FIRST ON FOX: Former President Trump was indicted Tuesday on charges stemming from Special Counsel Jack Smith's investigation into the Capitol riot on Jan. 6, 2021, Fox News Digital has learned. This is the second federal indictment the former president faces out of Smith’s investigation. Trump, who leads the 2024 GOP presidential primary field, has already pleaded not guilty to 37 counts related to his alleged improper retention of classified records from his presidency. Those charges include willful retention of national defense information, conspiracy to obstruct justice and false statements. Trump was charged with an additional three counts as part of a superseding indictment out of that probe last week.

Every single person involved with this persecution (and any and all indictments) had better be indicted and tried themselves for the willful denial of the constitutional rights of Donald Trump. In a federal district not favorable to Democrats, such as north Alabama. Just in case any of our “not Trump” Repubs think the persecution is only to be applied to Trump, see where the Massachusetts prosecutor is trying to get fed charges brought by DOJ on DeSantis for his shipping illegals allowed by Biden to Obama’s Vineyard. The Dems have a playbook now. It’s war.

Wasn't there a dossier and other 'evidence' used by Hiterly and Dems for 2 and a half years after the election questioning the result? Didn't Al Gore spread lies about election stealing in Florida for months? Oh, right, laws don't apply to Democrats, only Rebublicans.

#3, Excellent question. What do peaceful people do when their government weaponizes the DOJ? There seems to be no end to these malicious prosecutions and it is absolutely shameful. Watching an innocent man being persecuted by these criminals is horrifying. Hey, all you Republicans who ran for the hills when the 2020 election was stolen right before our eyes, are you proud of your cowardice? I hope that standing by while these democrat thieves and liars stole our votes haunts you the rest of your lives. The only thing necessary for evil to triumph is that good men do nothing. You betrayed your country and for what? To allow this criminal enterprise known as the democrat party to systematically destroy our country. Any remorse at all?

He was already subject to impeachment hearings AFTER he left office. (or did they actually think he remained the real president?) He was cleared. This is double jeopardy-- but that makes no difference. They will jail him unless congress can do something. Jail him and convict him. It's Washington DC after all; that city has become a foreign occupation center. Congress should call him in NOW and double check his credentials and his actual loyalties. Why was a prosecutor from the Hague imported to do this piece of work? Is Jacksmith a foreign agent? Is he acting on behalf of that clown show at the Hague? Maybe he's doing the bidding of someone doing their bidding? I( could see this coming. Anybody could; it was as if they paved a road to the prison with signs every 1/4 mile along the way. Congress wasted valuable time and clout massaging the Joe Hunter fiasco which will amount to no more than a foot note. Meanwhile they have been plotting to bury the only honest politician alive.

Jack Smith was exiled to The Hague due to the many reversals that came down from the courts after many of his prosecutions led to unjust guilty verdicts. The most notorious was the US Supreme Court's ruling of eight to zero to reverse the conviction of former Virginia governor Bob McDonald for corruption charges that Jack Smith essentially concocted out of whole clothe. The Department of Justice brought him back because he is an unscrupulous hit man for the Democrat Party and his mission is to convict Trump so that he can never be president again.

This might be the end play, after which there will be a little mopping up: the supreme court and congress will be purged and jailed or suicided. Jailing Trump will be seen henceforth as the pivotal moment. If it comes to that people will want to protest-- hold rallys and marches. Here are some thoughts: Don't. No street rallying or peaceful marches or gatherings. It will be asking for imprisonment, ruin or death. They desperately need such actions they can say became violent so that they can demonstrate their strength and ruthlessness. They'll make examples of you as they did on Jan 6. We must attack their supporters at the local level and undermine their base. Dress like antifa and use antifa's tactics and do antifa stuff until they decide to end antifa, which they will, eventually. Make sure you're gone by then. Seriously, this is the denouement of a script that began with Osama and Obama. Don't play the part they've written for you.

Florida governor Ron DeSantis has accepted California governor Gavin Newsom‘s challenge to debate. The back-and-forth between the two governors began in June, when Fox News’ Sean Hannity asked Newsom if he would be willing to debate DeSantis. “I’m all in. Count on it,” the California governor said. “You would do a two-hour debate with Ron DeSantis?” Hannity replied. “Make it three,” Newsom said. On Wednesday evening, Hannity reiterated his proposal: “I floated the idea of a policy-based debate, you know, red vs. blue, red state vs. blue state, between Gavin Newsom and Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis.” Moments later,

Florida officials said Wednesday that nearly 40% of the people arrested in one part of the state in a recent operation cracking down on child sex exploitation were in the U.S. illegally — amid continued concerns from Republicans about criminals and sex offenders coming in across the southern border. Officials said that seven out of 19 people arrested in Bay County, Florida, were in the country illegally. Five have no record showing lawful entry into the U.S. One man was admitted on a B-2 visitors visa that expired in 2021, and another was admitted on a J-1 student visa that also expired in 2021. Border patrol arrested over 130,000 individuals seeking illegal entry into the U.S. in July, compared to 99,545 in June, according to preliminary U.S. Customs and Border Protection data obtained by the Washington Post. The uptick in migrant apprehensions was most noticeable in southern Arizona, temperatures reaching above 110 degrees in the region for much of the last month. In the Tucson sector alone, border patrol agents arrested around 40,000 illegal immigrants,

Once again, the political world has been engulfed by another indictment of Donald Trump, this time surrounding his alleged actions involving January 6th. The details include four different counts, including two counts of conspiracy and two counts of obstruction. Those four counts break down specifically to Trump allegedly attempting to obstruct an official proceeding, which has to do with January 6th, while the conspiracy charges appear to center on the supposed alternate electors scheme. Obviously, arguments about selective prosecution and weaponization of the DOJ will be at the forefront for political circles, but even on legal grounds, this indictment appears to be far weaker

The Biden Administration has clearly given up on the idea that the federal government exists to do anything but satisfy Joe Biden’s whims. So why not get it over with? Throw Donald Trump in jail without due process, construct reeducation camps, and rename the FBI the Stasi? In less than 1 week the administration has shredded the already tattered reputation of the Justice Department. Last Wednesday a US Attorney tried to convince a judge to give what amounted to a plenary pardon to Hunter Biden for all crimes he had committed in the past. On Thursday Donald Trump was indicted yet again. Then
