REPORT: January 6 Committee Destroyed
Evidence and Did Not Investigate Capitol
Hill Security Failures

Original Article

Posted By: earlybird, 8/9/2023 11:59:38 AM

Most close watchers already knew the motive and intention of the J6 committee was to build narratives useful against their political opposition and the 2022 midterm election cycle. Factually, the makeup of the J6 committee was specifically structured for this intention. That said, this remarkable statement by former J6 Committee Chairman Bennie Thompson is essentially admitting the committee destroyed evidence that undermined their preconceived notions. (snip) …”Consistent with guidance from the Office of the Clerk and other authorities, the Select Committee did not archive temporary committee records that were not elevated by the Committee’s actions, such as use in hearings or official publications, or those that did not

Comments:

They “were not oligated” to archive anything that did not further their preconceived opinions and poltical goals.

The Jan. 6th committee wasn't about Capitol Hill Security. It wasn't about the blunders of the Capitol Hill Police force remember Ashli Babbit? It was about "getting" Trump, and making an example of what happens if you don't toe the line. They staged and scripted activities, all to make Trump look bad . . . that is simply what this is all about. The same is what all of the indictments are about, too. By the way, who is Ray Epps? IMHO, of course!

Nutty, Nasty Nancy's Kangaroo Kommittee was NEVER about anything except pretending that there was an insurrection where there was nothing even remotely like it. It's a huge stretch to call it a riot. It was number of people walking into the Capitol while the Capitol Police held the doors open for them. The 90% ordinary people were shot through with antifa thugs, probably paid by Nutty, Nasty Nancy to break a few windows...and four windows were broken. No other damage. And the Capitol "police" murdered two women....shot one to death as detailed by #1 here, and beat another to death. NO police were actually injured, even though Nutty, Nasty Nancy's Kangaroo Kommittee falsely claimed that several officers were "seriously injured" and one was "murdered". The "murdered" officer died of a stroke the following day, having nothing whatsoever to do with the events of Jan. 6. The 'seriously injured'....MAY have had a bruise, but may have been entirely faking it, too.

Speaking of Lt. Michael Leroy Byrd, I wonder what this murderous, poorly-trained Capitol cop is doing? I would like to think that the GOP leadership would have relieved him of duties or placed him in a position where (1) he has no authority, (2) no access to firearms on the job, and (3) no interaction with the general public. Otherwise, I'm sure Nancy Pelosi would insist he be added to her security detail. Sarcasm key now OFF.

Shortly after the committee was formed, I quit following any news about it. The reason I stopped was after reading an editorial from a trusted source (forgot which one). The editorial began with something like: "... rather than giving an overview of the committee's objectives, it sounded more like a prosecutor's closing argument ..."

They are not "security failures" when people were invited inside and escorted by Capitol Police. It was planned entrapment for which people were illegally jailed. The investigation should have been conducted in 2020 and all J6 protesters should have been released. The FBI participated in this crime by inciting violence. The current government is illegitimate and corrupt. Who is Ray Epps?

Garland’s Special Counsel Gambit Confirms
Hunter Investigation Was Always Shady

In a Friday news dump, Attorney General Merrick Garland announced he’s appointed U.S. attorney for the District of Delaware, David Weiss, as special counsel in the probe of Hunter Biden. “I have concluded,” Garland claimed, “that it is in the public interest to appoint him as special counsel.” Which makes zero sense. Wasn’t Weiss already responsible for the “ongoing investigation” of President Joe Biden’s son “as well as for any other matters that arose or may arise from that investigation?” For years now, Garland claimed that Weiss had ultimate authority to investigate charges against Hunter or any other criminality related to the Biden family business. Yet he didn’t do anything.

WASHINGTON—District Judge Tanya Chutkan opposed the request by prosecutors to bar former President Donald Trump from revealing non-sensitive evidence provided to him by the prosecutors ahead of the trial on whether he conspired to illegally obstruct the counting of the 2020 electoral votes. During an Aug. 11 hearing in Washington, she decided to issue a gag order that only forbids the release of information prosecutors label as sensitive. The prosecutors, with the office of special counsel Jack Smith, requested a blanket gag order, citing concerns over safety and intimidation of witnesses. The judge questioned the defense over the potential use of non-sensitive information to intimidate witnesses.

Barack Obama is often hailed as one of the greatest orators in modern politics. While he had undeniable gifts in that department, as someone who attended a number of his speeches in person, I never quite understood all the praise. Setting aside his career-making “red states, blue states” speech at the 2004 Democratic convention — a plea for political moderation he spent his time in office repudiating — the only memorable things Obama said were either campaign pablum such as “hope and change,” or remarks that were unintentionally revealing.
