matthew 24:12 for years and never before does this verse apply more.....In the Last Days, Lawlessness would increase, and the love of many would grow cold. Lawlessness shall prevail;” that is, complete anarchy will hold sway. We are almost there. Complete anarchy. Today, Our Lord Jesus Christ described our society to a "t". In fact, I think He didn't stress the seriousness of the lawlessness we are seeing today. The Left is ignoring the Supreme Court's decisions. The DA's (Soros') are ignoring the law and releasing felons into the streets across the country and the U.S. Senators (N.Y. Schumer) openly threatening the Supreme Court Judges. Never in our country's history have we seen such flagrant disregard of our laws and order. Our nation cannot sustain this level of lawlessness and continue. I believe this is what the Communists in our government want. A complete breakdown of our society and they, the Marxists/Socialists/Communists can take over. At this point, I believe, our only saving grace, will be a Divine Intervention. We appeal to Heaven for His Mercy to Save our Nation for His Sake. Amen.

#7 sez: "You cannot be saved by the rule of law if the people in charge don't care about the law." Which describes exactly where we are at now. And _They_ have a tight grip on the power cards. Doubt it? Wanna talk "big" or act out? Look at how that turned out for an old, fat, crippled Utah man who made threats, was investigated, observed, then executed in an early morning raid on his home. Pretense of following a Constitutional oath, acting on behalf of a blind Lady Justice - it's all out the window, nothing going on now but the exercise of raw power. Got that? Serfs?

Late Monday, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis charged former President Donald Trump and 18 other defendants in a 98-page indictment that included a total of 41 different counts. The defendants are already fighting back, with Trump’s former chief of staff, Mark Meadows, seeking to remove the case to federal court based on a statute that protects federal officials from state court prosecution for official conduct.(snip) To get a handle on the indictment and to stay current with the various developments, it is helpful to put the charges into one of six buckets, starting with the biggest one: the alleged RICO conspiracy.

The indictment of former President Donald Trump in Georgia over his efforts to reverse the results of the 2020 election lacks evidence that he harbored the criminal intent necessary to be convicted. Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis laid out her case on Aug. 14, detailing how President Trump and his alleged co-conspirators claimed fraud in the 2020 election in Georgia and elsewhere, how they arranged for an alternative slate of electors in Georgia and several other states, and how they tried to use this strategy to delay the counting of electoral votes (snip)the perpetrator needs to be aware that he’s doing something unlawful.

In a Friday news dump, Attorney General Merrick Garland announced he’s appointed U.S. attorney for the District of Delaware, David Weiss, as special counsel in the probe of Hunter Biden. “I have concluded,” Garland claimed, “that it is in the public interest to appoint him as special counsel.” Which makes zero sense. Wasn’t Weiss already responsible for the “ongoing investigation” of President Joe Biden’s son “as well as for any other matters that arose or may arise from that investigation?” For years now, Garland claimed that Weiss had ultimate authority to investigate charges against Hunter or any other criminality related to the Biden family business. Yet he didn’t do anything.

According to the Wall Street Journal, “State and federal aid is trickling into the region in the wake of the deadliest U.S. wildfire event in over 100 years.” So after a full week, aid is just “trickling in” from FEMA to deal with the destruction of most of the Western part of Maui?
