Hunter Biden Prevails in Effort to Deprive

Hunter Biden has reached a settlement in an Arkansas child-support case involving Lunden Roberts, a former exotic dancer, in which he agreed to financially support their four-year-old daughter but succeeded in his effort to deprive the child of his last name. The president’s son agreed to financially support their daughter until the age of 18, though his exact contribution was redacted in the court filing. He also agreed contribute to the creation of a college education fund, and provide an undisclosed number of his paintings for potential sale. “The child shall select the painting which shall either be sent to the child or sent to a gallery designated by Lunden Roberts,”

So Hunter's paintings will be paying for child support???" Gimme a break. This POS is disgusting and shame on Lunden Roberts for settling for this nonsense. I guess her grift-by-birth worked...

Hunter is a joke for ever getting himself in the current child support situation in the first place. When the child reaches majority she can, if she wishes, go into court and petition in her own rite to change her last name as she will have more than enough evidence that Hunter is her biological father. But if it comes out finally that the Biden family is actually one of the most corrupt political cabals that ever stepped into DC, along with the fact that the Bidens from “the big guy” on down, did not want anything to do with her, after consideration at that time, she may not want to change her name. It won’t matter to most of the principal Bidens of today, as chances are great that they will be pushing up daisies by that time.

Big deal. Nobody knows how to spell anymore, anyway, so in an effort to haunt Hunter, the daughter or her mother could officially change her surname to Byden. Sounds like a good workaround to me.

Does the influence peddling value come along with the paintings? Otherwise, I would expect little Navy's kindergaten drawings on the refrigerator would garner a higher price than Hunter's "artwork" aka colorful spitttle.

The "paintings" are used to launder money. They are worthless to that little girl. The Biden family is so arrogant that they openly rejected then ignored their own daughter/ grandchild. You would think that they would at least act interested, since paternity was established in court. Why would anyone want a scandal (Hunters actions) playing out in public. The "devout Catholic" President denying the child is disgusting. I would not continue to pursue the name change however, she'll just have to change it after the "Big Guy" and his conspirators are convicted for the most heinous crimes against the country in our almost 250 year history.

Something fishy - a Hunter Biden painting with no pay to play component will be worth about $25 . There was obviously a big under the table payoff coming from Hunter’s Hollywood Sugar Daddy. This woman had him by the short hairs and gave in for a fraction of what she is getting now. Something under handed happened.

Considering that old, corrupt, and treasonous Gramps will eventually face justice --- perhaps the max for treason --- this innocent child may want to keep her familial relationship with him QUIET. If it were me, I'd want to stay MILES away from the last name "biden" since the history books won't treat him that well and he will always have an asterisk beside his name in lists of Presidents. If I were her mom, I'd reconsider my desire to have that last name for my daughter. But then, I would be ashamed that I had a relationship with her reprobate of a father in the first place.

FTA: Roberts’s attorneys filed a motion in December asking to change her child’s last name to Biden, writing that “The Biden name is now synonymous with being well-educated, successful, financially acute (sic), and politically powerful.” Biden’s attorneys argued that the name would actually be a burden to the child. Here's one time I agree with a Biden attorney, although not for the reasons he supposes. What the Roberts attorney said is already seen as absurd by over half of Americans, who know that this administration illustrates the Peter Principal, albeit without the peter. Financially acute? That's what happens when the Nation's enemies shower a quisling "leader" with mountains of mobile money and he gets away with it.

Sec. State Blinken ordered this review of the department’s response to the Afghanistan withdrawal. The result is critical of both President Trump and President Biden saying they failed to plan appropriately for the withdrawal. The report is sharply critical of the U.S. government’s handling of the most serious evacuation crisis since the fall of Saigon. It says President Biden and his predecessor, Donald Trump, each failed to appreciate how a U.S. military pullout would affect the Afghan government’s stability, and that standard summer diplomatic rotations in the weeks ahead of Kabul’s collapse left the U.S. evacuation in the hands of personnel who in some cases had been in the country

In a speech Friday, President Joe Biden said the Supreme Court’s decision to strike down his student-loan-forgiveness order was a mistake and announced he would attempt to pursue debt relief by other means. “These Republican officials just couldn’t bear the thought of providing relief for working class, middle-class Americans,” said Biden of those challenging his law. A new relief program will be grounded in the Higher Education Act, instead of the HEROES Act. The president also announced that the administration will seek to ensure no one with an undergraduate loan will spend more than 5 percent of their disposable income to repay their loans.

The Supreme Court on Friday agreed to review a federal law that bars an individual subject to a domestic violence restraining order from possessing a firearm, adding a major Second Amendment case to next term’s docket. A federal appeals court invalidated the law in March in an opinion that critics said will make it easier for domestic abusers to obtain firearms. The court’s move comes just a year after the justices issued a landmark opinion expanding gun rights nationwide. After the justices issued that opinion, called New York State Rifle & Pistol Association v. Bruen, lower courts began to reconsider thousands of firearm rules across the country,

WASHINGTON − President Joe Biden plans to announce "new actions to protect student loan borrowers," the White House said Friday, after the Supreme Court overturned his signature program to eliminate up to $20,000 in student loan debt for millions of Americans. The court's 6-3 decision dashed the hopes of 26 million people who applied for student loan cancellation since Biden took the action last August, putting pressure on the Biden to find other ways for debt relief. "While we strongly disagree with the court, we prepared for this scenario. The president will have more to say today," a White House official who spoke on the condition of anonymity said.

The Supreme Court ruled President Joe Biden can't wipe away or reduce student loans held by millions of Americans. In a 6-3 decision, the high court's conservative justices agreed with the suing states that the HEROES Act does not authorize Biden's debt forgiveness plan. At issue was whether the administration had authority to broadly cancel federal student loans because of the COVID-19 emergency. Loan payments that have been on hold since the start of the coronavirus pandemic three years ago are supposed to resume no later than this summer. Without the loan relief promised by the Biden plan, the administration’s top Supreme Court lawyer said, “delinquencies and defaults will surge.”
