In a speech Friday, President Joe Biden said the Supreme Court’s decision to strike down his student-loan-forgiveness order was a mistake and announced he would attempt to pursue debt relief by other means.
“These Republican officials just couldn’t bear the thought of providing relief for working class, middle-class Americans,” said Biden of those challenging his law. A new relief program will be grounded in the Higher Education Act, instead of the HEROES Act.
The president also announced that the administration will seek to ensure no one with an undergraduate loan will spend more than 5 percent of their disposable income to repay their loans.

You're learning, idiot. If you want the taxpayers to assume this debt then have your fellow socialists in the House introduce an amendment to the Higher Education Act (part of lbj's Great Society concept), convince their fellow members in both houses to pass it, and sign it into law. THAT is representative democracy.

If this was allowed to stand by Biden administration, think of what else he would do. He would find some other law to greatly expand and spend billions that we cannot afford. This would make inflation worse. The government cannot pay for everything.
You appreciate your education more and work harder when you or your parents pay for it.

Actually I need "car loan forgiveness". I'm middle class and need you to buy MY vote.
I also need "home loan forgiveness". I need a home to raise my kids and it is not my fault that interest and loans and building materials have gone so high. Again, buy My vote.
BTW. I bet there are father's who love their sons and the sons are in prison for the same things hunter has done.

Ummm - - Despicable Joe - - I know you don't understand - - and I know you can't understand - - but - - what the Supreme Court said - - was that only the U.S. Congress can raise and spend taxpayer money.
Which means - - YOU CAN'T!
Do you understand that? Do you - - do you - - Joe? - - Joe? - - now where did he wander off to now?

They’re not “Republican officials” - they’re Supreme Court justices. And they DID give relief to working middle-class Americans, by putting the kibosh on this unconstitutional loan forgiveness nonsense. We saved about forty billion bucks a year, Joey - you brain-dead old crook.

How tempting it is to react like #4, calling for them to give us our share of the spoils, forgetting that it's OUR money that they're squandering. The answer is not MORE Communism, but LESS.
Keep yer stinkin' paws off my checkbook, Uncle Joey. And while you're at it, keep yer sniffin snout away from little girls' hair, and yer petty-dictator oppression off our gas powered engines.

Pssst Unca Joey....YOUR Inflation rates of over 5% cost Them, and EVERYONE more than that, on ALL of their income, not just what you call "Disposable".
But now might also be a good time for you to disclose the donors lists and amounts they gave for your own Children's and Grandchildren's tax free "Educational Trusts".

I thought I heard either Biden or his Secretary of Education say on TV today that part of their new student forgiveness program will provide that a person who takes out federal student loans will not have to pay back those loans until that person has a future deposable income of $30,000 a year. So a person could take out big student loans to pay their living expenses and tuition covering a number of years to study for some sort of degree from which that person will never have the ability to earn very much money each year, or the person will not work at all, and as long as that person does not report a deposable income of $30,000 or more will never be required to pay back those student loans.

As the program was unconstitutional because the executive does have the power of the purse, a similar action by any of the executive agencies is equally unconstitutional

This student loan thing was Doorknob Hussein's legacy. He had the government take over the student loan from the public bank and had plans to forgive those loans to enhance democrat image amongst the blacks and the drifting liberals.

Biden has actually come up with a brilliant plan to help students pay their debts. He has asked the CCP to underwrite the loans in exchange for complete obedience from the recipient.

Well then, I want reimbursed for the money I spent paying for my own college degree 50 years ago, and to be paid in today's dollars with interest. And don't give any retributions to any black people from my tax dollars because no one in my genealogy owned slaves.
