Apart Flawed Nature of New Trump Indictment

As we reported earlier, Special Counsel Jack Smith dropped another indictment on former President Donald Trump, charging him with three counts of conspiracy and one count of obstruction on Tuesday. At this point, it’s getting a little ridiculous and frankly, transparent, as to how hard the Biden administration seems to be working to try to take Trump out of the race with lawfare and indictments. Fox News’ Bret Baier shared how Republicans are describing the indictment for what it is: Democrats looking at a box of chocolates, trying to figure out what was the best box of chocolates to “prevent him from becoming president again.” That’s hitting the nail

God love ‘em. They can “rip apart” all day long. The charges and subsequent indictments bear no resemblance to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness in these (formerly) United States of America. The one and ONLY goal: remove PDJT from the public square. If it takes indicting him for eating a ham sandwich, so be it.

"Flawed" = FRAUD for political purposes. Smith is a scum, and has previously done a political hit job on the governor of Virginia - and all his fake crap was tossed out by the SCOTUS, but the gov. was smeared effectively and lost. I think now, we know that Smith is a fraud, and his "indictments" aren't worth the paper that they are written on.

Maybe I'm not seeing something everyone else is, but I think Jack Smith laid a big egg. If the charges are President Trump lied about the election being stolen from him, does that not open up to the defense to present evidence that the election was indeed stolen? To my mind, the basis of the charges expose the prosecution to having the whole sordid story being told in open court and President Trump being exonerated.

By the way, right now I am reading in my Bible about Saul being made king. The parallels are mind boggling. Just a little history because at that point in time, Israel wanted a king (for the wrong reasons) and God obliged. Saul became king and things swirled out of control. In my statement above, I referenced Jack Smith, Joe Biden, Barack Obama, and Hillary Clinton. They are all Saul. They all love the power that comes with the office and absolutely hate turning over the reins to Donald Trump. 2016, 2020, or 2024 it doesn't matter - time is all the same to these people. If you haven't read about Saul and David in the Bible, please do so. You will start to see the similarities of what we are confronted with today.

My concern over this lawlessness grows everyday. Sure, we may all know these are bogus charges meant to remove President Trump from running, but this must be taken seriously. Can you imagine the turmoil in this country if Smith succeeds? Americans will be livid. Are democrats pushing us into the complete chaos of a civil war? Do they honestly believe they can spin this in their favor? It is obvious that democrats have a plan to destroy PDT through these series of lawsuits. It is actually becoming ridiculous with the blatant corruption by the Biden family coming to light and yet being totally ignored. Americans are fair minded people and there is coming a tipping point. How long can we sit back and watch justice being destroyed because democrats have no other pathway to retain power? If we cannot stop this abuse, no one will be safe from this lawless government. This is not politics as usual. Democrats are using a scorched earth strategy to destroy their political rival and they may start a fire they cannot put out.

Replying to #s 6 & 16: We can hope that these ridiculous, exaggerated allegations and charges open the door to allowing Donald Trump to prove that January 6 was not what the dems and media have been saying it was. However, remember that a corrupt judge in a Washington D.C. trial can exclude all such evidence as "extraneous" and "irrelevant" to the charges and keep the jury from hearing it. Remember how Federal District Court Judge Emmet Sullivan refused to dismiss the General Flynn prosecution even after the prosecution filed for dismissal--after it was shown that the General Flynn interview by the FBI was a set-up ordered by Comey to try and catch Sullivan in a perjury trap. Everyone wanted General Flynn to be proven not guilty and the case dismissed, but Judge Sullivan wouldn't do it--so President Trump had to pardon him to put that particular clown show to rest. And don't forget that even John Durham's team was unable to win a conviction against the scummy Perkins, Coie attorney who committed crimes on behalf of the DNC and the Hillary campaign. That's what happens when you have a stupid, Washington D.C. jury pool of 90+% ignorant Washington democrat lemmings.

