This may be one of Al Shaprton’s greatest hits.
Al Sharpton on Thursday weighed in on Trump’s latest indictment and appearance in federal court.
President Trump was arrested and arraigned at the Elijah Barrett Prettyman Federal Courthouse in DC on Thursday on a new set of garbage charges.
Trump was hit with 4 counts in Jack Smith’s January 6 case: Conspiracy to defraud the United States, conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding, obstruction of and attempt to obstruct an official proceeding, and conspiracy against rights.

Can you imagine if James Madison or Thomas Jefferson tried to promote and swear to a totally fake story about a girl degraded, raped and dumped in a garbage pile?

In all fairness, Sharpton has always been a jackass.
He should have served prison time for the Tawana Brawley incident.

Thomas Jefferson's Tree of Liberty would have already been dripping with blood were he alive today and this racist bigoted tax evading riot and murder abetting thug would have his own limb.

The best job lying Al ever had was roadie for James Brown. JB was "like a father" to him, he said. Everything else he's ever done has been useless.

Jefferson said this - Life without liberty was not worth having. Thus, a revolution was justifiable when government had taken it upon itself to decide how the citizenry ought to live, and rebellions were necessary from time to time to remind governors that they were stewards of the people, not their dictators.
And this - I hold it that a little rebellion now and then is a good thing, and as necessary in the political world as storms in the physical.
Jefferson was well aware of a Government run by tyrants. Hey Rev, tyrants are currently in charge.

Can you imagine...Jefferson or Madison being CHARGED with attempting to overthrow the Govt. while STILL in office?
These charges against Trump are claiming he tried to "Overthrow" while he WAS the President, he WAS "The Government".
The two sham impeachments were attempts to "Overthrow". Crossfire Boomerang was an attempt to overthrow. The Schiff Show was an attempt to overthrow. The Vindemon Gambit was an attempt to overthrow. The Inauguration walkouts and riots were attempts to overthrow...the P Hat/Vagina body suit, Mad Moms Marches were attempts to overthrow. The Moveon/Code Pink/Antifa riots(behind a BLM Banner) were attempts to overthrow. The wholesale abandonment of normal election processes, new, never before attempted, never approved by legislature election processes, fostered , funded and staffed by non-candidates, non-residents, spending MORE than the candidates themselves, while the Billionaire media/social media owners that funded them "conspired" with Govt agencies to censure, erase, edit, skew all news and facts against a sitting President...Was and IS an attempt to overthrow.

If the Founding Fathers had foreseen 2023 America, they'd have elected to stay with the Brits. Less corrupt and less tyrannical.

No children of the present let alone the future read about Madison or Jefferson unless it refers to them being slave holders. Overthrowing a government is never discussed. It might be reviewed in the context of the founders being slave holders and kicking out the British to keep slavery in place. But outside of that. The founders of this country aren't at all revered for putting their lives and their families lives at stake to kick out a tyrannical British government and to create a free country.

What a total fool!
Yeah, they DID overthrow the government, you moron. "The government" was the British king, and they were a major part of overthrowing that government.
And.....further proving his massive stupidity, Trump did NOTHING to "overthrow" the government, other than try to get elected to FIX a very, very dysfunctional government.

Between Jessie "Hymietown" Jackson and Al "Diamond Merchants" Sharpton I heard that the Black left considers the former the smarter of the two. In my humble opinion as a Black man who thinks both racist anti-Semitic dimwits are the equivalent of garbage can juice that's not saying much.

I'd have to go look up Madison (I think he was too young), but Thomas Jefferson flat-out, unequivocally, celebrated in history books for the last 200 years-plus, DID participate in a conspiracy to overthrow his own government.
Just ask the British.

I guess he's never heard of the Declaration of Independence (written by one Thomas Jefferson), which challenged the British rule of the American colonies (later the USA) and started the American Revolution, and how Madison was instrumental in throwing out the Articles of Confederation which governed the colonies until 1789 and drafting a new governing document, the U.S. Constitution. I'd say the first definitely overthrew the existing government, and the second kinda sorta did.
