Legal experts slam Jack Smith for bringing
'lousy' case against Trump: 'Disinformation indictment'

Legal experts are criticizing special counsel Jack Smith for his latest indictment against Donald Trump for accusing the former president of spreading disinformation and other activities protected by the First Amendment. Trump was indicted out of Special Counsel Jack Smith’s investigation related to 2020 election interference and the Jan. 6, 2021 Capitol riot, and is facing charges such as conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding. "The most jarring thing about this indictment is it basically just accuses him of disinformation — this is a disinformation indictment," said legal scholar Jonathan Turley, a professor of public interest law at George Washington University and a Fox News contributor.

The DC jury won't care. They have already cast their votes. The judge has already found him guilty.

we know by the 'random' selection of the judge (!) and the locus of DC that there will be a conviction so that is baked into people's expectations already. yawn. but then there is the Supreme Court. forget this distraction, contribute to the legal defense funds and get DJT back in the WH. victory must be ours/his.

Propaganda and big lies used to require at least a smidgen of truth to be accepted, Smith didn't bother to include even a hint of truth in his made-up indictments. Ray Epps did that which Trump is being accused of, why isn't he being arrested? Lieutenant Michael Leroy Byrd of the Capitol Police murdered an unarmed Air Force veteran, why isn't he being arrested?

The DC Kangaroo Court will take whatever "victory" they might garner in the short term. In the long term, overturned and exposed for the banana republic hacks that they are, a larger "win" will remain in their column. Trump will have had to expend huge amounts of money and energy fighting them while _they_ feed at taxpayer expense. The process being the punishment.

Reedley Chinese COVID Lab Received Tax Credit of $360,000 From Gov. Newsom’s ‘GO-Biz’ At the epicenter of current controversy, an illegal California lab run by a Chinese biotech firm, Prestige Biotech, was recently discovered in a warehouse in Reedley, California. The lab contained mice which were genetically engineered to spread COVID-19. According to National Review, “court documents further showed that the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) conducted tests on the more than 800 chemicals found at the site and that over 20 infectious agents were found present, including Hepatitis B and C, streptococcus pneumonia, chlamydia, rubella, and Herpes 1 and 5.” As a federal investigation is underway,

With each new piece of shocking evidence that Joe Biden, as vice president, engaged with his son in a foreign bribery scheme, the national media react with something along the lines of, “But, ya know, in the end, Republicans haven’t yet proven anything in their Republican-y investigations.” Devon Archer, a former business partner of Biden’s son Hunter, testified Monday to Congress that Joe Biden had been included on calls between the two partners by speakerphone. That’s in contradiction to the president’s repeated claim that when it comes to Hunter’s unreal professional life, he’s Helen Keller in a burka. Those speakerphone calls happened at least 20 times, according to Archer’s testimony.

The editorial board of the Wall Street Journal is arguing that the indictment of former President Trump sets a dangerous precedent for candidates’ ability to contest election results in the years to come. While the conservative editorial board called Trump’s actions and rhetoric after the 2020 election “deceitful and destructive,” it questioned whether the conduct amounted to criminal behavior. “There is no evidence tying Mr. Trump to the Oath Keepers or Proud Boys who planned to, and did, breach the U.S. Capitol that day. That was the worst offense against democracy, and more than 1,000 people have been prosecuted in connection with it,” the editorial board wrote.

Donald Trump is facing two indictments, with the potential for more. Political wisdom may have once suggested the former president’s bid for a second White House term would be nothing but a pipe dream. But most of us know better by now. Trump is not only in a historically strong position for a nonincumbent to win the Republican nomination, but he is in a better position to win the general election than at any point during the 2020 cycle and almost at any point during the 2016 cycle. No one in Trump’s current polling position has lost an open presidential primary (i.e., one without an incumbent) in the modern era.

On Tuesday the House Oversight Committee released a 14-year timeline of the Biden Crime Family’s influence peddling and selling out America to foreign regimes including Communist China. The Oversight Committee is likely just scratching the surface of the criminal actions by Joe Biden, his son Hunter, and the extended Biden family. The Biden family was selling out America to Ukraine, Romania, and Communist China. There is plenty of proof. On Wednesday IRS Whistleblower Joseph Ziegler confirmed in sworn testimony to Congress that the Biden Family received approximately $17 million in bribes from China, Romania, and other countries in exchange for political favors.

Now that Donald Trump has been indicted for using lies about the 2020 presidential election to seek to overturn its results, it’s become a matter of grave national concern that big majorities of Republicans apparently don’t think he was lying at all. A new CNN survey shows that 69 percent of Republicans and Republican-leaning independents do not believe “Joe Biden legitimately won enough votes to win the presidency” in 2020. It’s worth asking what if anything might have convinced them to believe Biden’s win was legitimate, if only to establish what could happen differently in 2024 to avoid another contested Democratic win — if not an attack on the Capitol.