Question: How is it a false claim/ statement if I believe my position and have evidence of same. If that is criminal, then we do truly have "thought crimes." Consider how efforts are being made to criminalize "misspeak" such as using a wrong pronoun, concocting innocuous words as racist, etc. We are walking a very fine line.

Jesus Christ was put through six illegal trials by the Sanhedrin before being handed over to the Romans for execution. It was customary for Rome's Judaean Procurators to release one prisoner in observance of the Jewish Passover. When Pontius Pilate asked the crowd whom they wanted, they chose the vile murdering thief, Barabbas. Jesus, the man who had never committed a single sin His entire life, who spoke only Truth to the masses, was condemned to death by proxy of ruling Roman elites. Criminalizing Truth, while accepting murderers and thieves marked the end-time for the Judeans. Thirty-eight years later, Jerusalem would be sacked by the Romans, and nothing would be left of the Jewish Temple, as prophesied of the One they put to death. Donald Trump has done nothing wrong. He has committed no crime, yet he has been "tried" by Special Counsels, Congressional Committees, Civil Courts, and continuously within the Mainstream "Mockingbird" Media. He has been Impeached more times by Congress than any President, yet he remains more popular than ever with the American people. Time and time again, his antagonists wind up with nothing. Leaving him alone is not an option, because he commits the most heinous crime to aspiring tyrants, which is to speak truth. Yet the most despicable, dishonorable, thieving, traitor in American history is coddled by DC Uni-Party elitists, while Donald Trump is being beaten, whipped, and scourged, by Justice Department proxy "legal goons" and hyper-partisan judges acting as the Pharisees of the new religion. The American Left has spoken with one voice, "Give us, Biden!" Unlike historic Judea, the "Great Experiment" that has been the United States, will not survive another thirty years, and might not be around to see the year 2030.

So what? Poorly crafted indictments and specious legal arguments. Big deal. When you got the judges making the rulings in your favor, who cares? Trump would be better off being tried in Iran, Venezula, North Korea, Russia or China than in DC or NY. At least they'd actually try to be fair. And hey, in North Korea, I'm certain Trump could get a friendly judge.

I have to say that there’s one guy at CNN who seems to be willing to go out on a limb (for that network) to drop data that may not be good for Joe Biden and the Democrats. That’s Harry Enten. Enten just dropped some polling news that’s not going to make Joe Biden and the Democrats happy. Now, as I say with every poll, it’s early, and it’s a poll. It’s an indication – things can change. But it’s looking good for former President Donald Trump, not so much for Joe Biden. Enten explains that despite inflation easing some, Biden’s approval hasn’t gotten any better, and that should be worrying for him.

All of this despite the fact that Trump continues to rack up indictments like a grandma on a winning bingo streak at The Villages. To his credit, Brooks does conduct a fairly exhaustive self-examination. In the piece, he enumerates the ways and provides examples of how America’s elites have lost touch with, well, everyone else.

Once again, the political world has been engulfed by another indictment of Donald Trump, this time surrounding his alleged actions involving January 6th. The details include four different counts, including two counts of conspiracy and two counts of obstruction. Those four counts break down specifically to Trump allegedly attempting to obstruct an official proceeding, which has to do with January 6th, while the conspiracy charges appear to center on the supposed alternate electors scheme. Obviously, arguments about selective prosecution and weaponization of the DOJ will be at the forefront for political circles, but even on legal grounds, this indictment appears to be far weaker

Of all the outrages in Biden special counsel Jack Smith’s latest indictment of Donald Trump — and there are many — the worst comes at the end of the 45-page screed’s Count One, the section titled “The Defendant’s Exploitation of the Violence and Chaos at the Capitol.” This is where Smith waves the bloody shirt. Smith intends to try Trump for the Capitol riot even though he hasn’t charged Trump for the Capitol riot. No rioting charge. No allegation of criminal incitement. No seditious conspiracy, no insurrection, no crime of violence of any kind. To levy such an allegation would have been untenable. Smith’s indictment hides the ball, as did the like-minded.

The state is citing a Public Records Law exemption that allows police to withhold any information that could jeopardize an active investigation.
