Judge Aileen Cannon in the Southern District for Florida federal court delivered a blow to Special Counsel Jack Smith’s inquisition against President Trump regarding the “classified documents” case. In their process, she also caused the liberals to go into unhinged meltdowns where they demanded her dismissal. Previous reports on her coverage can be found here and here.
As previously covered by Cristina Laila, Cannon was appointed to oversee the classified documents case to the chagrin of liberals everywhere.

Everything about the death of Barack Obama’s chef, Tafari Campbell, has been a lie.
Why not the depth of the water, too? I found little about Obama to be true in my years of research, but many lies which I include in my book The Rubbish Hauler’s Wife versus Barack Obama.
The story about the chef’s death changed more often than the days of the week. The Obamas weren’t there, then they were. The daughters may or may not have been there.
In previous versions, Tafari was paddleboarding alone, while someone else was also in the area. That person tried to assist Tafari, unsuccessfully, when he fell off his board

Former Vice President Mike Pence on Sunday trashed his former boss Donald Trump for allegedly attempting to overthrow the 2020 election — and defended his actions in blocking the ex-president from doing so.
“What I want the American people to know is that President Trump was wrong then and wrong now. I had no right to overturn the election,” Pence said on CNN’s “State of the Union” while stumping in New Hampshire. “By God’s grace, I did my duty under the constitution of the United States and I always will.”
Pence, along with Congress, certified the election of President Biden as the winner of the 2020 election — over Trump’s objections.

Bill Barr ran to CNN after President Trump’s latest indictment earlier this week to cheer the end of free speech in America.
Bill Barr: I think it’s a legitimate case. I think, unlike the document case, it’s going to have issues of proof. It’s a more complicated case. They’re not attacking his First Amendment right. He can say whatever he wants, but that does not protect you from entering into a conspiracy. All conspiracies involve speech, and all fraud involves speech.
The entire case is built around the notion that government can control speech in America and can jail you if you step out of line.

NBC is reporting — with a supposed sense of shock — the results of a Monmouth poll that nearly one-third of Americans think the 2020 presidential election was rigged.
And they further reiterate that there is no evidence for fraud.
There's no evidence widespread fraud affected the outcome of the 2020 election, but Trump and allies have spent years undercutting the election's legitimacy.
Wow! It must be so. The main stream media assure us that the election was honest. Yet one third of Americans still believe the election was a fraud.
I am shocked, shocked.
Anyone who questions the election result is called a fascist or subjected to a lawsuit or prosecution.

Apparently there's some kind of bell that goes off in Kamala Harris's head, every time the topic of space travel comes up, that cues her into saying some of her stupidest things.
The latest such incident happened in Mongolia of all places, where Harris was on a mission to step up cooperation with the friendly landlocked country sandwiched between China and Russia, and she fell into another of her famous word salads in front of that country's leader, Mongolian Prime Minister Oyun-Erdene Luvsannamsrai.

Where would we be without social media? Why, if we didn’t have it, we would have to rely on an asteroid, nuclear war, a space virus, an alien invasion, or a revolution by chimpanzees, orangutans, and gorillas to bring down mankind. But as it is, we have social media, so we’ve got the end of the world pretty well in hand. In case you haven’t heard, there was a riot today in New York City. Big deal, you say. It’s summer. It’s riot season. But this riot was not over race, abortion, trans rights, or some other hot-button issue that demands our slack-jawed, glassy-eyed attention from time to time.

“There comes a time in the life of every man when he must take the bull squarely by the tail and face the situation.” —W.C. Fields
Our elected representatives in D.C. are faced with just such a circumstance. To impeach Joe Biden or not to impeach Joe Biden. This is almost always presented in an either/or metaphor: Scylla and Charybdis, a rock and a hard place, and so on. The essence of these arguments is that impeachment/no impeachment offers no good option. I submit that this is a form of the Fallacy of the Excluded Middle.
The basic case in favor of impeachment is simply that he should be impeached

In classical Greek mythology, hubris is a fatal flaw that inevitably leads to tragedy. No matter how admired the hero, any mortal who dares to behave like a god is punished in the end. Mankind never seems to learn this lesson.
The "elites" of every generation delude themselves into believing that they are superhuman and inherently different from those they consider beneath them. They are not. Whatever afflicts ordinary people will eventually come for those who build extravagant sanctuaries intended to rival Mount Olympus.
No "elite" ideology has caused as much suffering as communism for a simple reason: it is a false doctrine that feeds on hubris.

Crackdowns on religious — that is, Christian — freedom in America are growing. Over the weekend, a group of Christians protested a so-called “trans” event targeting children in Wisconsin. But once they began to read and quote from the Bible, police quickly moved into action, detaining, handcuffing, and arresting.
The incident was videotaped. One speaker can be heard saying, “You guys are acting like thugs” to the police as they arrest a young man who is reading from the Bible.

The DC grand jury indicted Trump in the January 6 investigation.
“Trump indicted in federal probe over effort to undo election loss and subvert transfer of power in run-up to Jan. 6 riot” AP reported.
Trump was hit with 4 counts: Conspiracy to defraud the United States, conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding, obstruction of and attempt to obstruct an official proceeding, and conspiracy against rights. There are SIX unnamed co-conspirators!
The case was assigned to Judge Tanya Chutkan, an Obama appointee who has been throwing the book at J6ers!

On Monday, Hunter Biden’s longtime business partner and former friend Devon Archer testified before the House Oversight Committee in a closed-door session and reportedly revealed that Joe Biden participated in more than twenty phone calls with Hunter and his business associates and that “the Bidens were in the actual business of influence peddling.” Archer’s bombshell testimony proved that Joe Biden repeatedly lied when he claimed over the years he never spoke with his son about his business.
In addition to revealing that Joe Biden was repeatedly participating in phone calls with Hunter Biden’s business partners
